Having the most amazing stay the cottages are perfect service amazing could even accommodate us a couple days early not a problem the restaurant staff, Hoshiyar and Om are incredible amazing service and the food is beautiful plus the sunset is in front view every night!

Good place to stay… I have deducted a star as we were promised a beach facing room on the website; however, that was not delivered… Should stick to what you promise while booking… Else a nice place with helpful staff… We were there during the off season ; however, they ensured that the place is all lit up and we didn't have a dull moment… ACs are also very effective which made it a pleasant experience…

The rooms are pretty clean, can't expect a more cleaner room for the price. They have trays of water placed outside so that you can get rid of the beach sand before entering the room. Spacious bathrooms. The place has voltage fluctuations. The AC in our room kept getting turned off because of this. The ceiling fan too goes slow at times. The food was okay. However, in breakfast I was served a hash brown with a fried mosquito, please be cautious of this. The location is just fabulous. The staff are very courteous and give a lot of personal attention to all the guests. Expect to pay in cash in the restaurant and for the rooms.

Good place to stay. Good host and crew. Catering could use a little improvement.

This was a great place our accommodations were fantastic. Staff was absolutely amazing. The best places you can stay in Goa cheap.

Great place to stay, right on the beach, we stayed in the seafront first floor bungalow and loved the bungalow and the view! Would give it 5 stars if I didn't feel constantly pressured by the waiting staff to buy more food/drinks from the restaurant. Food was OK, but nothing extraordinary.

Beach side Rooms, well maintained Alcohol prices are reasonable Food taste needs to be improved.

03 beach resort is in a great location,, very chilled out,, right on the beach front, my room. Was very basic, bed was comfortable, no fridge or TV and lack of plugs to charge up all your stuff luckily enough I had a multiple plug extension lead with me. Food is ok, overall it was ok, but just a few simple touches woukd have made it great.
