Basic beach hut. Our hut didn't have air con so uncomfortably hot at times (March visit) The staff are friendly, but service is slow. Food nice. Great location on Palolem beach. They will clean your hut if you ask them. Overall, I'd stay again. We paid 2000 rupees a night, so cheaper accommodation available in the area, but we thought a fair price to be so close to the beach. They play background music but not too loud and all music seems to stop by 10.30.

Rating 5 is the highest rating of all types of accommodation of this level, i. E. It is far from a 5 star hotel, but compared to the rest of the bungalows on the coast this place deserves all 5 out of 5! Beautiful view, the noise of the waves crashing about the cliff, the inside of the bungalow is all minimal but the cozy décor inside, the air con, hot water, clean linens, mirror and even closet, panoramic windows to the floor, groomed grounds, nice friendly staff, decent kitchen!
The place is suitable for a romantic getaway. But it is necessary to consider that all time it is necessary to go up-down and on a beach and to eat. It is necessary to choose that the rest is more important, beautiful view and less comfort or easy accessibility to the beach and restaurants.

Palolem beach is supposedly most happening beach of South Goa and hence the beach side location of this place makes it a topic of talk. That said, the hotel itself isn't any good. The wooden cottages look good from the outside, but are as worse from the inside. The drainage is a big problem, rooms getting heated up in the afternoon just adds up to it. The staff is cool, probably way too cool. One has to pinpoint things to them. They brought our extra mattress, blanket, towel, 3-pin all in installments. It's also difficult to spot from a moving vehicle. This place can become a super cozy and beautiful holiday hotel, if only they made some efforts.

Amazing view of beach from this point. The place is quiet and less crowded. The beach is well maintained and clean compared to Baga or calangute beach. More foreigners visit here due to its stunning view and awesome beach. In the evening you can have candle light dinner on the beach with music playing around you.

Beautiful resort near the Palolem Beach. The view is totally awesome. If you go there to relax then you don't need to go anywhere else. Really enjoyed being there.

Nice resort. And staff is polite and helpful. The only thing worth remembering, is that though the booking happens in the name of Neptune beach resort, there premium cottages are in a separate property, a little far from the beach resort. So basically, premium cottages are NOT BEACH RESORTS. In short, they are not on beach, an you have to follow a road, and then cross some other cottages to reach the beach. So this is misleading, and booking for the premium resorts is being done online without mentioning that those are away from the beach. The description here shows them just as a different type of room, in the beach resort, which is not true. Apart from that, their food is great. I may go there again, but I will ditch the AC premium cottages, and will go for their actual beach resort.

Worst place on the earth to stay in. Dirty and not at all clean. The entire place is filled with spider and it's webs all over the walls and ceiling. The house keeping didn't even come for room cleaning plus breakfast is so sad here. Real bad experience by staying here.

Nice beach huts. Staff's attitude was bit of concern otherwise our stay was good. Nice location. Room has the biggest room size and had awsome sea view. Food was good but lacked local touch.

A bit costly but worth staying! Clean rooms and best beds allover India ;-) Attached little bar and Rrestaurant which serves the same food as all other beach restaurants. Very friendly and aupportive staff. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Nic place to visit in palolem. Well coming staff. And location is also perfect. Rooms are very clean and big.

Along with Neptune point beach resort, you can enjoy there Neptune head phones party, it's a silent party where you will be given headphones and you have listen to music via that. They have 3 different channels running (Bollywood, EDM and English), which ever you prefer you can enjoy and can switch between all of them.

Access is bit difficult. One has to park vehicles at the hilltop and walk all the way down to the beach. However, once you reach it's beautiful, like a small semi-private beach with quite a few shacks-hotels on the shore.

I will only rate it for food, cause I did not stayed here. Food is ok, nothing extraordinary especially the Italian part which they brand themselves for. Ordered pasta with red sauce, it was bland and lacked the taste of the sauce used in it. So, if you are on Palolem there are many more restaurants there, small or big which serves better food and offers better prices. This one can certainly be missed.

Food is nice. We tried dumplings and the soup was amazing. In the evening they had set up a beach bonfire and it was beautiful.

Amazing view from the cottages… Nice courteous staff… Highly recommended Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Goa. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this! ) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.   The second day we did a village trekking. I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking.   Note, this is not a 4/5 hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Cool place if you want to party in South Goa.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Neptune Point Beach Resort and had a okay sort of experience. The staff at this location has a different attitude towards Indian guests and foreigner guests. Generally they give the best facilities to the foreigners and give the bad options to the Indians. For example, I had booked a non-AC room and the room I got (number 10) had a bad drainage in the attached bathroom. Also the bathroom floor was covered with plastic carpet, which was aiding to the problem. The water was not flowing out properly through the exhaust outlet. Whereas there are other similar non-AC rooms (number 18) where the bathroom floor was laid with ceramic tiles and had proper water flow through the outlet. Also we were not given bath towels even after several hours of entering our room. Only after we saw that bath towels are being given to others guests/foreigners, we had to go to the reception and ask for bath towel and after that they provided us the bath towels. Also if you order any food from the restaurant, make sure you keep a note of the name of the food and how many quantity you are ordering, or they will add extra in your bill. For example, during our lunch on the first day, we ordered only one packaged mineral water bottle, however when I went to pay for it through the next day after lunch, I saw that they added one extra bottle of water to the list.

Location is awesome. Beach front. Awesome views. Indian food is good.

Awesome place with good Friendly staffs, Big Huts, Big Beds, right on Beach, Awesome Location. A perfect place to visit with either Family or friends. Very nice Location, Clean Beach, Good Huts. Its neither less crowded nor over crowded. Just Food is a concern. Chinese and Italian Food are good. Live Barbeque stall right on beach. Lots of activity available.

View is awasome but the food was bit expensive.

Very bad service. Rooms were good but insects were there. Not managed properly. Food was bad even at high price.

Small lodges directly at the beautiful beach. The wooden houses are low standard without air conditioning and with very basic bathrooms. There are a lot of moscitos and some cockroaches sharing your room.

Bit costly stay. Good food. Good staff.

Quite a laid back atmosphere with a well balanced menu and an excellent drink selection. The fries are a bit greasy, but they let you play your own music as long as it fits with the crowd and the ambiance. They have free Wi-Fi, and the service was prompt and adequate. They didn't even give me a fuss about breaking a large bill. Great job!

"PATHETIC" is the word. Their parties shouldn't be even called 'party'. They have cover charges to let you in Just to find bunch of lousy people dancing as if they were paid to do so… Bad food with very few options literally, no choice in drinks, no service (yes this it true, you won't be served at all) And if you ask for better service, they may just harass you and tell you to enjoy to what you get and then will literally become abusive… Waste of time n money! This happened in one of their hyped party, so I wonder what happens in their normal days. What a waste of beautiful location what could have been a great place!

Absolutely unethical service. No house keeping team in place… even fan is not working n no one bothers about it… No hot water at all… worst place to be in palolem.

Very bad service. Fan not working properly. No hot water at all… Very bad house keeping the word premium just in the name but not in the services… Not worth of the price they are Charging us. Hope they improve their services.

Very Poor attitude and customer service. Accidentally booked on Agoda, only had booking for less than 12 hours. When I canceled that would not offer refund, even when agoda asked them. I would never stay at a place that treats customers this way. I understand if I was holding booking, but its their last room, and should not have an issue selling. It was taken off the market for 12 hours.
