Excellent value, Friendly staff, Clean place! The only negative is that the commode height is very low and an issue if you are tall. But apart from that, highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time at this place. Nice location. Spacious rooms. Responsible staff. Best place to spend your weekend in South Goa. One point to note is that as this is a service apartment you don't get provisions to prepare your food (for lunch and dinner). Arrange for those and you are sorted. However definitely 5 stars from me.

If you want a home like place, this is one of them. Well maintained property. Rent a car and you would be self sufficient.

I went to Goa to celebrate my birthday with the family and was looking for a place where we can cook for our little one. Treehouse Blue service apartment was the perfect place for us. We got a hall, fully equipped kitchen, nice bedroom etc. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Service was very quick as well. Would recommend this place to all. Good value for money as well.

Peaceful and comfortable stay, and in a very secluded area. If you want a quiet stay with amenities, in South Goa, consider this. Having your own vehicle or rental car/bike will make sense as this is about 3km away from Majorda beach.

Excellent place to stay in South Goa. Though it's far from the beach and the nearest market or eating places are 2 km away, the comfort and service levels at this service apartment are amazing. The staff are really courteous and go beyond their duty to serve your needs. There is a nearby place to hire bike or scooter and you are off to go and enjoy Goa!

Rooms are really good. There's a prompt response from the hotel staff. Over all, it's a nice experience. Swimming pool and the in — door games could a bit better.

Wonderful place for people who wants to stay in South Goa. This is Nice if you go with family & friends. You have to hire vehicle to move around. This is like remote atmosphere and also accessible to beach by 2 to 3 KMs. But you will not get cooked food, you have to cook your food.

After staying at Treehouse Blue, I realized that spending high amount at hotels is not a wise call when you can easily get all the same facilities at Treehouse serviced apartment. This is one of the best stays we have in last one or two years. It certainly impressed me with its prompt services, modern amenities and hygienic ambiance. The pool is small but beautifully maintained. I would rate 4 on 5 stars keeping in mind the services and cleanliness I got here. Do have this place visited once!

I visited Goa twice last year. My last trip was with my business partner. With an aim to explore Goa to great extend, we decided to spend less on accommodation. So we decided to look for good service apartment rather than hotel. We finally came across to Treehouse Blue which is far ahead of some of the hotels in Goa. The property is well maintained with pleasant ambiance. Rooms were airy with neat and clean attached bathrooms. Having a good swimming pool in the property made our stay more enjoyable. We wanted to explore Goa as many beautiful tales of this beach destination have made us fascinating to visit it. Being college students, my friends and I have very limited budget therefore spending high on accommodation was really very difficult for me. We searched many properties on the web and luckily found Treehouse Blue serviced apartment. After reading positive reviews, we booked accommodation for three nights. When reached there, we were quite surprised to find the property quite beautiful with clean swimming pool. It is like a well maintained apartment where travelers can feel like staying at their own house. We can’t expect anything better than this property at limited budget. Highly recommended.

Treehouse Blue is a nice property with all modern amenities. The property provided me the same experience which I was thriving to get. The rooms were spacious filled with all necessary facilities. The reception area was very professional and they ensured all comfort to their guests. Location is good as many famous bars and restaurants are located quite near to this place. Beach is also quite close to this property. It also has a swimming pool which is well maintained. We were really very happy with its overall services. I would surely recommend it to those who have limited budget but want excellent facility.

Good place to hangout with friends and family and has a swimming pool. Limited parking space. This place can be spotted easily from moving traffic. Prior reservation is mandatory in peak season. We can get a studio apartment on request. This place is far away from North Goa places like Baga beach.

Perfectly laid back for a good holiday. Not too big or too small rooms. Room amenities include microwave to induction stove, fridge to cooking utensils to fish wash scrubber to clothes drying rack. Decently spacious living-kitchen-bathroom-balconies. Swimming pool, table tennis, chessboard, scooters on hire are some of the facilities besides courteous staff.

Treehouse Blue is the best hotel to stay in Goa. It is full of fun and excitement. We stayed here for five nights and each day was like Christmas. Not a single moment, we faced any issue with its hospitality. The staff members were polite and always there to serve you with smile. Location is good, quite close to popular beaches and famous eating joints. Entire property was very neat and clean. Rooms were nicely maintained with all modern facilities. The food was also good, especially the non vegetarian. The surrounding was tranquil. I will definitely recommend it to all the travel lovers.

Staying at Treehouse Blue is like a living at home. The property is full of peace reducing the burden of your daily life. I never find such a nice comfort during my stay at a hotel in Goa. I booked a room in this amazing serviced apartment for a long stay with an aim to explore Goa in better way. The view from the balcony was quite beautiful and provided me a pleasant feeling. The breakfast had an extensive range including Indian and continental. The room and bathroom were very clean. This property had given me a positive and vibrant experience. A Pleasurable Stay My family and I visited Goa two weeks back and stayed at Treehouse Blue for three nights in a studio apartment. The serviced apartment is located at a perfect place and offers a beautiful view of enchanting Goa from its balcony. The property is well designed with spacious rooms with eco-friendly setting. The living area has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a spacious balcony. The staff were good and strived to make our stay comfy. Bathroom was well maintained with all amenities. Sea food at the restaurant was mouth watering. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this property. Well Done Treehouse!

Truly a home away from home. It's the ideal place to relax with family especially if you have young ones with all the conveniences of your home at a lovely quiet location. It's a little away from the beach itself but it's very tranquil and has a nice little pool (well maintained) that makes up for it. The apartments are spacious, very clean and adequately furnished. The many balconies make it extremely pleasant to sit out. The minimal staff were unassuming and helpful. They have a chess board, carrom board, table tennis table etc. In a common area which will keep your children busy. They also have cycles available to guests which I thought was a charming and lovely idea to look around the area. They do not have in house room service but provide menus to local restaurants that deliver.
All in all we enjoyed our short but relaxing and fun stay at the Tree house blue and would be happy to recommend it.

I am a big travel lover and love to explore new destination. The first thing which I do before going on a trip is to book my room in a hotel which is known for warm hospitality, best-in class services and modern amenities. For example if you are going to book Goa holiday packages, it will be good if you explore some of the hotels and then ask your travel agent to book rooms in that particular hotel.

We stayed at the Treehouse Blue in November 2015. Overall our stay was ok, but there are some flaws with this hotel. STAFF: Most of the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like the manager was genuine towards us (especially once we started to travel about by ourselves). At times it felt like they were trying to rip us off. All hotels I've stayed at in the past have had staff that are willing to help in a non-biased manner when providing tourist information (eg. Information on transport). They were insistent that we use their taxi driver (who they benefit from) and failed to recommend the bus or nearby facilities. -My rating: 4/5 LOCATION: The location of the hotel can seem inconvenient at first, but if you are prepared to walk 10-15 minutes, there is a bus stop and train station nearby. Once we were more familiar with our location, we used the buses and train as much as possible as it was much cheaper than a taxi (bus was around 15 rupees to Margao main center and the train was around 5 rupees). We even had a wonderful walk to Majorda beach. You might need a taxi to get to some places, but I recommend trying to get around by public transport as much as possible. If you must use a taxi, do your research beforehand and ensure you are getting the best price. You can easily get to places like Panjim using public transport (train).

Simply Brilliant, had a very very comfortable stay. The location of the property is fantastic if you like calmness… I stayed in 1BHK apartment and rooms are very big and clean. The ventilation of the property is fantastic. Has a nice kitchen, which is a blessing if you travelling with small kid. Nice swimming pool, good staff. Overall very good.

The place is awesome and the service is very good. We wanted to go to the Martin's corner during our stay and we hired a vehicle. We couldn't find our way to the place, the staff offered to guide, came along with us and helped us to reach the place without us requesting them much. Their customer empathy is too good and they took care of us very well.

The intention was to stay a couple of days but the property was so convenient, we did a week. Very good apartments with well thought out furniture, layout and the big balconies. Very good location, you are central and well connected yet not on some major traffic point. And the staff is very good and helpful. Arranged our car on rent, food, medicines, everything. Worth a 2nd trip and more…

We visited Goa recently and had a good stay at The Treehouse blue, Majorda. Prompt service, lovely staff, clean & quite place to stay. Awesome experience in swimming pool because it was very clean. I ordered crabs and prawns, and I have to say that they were properly cooked and spiced. The seafood here is just delicious.

The greatest thing about Treehouse Blue is its customer service. They arranged our tours, took care of our sightseeing arrangements, simply wonderful and highly recommended.

For one of the most peaceful, serene beaches of, Majorda, just a fleeting distance from us! destination that comes to your mind when someone says Dream Vacation.

Hotel service and all are good. But far away from happening places.

It was an awesome experience. Full satisfaction. Complete facilities. Fully equipped large kitchen with breakfast material. Nicely dressed spacious room /drawing dining with large balconies. And clean Toilets. Very peace and quite place with all indoor activities. Staff behavior so polite and helpful that you feel like they are one of your own. Majorda and colva beach nearby. They have v. Good room service with outside restaurant arrangement. We enjoyed a lot and feel like going again. Also very economical. You ask for car rental/ spa discounts. We were five and got a reasonably paid Innova with educated driver. Real value for money. Must try once.

Good for children and family. Besides railways line so sometimes can be noisy. But clean and safe if you enjoy cooking during your holiday.

A wonderful stay organised by tree house manager prem and his staff. A resort in peaceful environment around with swimming pool and and all necessary stuff required for holidaying with kolva and other beaches in vicinity. One bedroom apartment is more than adequate with luxuries required for a family of 4 to 5. Special mention of their staff mr. Guna prakash the taxy owner and hiring agent. He is one man encyclopedia and a very resourceful local absolutely honest and clean with humility. He almost replaced for an event manager and secretary for the family. His services were seven star and greatly admired by each member of the family. Not to forget ketan who does an overseeing of the running of the resort. Exteremly happy to be at treehouse and looking fwd for repetition next year.
