Simroseate

We loved our wonderful Villa in Simroseate. The outside area was inviting with fabulous views over the hills & jungle. The rooms were all beautiful and well looked after. We order a room service lunch which was excellent. All the team are helpful & professional adding to our great experience, well worth a visit.

I had an absolutely beautiful stay at this resort in South Goa. The villas are stunning, each villa comes with its own private pool and jacuzzi, offering complete privacy. All villas face the sunset, and the views are absolutely beautiful.
The property is very easy to locate. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like they were waiting for us. The staff helped us with parking and welcomed us with a flower Garland and a refreshing kokum drink, which instantly set the mood. The check-in process was smooth, and they personally showed us to our villa.
When we entered the villa, we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, open, and beautifully designed. The entire property is extremely clean and well-maintained. On the ground floor, the villa has a private pool, an open shower, a living area, and a dining space. The staircase leads up to the bedroom, balcony, jacuzzi, and bathroom. Staying here felt like living inside a blanket of nature—peaceful, calming, and deeply relaxing.
The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Beers and soft drinks were stocked in the fridge, along with light dry snacks in the minibar, which was very thoughtful.
One important thing to note: the Wi-Fi works really well throughout the property, but there is no mobile network inside—so be prepared to truly disconnect (which honestly adds to the charm).
The staff were amazing warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I completely loved this property and will definitely be going back.

The staff were top class, however the room condition left much to be deserved! The air conditioning wasn’t working adequately and no provision of fans in either of the bedroom made it burning hell… Additional for a villa that can accommodate in excess of 5 guests, having a single bathroom and shower is beyond imagination!

Our stay at this luxurious villa was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected elegance, comfort, and thoughtful design. The villa is beautifully maintained, spacious, and equipped with every modern amenity one could ask for. The ambience, cleanliness, and attention to detail truly made it feel like a premium getaway.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service crew. I should thank Akeeb and the service staff. They were warm, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. Every request was handled promptly with a smile, and their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Simroseate Resort! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway — calm surroundings and close to the beach.
Overall, it was a truly refreshing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, nature, and great hospitality.

Superb location especially in the monsoon. The whole setup is heavenly. There is an artificial waterfall running down the entire property. Although I said artificial, it really natural like. Feels so natural. Rooms are very spacious and view is too good vally view. In the midst of nature. Peaceful.

I recently stayed at this stunning resort, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Nestled in the heart of a lush plantation, the property offers a serene escape surrounded by greenery, chirping birds, and the soothing scent of nature. The landscaping is pristine, with tropical plants, tall trees, and flowering gardens at every corner—perfect for morning walks or a quiet coffee on the balcony.
The highlight for me was the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool is crystal clear and beautifully set amidst the greenery, creating a relaxing oasis. The jacuzzi was the ultimate indulgence—perfectly warm and peaceful, with a view of the trees swaying above. Whether you’re looking for a romantic evening or a solo moment of relaxation, this spot is pure magic.

Wonderful off the track luxury accommodation within easy access of Agonda Beach. Super staff who will everything to make your stay fabulous.
Has a bespoke restaurant who will make what you want and despite the location you will not pay over the top prices. Your own pool has a bar that won’t charge you sky high prices.

Stunning peaceful location. The decor and attention to detail is incredible. Being in the hot tub as the sunset was an experience and fresh dips in the pool. Food and cocktails were delicious. Friendly staff, ideal if you would like to escape the busyness of Goa and get some real R&R in nature. Thank you 🙏

It’s in a stunning peaceful location, it’s very private, and landscaped absolutely beautiful. The villas are so luxurious, the have everything you need and more. Staff are so helpful and friendly, they care for your every need. We will definitely be back here.

Absolutely wonderful! A short stay, but what a wonderful place. Quality oozes as soon as you arrive, from the staff, reception, accommodation, general finishes and food. The views over the forests are amazing (and very different from the usual Goa beach views). The tranquility was wonderful and that plus the privacy of each villa made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves (which we didn't). The option to eat in the restaurant or order from the same menu but for service at our villa was a real bonus. We have stayed at its older sister resort (Simrose) a few times and still love it. But this is something wonderfully different. We will be back!

The pool over looks the backdrop of hills and jungle, the jacuzzi is perfectly located to enjoy a wonderful sunset.
The beds are very comfortable and the decor of the respite and villas are to die for. Very thought out and all in keeping with the over all feel.
We shall return!

Rarely does a hotel exceed expectations. The pictures online do not do it justice.
We stayed in the coconut villa and had wonderful views of the forest and sunset.
The pool was clean and cool, perfect for a dip once you got too hot. The villa was very private and we felt as if we were the only people around for miles, relaxing at our own pace.
We had massages almost everyday which are very good value, and they are performed in your villa by the pool in the shade.
Each villa is on two floors. The decor is simply gorgeous! Refurbed wood, old wooden panelling with intricate detail, so many plants and colourful pots bringing the outside in.
The bed is THE most comfortable bed in India yet and we stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace. In fact although a different experience, we would rate this place far beyond that of the Taj for comfort levels. The aircon was super, two units inside the bedroom as the bedroom is so large, the on suite shower is huge, the shower brilliant (pressure, heat, size and cleanliness).
There is also another toilet and shower by the pool.
The food was some of the best we have had in India. Authentic and cooked so well. Gopichan Sah and Nikhil were so attentive judging when we needed service and help with anything but at the same time providing space to enjoy the wonderful food.

Amazing seclusion with a serene atmosphere. We loved our villa, the pool and all the amenities. The food was lovely — in fact I had been very ill prior to arriving and this place was just what I needed to rest and recover. The chefs Indian Kheer (rice pudding) & homemade ginger teas and lemonade — hit the spot perfectly.
I have to give a Special shout to Gopi Chan Sah & Nikhil who made amazing drinks and served us our breakfast and dinner both at the restaurant and to the villa. Both lovely guys and super efficient. Thanks 🤩

The place is incredibly beautiful! A work of art, everything is designed with great attention to detail, and yet super comfortable and cozy. Just amazing!
The view is breathtaking. I would have liked a clear sky, the sunset from there must be very beautiful.

Most beautiful place in the most serene location. Absolutely love the super healthy food options served with great taste. The pool was so clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole villa was very grand and the hygiene level was 10/10. The beds are very cozy and comfortable. Love the jacuzzi overlooking the forests very beautiful!

We stayed at Simroseate for 8 nights. The stay was amazing. Villas are beautiful, well appointed and was fantastic having a pool inside too. The outside shower is an excellent touch too.
We actually barely left the villa. Partially because it was off season, and partly because we were just so relaxed.
Staff were all amazing, from pool/housekeeping staff to restaurant to manager. The food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious, both breakfast and evening meal. The owner was in town, and came to visit with us, which was also lovely.
I highly recommend a stay at Simroseate if you are in the area, and would not hesitate to return if we are back in South Goa.
Genuinely the break we didn’t know we needed.
