Great location and stay once at the location. I am only giving 5 stars because Kartik and Raj were excellent and made for a comfortable time. I want to reflect how great they were.

The service is top-notch with meals being the highlight. Perfect place for larger groups to unwind, collaborate and still feel at home.
Kudos to the professionalism and prompt service quality.

This place will leave you speechless the first, second, third — EVERY time you see it, literally gasping for breath when you lay eyes upon the property.

After negotiating to relocate to a hut on the front (as the steps were too steep) we were very happy with the room. It was spacious and clean.

Amazing place to stay if you want peace and away from the crowd. Food is amazing. You can go for kayaking in backwaters near by which id just 10 mins walk along the beach.

One of the hidden gem, due to poor accessibility of Little Cola beach. I have stayed in multiple places and beaches in Goa. But this one proved to be value for money.
