The resort is ve y good with the facilities what they provide its top notch. The only problem is that the price are too high. So we carry huge amount to stay here overnight… Other things are fine.

Well maintained rooms with decent sized rooms. 1 bedroom suites with a hall (with pull out couch bed), kitchenette and dining, balcony and common bathroom. There's also a nice pool and games room as amenities and the Karma spa offers a good experience. They also have a mini store with essential needs. Located at a lively spot, a comfortable walking distance to the Benaulim beach.

Amazing place. Best service. Housekeeping and room service all good. Front office is polite. Ample amenities.

Good location, safe place to stay, well maintained and clean, swimming pool available with separate enclosure for kids. Food good with provision of kitchen with rooms and pantry available. Good locality with nearby beach and markets. Polite staff.

A wonderful place with huge rooms and lots of amenities! The swimming pool was amazing and the entertainment centre was pretty well stocked. The place has ample parking and is filled with greenery. The only let down was the cricket ground!

Good place for relaxation. Amenities include table tennis table, pool table, swimming pool is good, has an adjoining restaurant open to public as well. Got Jain food prepared on our request, though limited options. We got ground floor rooms coz of elder parents and specific request.

A great place to spend your days in Goa. With their studio apartments and great amenities, you will surely love your stay at Karma Royal Palms Goa. Very close to Benaulim beach, about a 2 minutes walk. They also have a great restaurant. When in Goa, Royal Palms is your place to be.

The property is very well managed and kept very neet and clean. The renovations that they have done in the rooms is also well done. Since I had visited this property earlier too… I see a lot of changes for all the good reason. We enjoyed our holidays.

Very nice hotel near the beach.

We have a very great experience. We're enjoying a lot. Management is very good the staff is so polite. All facilities are available & its so nice. Ours holidays are very memorable.

When I first saw the area, it reminded me of a cozy, gated apartment community. There is a nice pool in the center of the complex and vegetation lines the sidewalks. There's a quaint playground that overlooks a marsh with a plethora of birds to observe. At times, the AC unit is a bit noisy but compared to most of the heating and cooling in India, it is very nice. Overall, I have been very pleased with my stay here.

A lovely resort in Benaulim (south Goa). The beach is very close by and most of your day can be spent within the resort itself. There is a swimming pool, games room and lawns for recreational activities. The place is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well as a few roadside shops. Overall this resort is conveniently placed and is a good option for vacationers looking for a quiet and relaxing place to spend their time.

Handy to the market and a short walk from the beach, Karma Royal Palms, Benaulam is well situated. The apartments are nicely designed. The pool in the centre of the complex is very well maintained as are the grounds. There is a children's play ground and badminton net. Peaceful and relaxing it is a lovely location for long or short stay.

Well Kept Swimming pool & Club House. A great weekend spot to spend time with family & friends. Hospitable staff! Overall a refreshing experience.

Apartment style accommodation gives you the feeling of living in a closed community. Enough space to take a walk, lavish pool and an amazing spa. The restaurant needs some finesse in terms of taste of food, but overall a nice stay for small to large families.

Its a great place for weekend gateway. Its a calm, beautiful place with 2 floor living arrangement. Rooms are available on different floors with different facilities. It has its own jogging track, nice swimming pool, health center, gaming area and a restaurant with good taste. There are other options for food available just outside the property. The swimming pool is operated during certain hours. Benaulim beach is just a km away. This place also accept credit and debit cards. Overall its a great place to chill out.

An awesome place to be. Totally feels like a home away from home and that precisely the concept of this place. The rooms are spacious with good kitchen amenities. Great kids activities and also the main highlight is the staff here. They are very polite and prompt and do all possible things in their duty to ensure a pleasant stay here.

Not a bad place to stay but you just don't get the peace, privacy or tranquility there which most other hotels provide you with, in Goa these days. The reason being, there are so many rooms that while walking through the property, you just see walls, windows and doors everywhere. Service is average to good. There's pool, a sports area, lawn but it all feels very synthetic and not natural. Therefore my rating is 3 out of 5 when compared to other resorts and hotels throughout Goa in which I've stayed so far.

Great place for a weekend getaway. It is very close to benaulim beach and at a very prime location. Has restaurants and supermarkets close by. They have a great swimming pool and the services are great. Very helpful. Overall one of the best hotels in goa.

Tucked away in Benaulim, this quaint resort is a fifteen minute walk from the beach and very close to supermarkets, restaurants and knick-knack shacks. If you don't feel like stepping out in the sweltering heat, swim in their pool or lounge on the deck and sip on their delicious cocktails. There's a gym for fitness freaks but who really works out on a holiday? Wouldn't recommend their dining services because there are better options outside but would definitely recommend the stay!

It's a lovely place to stay. The beach is walking distance from the resort. They have the best of amenities including a pool, gym, restaurant, spa, games room, library and many more. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We visit at least once a year if not more.

Good place to stay. Staff very polite and disciplined. But what they are selling is pricey. They are asking you to pay them 5 lakh rupees and then every year Rs30, 000 to avail there world wide Resort facility for one week only once in alternate year. Mind you this amount is only for lodging and food is not free nor any other facility. I think it is ludicurous to pay 30000 every year.

Loved it… Very beautiful healthy and clean environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our holiday here was amazing and shall be returning here definitely every year.

Enjoy luxury at affordable prices. Excellent food well maintained units. Limited menu options but whatever they offer is authentic… Staff attentive, ever smiling… Pool nice and clean… Typical karma hospitality.

Nice quaint little place for a getaway. Food is good and service is little above average. Beware of the sales pitch for membership of timeshare holidays.

This is our 2nd home. We have been coming to goa and staying here for last 5 years. And we just love it. We cherish these memories when we are back to our hometown. Hearty thanks to all the staff members who are polite, honest, friendly, co-operative. They make our stay really comfortable. It's a pleasure staying here.

Great location, great infrastructure with worthy amenities and facilities. Beautiful rooms, food and services. Excellent staff.

Although supposedly high-end, this place gives a feel of a 3 star, at best a 4 star property. It is cramped, lacks adequate open spaces, lacks designated parking for private vehicles inside the property and they have to be parked behind another building in the lane, no elevator for upper floors, drawing rooms in apartments cannot be brightly lit for reading and so on. Basic conveniences like hooks inside bathroom doors and mobile charging ports are missing. On the positive side, the service is good, the staff is helpful.

Great place for a short stay. About 1km away from the sea and has residential and commercial buildings around, presenting a peaceful and cheerful atmosphere. The supermarket at the corner of the street, (can't recall the name right now) saves the day when you reach the place late after a long day of sightseeing. They are open till 11 and cater to food requirements and all monthly rations. The stay itself is great and peaceful, featuring a decent swimming pool.

The property is good and the services are excellent. The services available here are excellent regarding the rate. Villas are very beautiful and food too.

Bad Pathetic Horrible Ugly So manyyyyyyyyy… :-××××××××××× We went to Royal Palms through by cousins membership which turned into an horrible experience. Whole Diwali vacations spoiled and our trip turns into a night mare. Following are short falls Pathetic Room service — you have to wait for room service for more than 1-2 hrs for utility kits, bedding to get changed. Food — my 2.5 years daughter was with us and they promised to provide microwave which they could not. They do not have their own Restaurant making us to dependent on outside food. Travel Assistant: no support on same. Room is totally old styled with old furniture and accessories. Please do not over commit on facilities. Gym: No towels/napkins, no water provided, most of instruments were broken/not working Swimming pool is also without proper maintenance and life gaurds No activities for kids/family Cleanliness is most important when you travel with kids and I think they are so called prestigious award winner from Australia; I simply have doubts on credentials on that. Please do not waste your money… Only best part was that I went to Club mahindra varca and spent whole day there (3times) and 3 days in site seeing. Plz plz plz do not opt for this membership… It's a big waste…

It is a Good Resort. Activities offered were FREE. So everyone could participate without fear of cost. Good staff & service.

My royal palms accommodation booking was done by Samson Vacations. Once we entered the place, the receptionist and hotel staff were not welcoming, they were really rude. The first look of the room was horrifying. The rooms were dirty — curtains stained, rooms stinking, fungus formation on the wooden furniture, Stinking bedspreads, water leaking out of fridge, bathroom was dirty and the bathroom door latch wasn't working, the landline phone provided in the room wasn't working, Breakfast was not complimentary. Each time we had an issue about power cut in the room or room service we had run to the reception and complain since the phone wasn't working. When we complained about the phone they never bothered to fix it. When we questioned about the complimentary breakfast, receptionist connected me to the manager of that place. His name was Robinson, he did not have the patience to listen to the issue, he threatened us to pay the money and vacate. He was arrogant. The booking was for 2 days, I cut short my stay for half a day and vacated the room. During my check out I figured out that a person by name Robinson owns a few apartments in the complex and runs it separately with name of Royal palms. We were cheated by the name Royal palms. The reviews that I read about the place didn't apply for the room that I got. Overall I had a very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends/relatives.

It is the worst place in the world. Plz never go there. They have so much negative attitude and indiciplin staff.

Good place to stay in. I stay here once every year. Located 10min walk from a wonderful beach with good food shacks. Madgaon not that far either.

Royal groups is a part of karma group of resorts. The resort has villas which is just like a stay at home. It has full equipped kitchen, dining, separate wash and bedrooms. It also has a supermarket, spa and a huge pool. The hospitality is excellent too. Since we went through an affiliation with golf club, our 3 day luxurious stay cost us just Rs. 7, 500. The benaulium beach is a 10min walk from the resort. Overall, stay at royal groups is getting 5 star facilities with a budget price. A complete justice to the name given "Royal".

Poor quality service. Had lot of attitude of staff at reception. Booking was confirmed with customer care. But they treat us like we are staying on their head. Poor vacation for group holiday.

Not great. You cant get housekeeping to clean the utensils also more than once a day. Plus room cleaning is done very late in the afternoon. Towels are dirty and dinner buffet isnt even worth the 500 per pax that it costs.

Not at all this is a five star property as the resort management claim so. Rooms having poor paint, stinky sofa set, and lot more of poor quality similar to a three star resort. The problem is same even in the refurbished rooms. Staff are completely unfriendly, they would bot provide any activity list of near by location. Most of the time their response would be average. Worst housekeeping u could expect here. In apartment kitchen they would put water in bottel of PERCIL (dishwasher liquid). Overall no value of money and not even a good location.

Very nice experience. Good location, nice apartments, very courteous staff. Worth more than the money you pay. Getting a cab from here to other places is the only problem but that is nothing to do with the hotel and its rather to do with the taxi union locally. I recommend this place.

In royal palms resort, I stayed from"23/03/2014 to 28/03/2014" hospitality is not good and they will care you during the check in and then till check out you are least bothered and for each and every facility like power and fixing the bulbs, guest has to do multiple follow up and finally that will be get it done after 2 days follow up. And people in restaurant really bad and the hospitality of restaurant people is also very bad! And to be honest last day of my checkout there was no power from 10:00 AM to 4:00 pm and the day without power in the resort was too horrible to bear the heat in goa (during march there is lot of humidity) and I tried to had a words for the power facility but the people in the resort started arguing and they will start telling the different stories and there is no value for the money you paid for the resort So I feel I will never opt "Royal Palms" once again.
