We had an amazing experience with Azaya Beach Resort. Great hospitality by Mr. Prashant Chauhan made our stay more comfortable and never made us feel that we were asking too much. Its large suites with personal pool, clean and tidy rooms are just worth for what you paid for. If you are foodie, La Concha is the one provide you tempting food. All over best resort to stay at. -Severe cleanliness issues (do not ignore reviews where people have complained about cleaniless issues at Azaya). I went on my honeymoon and checked with the Azaya staff about the cleanliness complaints 3 weeks before the checkin date. I was assured those concerns wont arise when I check in for my honeymoon. With that assurance, I booked the pool essence room, but was disappointed to find a soiled couch, lizards on the roof near the pool area, dead insects in the pool and clogged basins. There were atleast 10visits for the clean up on the checkin day after I reported this to the duty manager thereby lending the evening useless! Plus the pool lights dont function at all in the night which means that the pictures were misleading. After a some pushing, they upgraded us to the pool xl room the next day, but that one had 2 spiders in the bathroom, that I took care or myself since I didnt want to ruin the 2nd and last day of my honeymoon. -Slow room service. Had to repeat stuff so many times for it to be taken care of. They dont even have a hair dryer in the pool and pool xl rooms (top room on offer! ) -Food is fantastic, slightly expensive — Pool rooms are grossly overpriced -Quality, fit and finish isnt remotely close to the money you spend. — Ensure you read all reviews and dont assume cleanliness et al is magically fixed like I did (even after assurance from sales) -Honeymoon experience details they shared are outdated. Eg.

Awesome property right on beach which is quite clean and pool with jacuzzi is most beautiful part of resort. We book plunge pool xl room which is extremely specious and private pool is also with great space.

Wonderful experience with Azaya, staff are very welcoming and warm in nature, their hospitality is excellent. Ms. Kiran and her colleague have been soo cooperative and they are such darlings. Our family enjoyed to the fullest, for all who are looking out for good stay and relax yourselves I should say that this is the best place where beach is very closer to you. Highly recommended.

I had booked a private pool villa which costed me @20 k. When we checked in, the air conditioner in the room was not working (just imagine after paying 20 k also you are not getting basic facilities in the room). And after discussion with the staff it was decided that these guys will refund my amount in 20 days. Only on trust basis I agreed and it’s been 2 months now that these guys haven’t paid my amount neither the concerned person picks up the call.
It’s the worst property and worst experience I ever had.

Do not refund you your deposit which they agreed to back in October 2020 due to the COVID pandemic when all travel was cancelled.

In our two weeks of stay, one thing we listened to, were only "apologies" from almost every department (reception, housekeeping, maintenance, dining e. T. C. ) …
I think more than being trained at their jobs, they are trained to say 'sorry'
The housekeeping may ring the bell and keep knocking at any time of the day (non-stop), even if the DND sign is on!
If we call intercom they never answer, we have to physically go to the department and ask for what we want,. If we ask for something, they'll come after hours!
There was lot of garbage outside our room everyday, one day the garbage was scattered all over, … not a good sight you want to see early morning as soon as you open your door…
The WORST part of the day is breakfast, we need to order at the table, and the order takes like forever, and there is a LOT of confusion, the Christmas n new year party was very sad…
The food at the restaurant is too average, and highly priced!

The checkin was good. We were made comfortable in our rooms. But our experience started to turn bitter when we wanted to order a pizza and the waiter kept on saying we cant do that you hv to go to the restaurant. Anyways after much coaxing he finally got one. Pizza was amazing. We wanted to order some wine and to our dismay they didnt hv any choice of wines. Breakfast was really bad. Service at the breakfast table was pathetic. Its 2yrs old hotel we asked for the F&B manager almost 4 times, all we got was he is busy and he has left for the day.

We booked luxury plunge pool villa and were upgraded to XL one. And rooms are designed tastefully. Plunge pool was great. The private beach of resort is well maintained too… Great stay…

This is not a 5 star resort; our checkin was horrible. They allotted a room which was absolutely the worst one and only after fighting with the front office, they agreed to give us another better room. Infact, initially they even refused and told us that there is no room available and they are sold out. When we refused to checkin, they after a while gave us the other option which we feel would have been kept for foreigners. 1. Staff partial towards foreigners.
reserve most ideal rooms for foreigners and keep Indian guests waiting for their orders even in the dining place.
2. No culture of menu designing and doesnot have expansive layout… offering same food EVERYDAY.
3. Pathetic housekeeping.
4. Staff Insensitive towards the needs of the guests.
5. Poor upkeep of the rooms … white upholstery of the sofas has stains all over it. No one does dusting or even vaccum the carpet … leaving the room dirty.
6. No facility for firstaid and basic medicines like paracetamol etc.
7. Plunge pool had misty muddy water and broken floor tiles and no heed was paid to clean it or refill it or repair the tiles or atleast then change the room.
on their expense our kids got hurt on their foot and had rashes all over the body.
inspite of reporting the above we were told to adjust.
8. Blocked drains in toilet.
9. Unclean towels and bed linen provided by staff as fresh.

5 stars Amazing resort with excellent service and exceeded all expectations. We came at the start of the busy season — mid October but it wasn’t crowded (perfect)! We were upgraded for free to a massive personal plunge pool room and the spa was brilliant too. The pool was lovely, the beach and beach restaurant and bar was scenic and quiet. Didn’t come with family but definitely want to bring them. My only improvement ask would be to change the thumping repeated beach bar music — some soothing or tunes easier on the ear would help. Overall fantastic resort and would recommend it.

One of the best property in south Goa with great amenities and beach access. From hospitality to Food on point. Must experience.

Perfect home away from luxury home. Excellent managerial team to look after guests. Value for money. Specially for people look for 7 STAR accomodation and wish to spent qualiity tome with family, may be with parents, wife and children and last but not the least with boyfriend or girl friend. A fabulous stay. From our suite with a personal pool to the beach with white sand to an amazing pool and well the food which is finger licking. I strongly recommend Azaya to everyone looking for break from the hustle and bustle. The staff is great and very helpful too. Thumbs up.

Not even wanted to give 1 star Hotel management is I think having a 50 years experience in road sides Dhaba not in star rating hotel. They don't know how to respond. Worst destination for marriage. With God's grace … I haven't finalised this hotel. The sales team take around 7 days to give an answer to simple question. Without meeting they can't descide the rate of 1 plate of papad.

Amazing experience and view. Plunge pool rooms are big and its a good sized pool to do a few laps and in the privacy of your own room.

Totally unprofessional, non-responsive and manipulative management team. Speak to different people and each one will give a different price quote for a room reservation. Do not get carried away by the website to believe that this is a professionally run resort. To me, they just come across as a set of people who believe that a piece of land, some expenditure to make good looking rooms and some witty marketing is all it takes to run a customer centric service industry called Hotels and Resorts. Some facts with regards to my reservation: — Reservation number given on website runs a busy time for hours. — Most times the helpless lady who answers the reservation number is unable to find anyone on reception desk and hence the rare opportunity that your call is connected is wasted. — They quite a different rate over the phone and the same people quote a different price on mail. And a completely different rate by SMS (yes they quote rates on SMS too) — Worst of all, after sending a confirmation on SMS for room reservation (since I received quote on SMS, I had to respond on SMS), till now no confirmation or any link to make payment whatsoever. So all in all it has been a horrible experience just to make a reservation, and I can only imagine how unprepared they must be to run their operations. It may still be a good property by the looks of the place but that's only once one can get through the reservation process to actually be able to book a room.

Amazing rooms and awesome service. Great to spend time here if you're on a long stay or short. Luxury property in true sense. Innovative cocktails. Exceptional food. The staff is out for you to have a great experience and won't leave a stone unturned to make that happen!
