Great hotel with nice food and service, party lawn and party hall is also spacious.

Sobti Continental is a good experience among all other hotels in Rudrapur. Great place for dinner and drinks. A landmark hotel, often occupied for wedding ceremonies and other such functions. Good place. Deserves at least a visit… Go find out more.

Felt like management is into hands of totally amatuer people, no idea about industry trends etc … property requires some professional people to run the show … infrastructure is fine but lack of proper managment/services …

Pathetic services. Not a 3 star feeling at all. A. C wasn't working. Food quality wasn't good. Washroom were not cleaned and sensitized.

Quality of food is good but they serve very slowly. Sufficient space they have. Parking is the worst part oh the Hotel. Other wise it's alright.

Stayed here with a wedding party. Great setting. Food was amazing. Staff very helpful.

I visited the restaurant and not the hotel, food is ok, ambience is ok. The setup looks a little old. There is nothing special about this restaurant, its just average be it food, location, ambience or service.

It can be a case study for mis-management… no one is bothered about upkeep and guest care… wastage of money… all the rooms need renovation, bathrooms need reconstruction… restaurant needs additional and professional staff… useless… I do not have option to give negative star, otherwise would have given.

Poor service, smelly rooms. Currently construction work is going onn here on the front side. It has a very big lawn enough to hold large gatherings like marriage function or concerts. Easily accessible from anywhere. Located on national highway near rudrapur railway station… Service is slow and staff is not trained.

Overall a good stay at such that price point. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food served is also good.

Good but emergency services are not being provided. Hotel staff is even not bothered to listen in night 2 am My collegue had stone pain in night. Very bad. That was my last time in this hotel.

On highway itself. Easy to notice. Lovely ambiance. Posh and clean rooms. Restaurant inside. Breakfast early morning by 7:30 am allows business visitors to leave early to complete work. There is big lawn at back side of the hotel.

Mid range hotel with big lawn and banquet. Good for wedding parties. Low maintained Swimming. Cleanliness is need some improvement.

Fiendly and helpful receptionist, so first impression of hotel is good. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. There is swimming pool, beautiful gardan for walk. Overall excellent hotel in Rudrapur.

Apart from property location, the facilities are quite good. If it would have been at a better location, I would have given 5stars.

The New look Sobti is a feast for the eyes. Perfect place for family and kids for stay, fine dining a quick bite and a getaway place. Spread in 5 Acres on national highway 74 with lush green lawns. Re done rooms are affordable and cozy. New Menu. Remarkable service quality Restaurant with a view to the pool. Starters pleasing to eyes and palate come to you with excellent interiors and ambience.

It's very neat nd clean place. Service nd food all are good in that hotel.

Plus: 1) Ecnomical Rooms. 2) Contemporary and clean rooms. Minus: 1) Location: along Highway and in night you can hear lots of heavy traffic. The online pictures of big lawns is not in front but at backside of hotel and is space for banquet. 2) When not crowded they switch off the lift and you have to use stairs. 3) Though food is good but its very costly as compare to standard of hotel. 4) Small TV in rooms. 5) WC in bathroom has very poor placing and space, you have to cramp yourself to fitin.

State-of — the-art rooms, superb environs, unmatched house keeping, delicious food and more. An ultimate place to stay at. I really had a classic experience. This was my third visit to the hotel and I will continue staying whenever I visit the town.
