It's a good hotel & Food was awesome.

Nice Place, Front Location, near by market, Mall, Medical Etc. All staffs are nice. Good food restaurant.

Location: Centrally located, reaching here isn't a problem. Rooms are old and not properly maintained. As per the devices u r getting it can be counted as over priced property.

My dad stayed here too… so this is a pretty old place… in need of a makeover… kinda a nostalgic and takes you back to the bengal in 70s. Restaurant is damp and mushy. I was very uncomfortable having food here although the food itself is not bad.

Wonderful AC room at a good price. Service is very good. Food is little costly.

One of the old hotel in haldia. Need some updates. Food quality is below average as compared to price. At the same price rate food quality of other hotels in haldia are much better.

It fine serve as available soon for the outsiders and guest also. Normal charge need more maintenance and quite good facility provide by the Hotel.

I stayed in East Coast Hotel. Since the budget AC rooms were unavailable, I decided to stay in non AC rooms. They also provided me with a good discount. But that was my big mistake. AC rooms are not suitable to stay in summers. Its too hot. The rooms were having a very hot atmosphere even in the nights. I used to sleep on the floor. Food was excellent. No doubt. Service also excellent. I would suggest East Coast Hotel (If they come across this comment of mine) please provide a cooler instead of a fan in NON AC rooms. Else convert all NOC AC rooms to some affordable AC rooms. The AC rooms may be comfortable but no idea s the budget AC rooms were unavailable during my stay.

Unhealthy Environment : you can smell people smoking & if you see their kitchen, worst place to eat food.

Excellent food. Best in Haldia. The staff can be a little bit rough … Watching TV all the time. But all compensated for fantastic food.

Value for money. It's my favorite hotel in haldia. Rooms and foods both are very nice.

Restaurant food is one of the best in Haldia. However the bar is not well maintained and there are cigarette burn marks all over the sofa and table covers. Staff behavior is good. Wouldn't recommend it for kids due to the filthy ambiance.

Very comfortable, clean room, prompt service with warm behaviour of crews. Ideal for business trip at Haldia.

One need to get down I the stoppage of colony bazar Durgachak, and yes you will find yourself infront of the hotel. One can take bus of durgachak, auto and magic vans from sutahata side or from durgachak town stn. They excepts both card and cash, you will get lodging as well as fooding too. Staffs are good and this hotel is in such a place that you will get communication for every where in right time.

It has lost his pride. 10-12 years ago traveller used to wait for the room availablity. Now it does not have charm, rooms are not regularly occupied so not regularly cleaned. But location is fantastic. Now the rooms are available at very cheap price. It can be used as trail basis.

It's very old hotel while staying in haldia (west bengal) but one more hotel is near by named karan international and it's is also good / economy.

Known as lodge with Bar cum Restaurant, situated at DURGACHAK, Haldia, East Madinipur.

This is an old hotel with primitive facilities. Rooms are expensive. Not a good value for money. Room Service is quick and people are friendly. But cleanliness has to be upgraded.
