Good place to stay at reasonable cost. No lift to reach reception at high 1st floor. Tiny rooms though.

Poor service very poor infact… The lady who who heading the hospitality of the Hotel is very arrogant and misbehaving in nature do not visit this hotel there is other much better hotels is in the town… Trust me it's not worth investment money for such poor services… I won't take her name in the public platform but yes she can easily understand from this review…

Nice hotel, known by the Brand name it carries. Too good a location, having proximity to Railway station, a 20-30 minutes drive. Airport would be around 45 minutes drive. Having provisions for only Guests dining, Business meets or Social functions might not be possible. Quite dusciplined professionals do handle the guests and their conveniences. Limited parking space. Too good rooms, professionally designed and are maintained. Nice staying experience.

Bath room is a bit smelly! Restaurant is good but expensive. Nice place for a short stay.

Was attending a party there; A server asked me to finish what I had in my plate before asking for more! Most unacceptable!

The Ambiance of Hotel is good. The Hotel is located very near to Park Street. The Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Room Service was good. Food quality to be improved a lot. Meals are not too costly. All amenities are good in condition. It is a small hotel without an elevator. For families with children it is not so good but for a stay for sightseeing perfect!

Located just near the maidan metro station. Less than 3 minute walk. For location it's 5 out of 5. Also a good hotel to stay in a budget. We visited last December for three nights and cost us 4, 000/ night including buffet breakfast. Staffs are nice and co operative. Though park street is my first preference but this neighborhood is also good to stay.

Descent place for staying as it is very near to US consulate. And many good dinning restaurants and pubs are in around this place. Food is not great and very costly. U can get more varities for the price you paid in good places near park street.

Staff here are very good. He room also. Just one thing, when I stayed there, the hot water only came once at the first day. I hope it's fixed now.

The rooms are clean, service is prompt and friendly, and the food is good too. But the hotel scores well for its location. A mere ten minute walk from Park Street, it is really in the heart of the city. A good, family-friendly hotel.

Good accommodation, services available. Nice place to stay in Kolkata. Location is very good.
