The staff was not at all cooperative. They were ignorant and didn't responded to our call. When our food was served there was no spoon or fork. On repeatedly asking for it, they provided spoons but less in number. Then we had to wait for glasses to have water. The bill was brought again and again in between our food. It was the worst ever experience we had in any restaurant.

Stayed there for only one night. Staff is very helpful and courteous and makes you feel important from stepping in till out. I had to check out early at 5 but still they managed to arrange a neat complimentary breakfast for me at the lobby. The reception staff is also friendly and makes sure you do not waste time. Food at the restaurant was good with nice calming ambience. They were offering liquor at discounted rate because of the Fifa 2018 cup. You can make use of that right now. Overall had a good experience staying at this place.

O2 is a three star hotel in kaikhali near Haj house in VIP road. The is a restaurant, banquet, bar. Drunken money bar is in O2 hotel. The banquet knows as the earth banquet which is in underground. There are more then 1banquet hall. You can organise any type of parties there. There is room service available 24hours. It is situated in very good place. Hotel is located 2, 3 km far from airport. Hospitals, banks, ATM all are near to the hotel. You get convenience easily 24*7.

Everything is seamless, easy, comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Comfortable rooms, great food and service. Workers are nice and polite and are helpful. One of the best hotels near Kolkata airport.

The hotel is a mess and the washrooms are next to impossible to get in, forget about using one. I'll share my personal experience with this hotel and let you decide for yourself. I went there for an interview from my college and I was surprised by the behaviour of the hotel staffs. It was like going back in the time were the cast system existed. The students who came from the colleges were elite and the walk-ins were the untouchables. I was taken aback by their attitudes and the way they were misbehaving with others in front of us. One of the employees went to the extent of misbehaving with us as well but was stopped by the one of the interviewers. That's where I realised in the process of becoming corporate individuals we lost our humanity somewhere. It's a shame how hypocrite they are.

I went there as a guest to attend a marriage function, so the hotel is how much expensive I really have no idea. But location wise its really very good. Just 3 min from Airport if there is no traffic. Well maintained, clean hotel with good staff. I can't give a perfect 5 star, because of food. Food was good but not awesome. Just very few are finger liking.

While going to the airport I often drop to have a quick bite. The paneer starters and stuffed potatoes are good. The green chutney also tastes good. The waiters ate friendly and if requested they give very quick and fast service.

Very good hotel and well maintained, organised & well-staffed place. I was unlucky & lucky for my flight got rescheduled and indigo provided this hotel for a day stay, so I am unaware of the expenses. Hotel had amenities and bathroom is clean & well equipped. Rooms are clean having centralized ac. Staff is good, and buffet was quite fine for taste. Enjoyed my day stay here.

Everything was very good. Nice rooms. Luxurious services. Mannered and reliable staffs. But tje location is too noisy to bear.

My life… My Feet… My Way stayed at this hotel for a transit through Kolkata and was disappointed to the core. The rooms were in a very very shabby condition that I had to change my so called deluxe room which appeared to be a shack with broken switches, leaking bathrooms, broken fittings and dirty rooms. The management was decent but the maintenance was very poor. They showed me a few other rooms too but they were also in the very same condition. The Wifi was so slow that I could not open even one site in any of my three devices and the excuse given to me was that my devices have some problem… (All three of them. Ahem ahem). The worst part was that this so called deluxe room was priced at above 4k. Definitely not a place where I would go again.

Stayed over for a night prior to catching a flight. The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from CCU, Kolkata airport. Room & bathroom were clean & spacious. The bar on the 1st floor was nice. Not a very big selection of food at their buffet, but whatever they had was delicious.

Overall good experience though the rooms are small and congested. Location is very good, near to airport. Ambience is nice.

The entrance to the hotel is something I didn't like (my personal opinion though). Food quality is fairly good, however, not excellent. Also, I found the price a bit overpriced. Staffs are good, helpful, and humble.

Good budget hotel near airport. Room service is super fast. Food is tasty. Only concern is there is a construction site just beside the hotel. So at night the construction work sound might cause some problems. Otherwise all good.

Good hotel. Room Service is poor. Not as per the commitment. Breakfast is also not at par. Near by the hotel some tandoori shops present. U can get good food of starter and mancourse.

Being the layover passenger of air India I along with my family stayed in this hotel. This hotel is very sweet n cozy, staff is courteous, front office and bell boys are very active. However need some improvement. Needs to increase the bathroom itinerary such as bath shampoo, bath conditioner and bath shower gel. Needs to provide complimentary drinks n fruits on arrival. Breakfast Buffet is good but can be best with adding more meals n some live counter into it. Looking forward to stay in O2 VIP soon. Regards.
