This guest house cum marriage hall is located in Hazra area, South Kolkata. Basic facilities are good. This four storied guest house is well maintained. But rate is expensive.

Its a nice and budget place to stay. Being beside a metro station is a benefit. All the main areas in city can be reached from here easily. They provide good service and rooms are also very nice. Overall its the best place to stay when you are on budget.

It's a marriage banquet available with lodging facility. Rooms are quite good with nice bathroom and storage facilities. Air conditioning was also available.

Very important metro station as it leads up to Hazra crossing. Will be little difficult for old people as there are long stairways. Would advise to take the escalator exit and cross the road later.

Arya Regency is a tall building whose 2nd and 3rd floors are provided for hosting marriage and other ceremonies. The space is really large and the location is apt as it is steps ahead from the Jatin Das Park Metro Station.

The metro station is one of the busiest in the city. It is placed right beneath the Hazra crossing. The station is well ventilated and decorated with murals. Have helpful staff and adequate seating options. From this station you can get autorickshaw and bus connectivity to every part of the city ranging from Kalighat, Alipore, etc. The station has a total of six gates with required facilities of escalators and security.

Good place to stay. Hardly 15 to the station. The only problem was with lunch and dinner, as they dont hav hotel.

On the hazar crossing this metro station is placed, it has 6 gates. It is not so crowded place. Nice place.

The metro station has 6 gates. 1st one is front of Asutosh college and 6th one is towards kalighat temple. It's normally not so crouded except college hours. 3 escalators are in total. Good security is also available.

The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast provided is not very good. The AC and TV are in good condition.

Like the others metro station in Kolkata it is also good. It now has total 7 Gates. It is bigger.

This Metro Station is great location just crossing of Hazra More, one end is the besides of 'Jatin Das Park' /'Ashutosh College' & other end is 'Basusree Cenema Hall'/towards Kalighat Mandir & not atall is crowded area.

A Transit Station on the Hazra More Crossing. On the north exit — The left one leads to the park and Ashutosh College entrance, The right one leads you to an escalator up to street level near to Chittaranjan Cancer Hospital. The station is well kept and is has reasonable passenger flow, though not as dense as at the Kalighat station.

More or less same like the other metro stations… hazra or Jatin das park is a important point… This station serves its purpose very effectively in a busy place like this …

Very crowded but best place for travelling fast to north kolkata.

Great location. Not too crowded. Situated just beside the jatin das park near Asutosh College.

Very bad waste of money overall poor service. Not recommended to stay. If stay you will feel frustrated. No restaurant. Only tea coffee & water from outside. Available only after 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Extra charge for extra pillow and bedsheet. Breakfast available only after 8:30 AM arranged from outside 3rd class. Basically it's a Banquet/function Hall selling rooms in off season.

Very bad experience here and we couldn't even sleep because of recurring rat menace since one week.

Absolutely pathetic hotel with rat problem and broken amenities and staff who are more interested in sleeping than service. Their corrupt manager VIJAY DHAWAN is another joke!

It's your average Kolkata metro station. Has around 6 gates I guess. Usually not too crowded.

All types communication is available here. Kali ghat temple is very near. School, college, hospital, police station are also available here.

Very near to Kalighat Temple area. Baliganj railway station is a short bus or auto ride distance from here.

Room is spacious, clean with all amenities like AC, wardrobe, TV etc. Location is excellent as it connects with the other part of the city by taxi, bus and Metro — Jatin Das Park metro station is just 1 minute away. Complimentary breakfast is okey. Managers/staff serve good with smile. They try to make customer happy by providing facilities up to limit. I will definitely refer the hotel to friends.

Kolkata metro. Though single line spans longitudinally throughout the city… station is well maintained. It's near two big hospitals. Ramakrishna mission and related hospitals.

No restaurant for self service… Location is good but no room service.

Here u can reach from various sides and can get some easy parking while waiting.

Good place to stay. But breakfast do not have options and is usual Indian dishes. Place is quite neat and clean with silent atmosphere. Staff are cooperative too.

Easy way to approach feb hotel aarya Residency.

Location is absolutely perfect. Staff is very friendly. The room allotted to me was quite small but nevertheless clean. I'm deducting one star because of the bathroom. The bathroom seemed dingy but can be overlooked given the other pros of the hotel. Having a great stay here and actually enjoying. :)

Just 150mtrs from Jatin Das park metro station. So have a very good and convenient connectivity from Dum Dum (Airport), Esplanade to this hotel. Extremely well located. This is my best experience of hotels in Kolkata till now. Rooms are outstanding. Big windows, Wi-Fi, Complimentary breakfast, Personal wardrobe, Spacious room,, LED Tv. Everything is outstanding. But the hotel does not have own restaurant so you have to order your food either from other restaurants or they'll provide a menu card from a nearby restaurant. In my case I opted their provided menu and ordered my dinner from there. Food was good and amount was nice. Would love to visit again. And already recommended to many of my friends and to my company. A little suggestion for the hotel — You should start your own restaurants to fulfill the basic food requirements of your guests.

Good location hardly 50ft from the metro station. Rooms were clean and staff was good. The bathroom door lock was not working.

Nice hotel within affordable range. Nearer to kalighat kali maata temple (700 mts) and command hospital (2.5km).
