This year I came with family during puja vacation. I have to give prebooking fees. No room service provided to us. Shower is useless. Room totally dirty. And lastly their food quality is worth less and they don't provide lunch or dinner to us at proper time though we are their guest. Its was a horrible experience and this vacation totally spoiled.

Fairly good hotel with quality restaurant. Good dishes and friendly service. Modarate price. Can be reached easily.

In Bankura town Hotel Saptaparna is one of the best restaurants beside DTC, Bankura. The rooms of this are neat and clean and staffs are also courteous.

Best hotel in Bankura! It's a pocket friendly hotel with the best possible amenities. AC rooms, breakfast included with a nice restaurant gives you a nice stay in the town. Around 3km from Bankura railway station, you can hire a Toto or a Rickshaw directly to the hotel. Cycle Rickshaws will charge you something around 60 bucks, Totos will charge 20 bucks per head.

Ambiance of resturent is good. Quality of food is also good but could be better. In case of service there is a scope of improvement.

The best hotel I have seen with a nice restaurant withvery excellent and good quality food. Service is really excellent along with rooms free breakfast Soaps and shampoos provided. Huge reception. Car rental service. Nice lake view and a huge garden for playing specially for children and talking area for adult.

A very good family restaurant but try to avoid in the time of any festival like Durga puja not only for that you get too much crowd that time but also the food quality degrades as well.
