The worst service in the hotel. I stayed in Room 2013. The Aircon no cooling. Hot water not in the room. Several phone call after the water heater is switched on.

This hotel really makes me believe that Google reviews are NOT trust worthy.
I am surprised about the "Awesome" and "Great" reviews that I see for this hotel here.
I was booked by my client for 4 nights.
When I checked in late on my first night, these are the sequence that followed.
1. Smelly elevator.
2. Smelly room. However, they tried to cover it up with a room freshener. Smell was so bad that I went down to the restaurant to eat.
3. Air conditioner did not function. Though it was running.
4. No hot water in the shower. Though I emptied 2 to 3 buckets waiting for it.
5. Cockroaches roaming around. I had to keep all my stuff covered.
Finally, I decided to check out the next morning. One night is the maximum that could be done.
When I informed the counter during checkout, the person started abusing me.
Finally, I had to beg his pardon. My mistake to have informed. I should have just wrote a Google review!
Meanwhile, I just wonder how I find 5 Star reviews for this hotel.
Google should introduce a No-Star option.

We went here for a small function the hall was in the 1st floor the hall can accommodate 40-50 people at once. It was clean and maintained in a neat manner. The location is very near from SAP bus stand. The food & catering service was good.
Overall I liked this place's hall and the service. The place is maintained in a neat way.

Very worse service to ever witness. Please don’t ever visit this hotel. If you are willing to stay in between trash you can definitely go for this place. I have shared the images of the room which was provided to us as new booking. On top of it all they are least bothered about the consequences which was faced in front of them.

Nice area and Good service, the rooms are good and the bed is so comfortable except sometimes the cleaning person leaving the windows open as the bugs are entering, and there are small small insects in toilets that too, if you complain they'll do the needful. Nice place I personally recommend.

Awesome experience at this stay. The rooms are so clean. The staff are very helpful and supportive. Aesthetics are so good. The food tasted nice. Wi-Fi also okay but can be connected by only guests per room.

In the name of buffet breakfast, personnel of the hotel were serving the food on the plates. The quantity served was hardly enough and there were not many choices too. They would stare us if we ask for more quantity. The car parking was located adjacent to the hotel and it was hard to find as there was no signboard indicating the same. So, I need to get into the hotel and ask for it.

We got stuck in the lift. The bell inside the lift didn't work either. We were calling the reception but no answer. Later they came and said it would open in 2 mins. They didn't say any consoling words. Switched off the lift too. Our 2 yr old and 4 yr old kids were also there and we were freaking out. Finally we came out and only one person was standing there. Even the people in reception were not in front of lift. I didn't see anyone caring about us. The person was arguing on why we were in tension. Such a horrible people. They won't care even if something would have happen.
This is still haunting us and our kids.
I'm going to report for sure.
