Wetzlar Resorts and Hotels

We visited Kerala India and we stayed in Wetzlar resort. It is a nice resort and welcoming staff. They served good food. I like their poori. They take care of their guest as friends. Thanks Radish in the front deskand Jusith for helping us in our luggage. As well as with other staff who serve with a smile. Thanks.

The moment one enters the resort he/she would feel an entirely different world inside. The resort, unlike others, is so cool naturally. The food, service & the environment are unique/superb. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all as the best in Moovattupuzha city.

We booked a day out package for our family gathering. With almost 40 members, they organized everything perfectly.
The hall was a great place to gather, and it was air-conditioned as well.
They also had a large pool with separate areas for kids.
We opted for the buffet dinner, which was delicious.
However, we did notice a few minor issues. Since we visited during the monsoon, the floors were slippery due to improper cleaning.
Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks to Manager Sibi for the arrangements.

Oh I just loved the place. Also such a friendly staff… we had our new year eve at the property. And I am lucky to start this year from Wetzlar with my friends… pool and pool side rooms are the best choice. Its great to exit from a busy city life and not travel far …

I visited India from the US and stayed at the Wetzler. Was looking for a western type hotel in Muvattupuzha and this is perfect. The staff was very helpful, my Wi-Fi didn’t work at first and they gave me a hotspot to use during my stay. They also were very accommodating and eager to help with any requests we had. Sibi was the manager and did a great job. She answered all our questions, was kind and helpful. Sanju was in charge of the kitchen. The food was delicious and fresh. I only ate breakfast at the resort since I was out visiting family and places through the day. The rooms were clean but you could feel the age of the resort. The exercise room and kids play area were definitely dated, but we booked this place for the location, not to use those amenities. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Muvattapurzha.

Booked the entire place for a wedding event for three days and it was excellent! The entire Wetzlar team is very professional and courteous and will ensure the stay is memorable. We had guests traveling from across the world and the team catered to all the requirements.

The service there was really poor, at night time the resort had only 2 staff. No one was available for the room service, and took plenty of time to arrange even water or any other service. AC in one of the rooms was not working. The rooms were neat and clean and the permies were good.

A Gastronomic Delight with Warm Hospitality.
Wetzlar exceeded my expectations in both culinary offerings and service. We had our Baby shower here which was memorable.
Beyond the food, the hotel's hospitality was truly commendable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. They went the extra mile to make our event comfortable and memorable.
I would highly recommend.

Had the worst experience at this place. We had a team outing and we choose this because of Pool and other activities. During our stay, 7 of us got stuck in their elevator for over 20 mins. Elevator was a small one even though max capacity was given as 8. We almost started to panic even the elevator fan wasn't working. Once the staff got us out, they all had a smile on there face as if it was all a joke to them. Things like this can happen, but the issue is what they do to resolve it. Most hurtful thing is that the management didn't even gave us a sincere apology. They even try to blame it on us. What if instead of friends it was a family that got stuck? They would have panicked for sure. The staff and management know nothing about the service industry and how treat their customers.
They are may appear economical but trust be it's not worth it. No amount of money saved will compensate for the awful feeling when you check out of this place.

Our recent stay at wetzler hotel was exceptional. The highlight of the experience was the exemplary service provided by staff member Saju. His dedication, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, Saju went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. It is rare to encounter such outstanding service.

My experience at Wetzlar was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent service. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of pool and sourrounding making it a perfect getaway.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The resort’s facilities were top-notch. We spent hours relaxing by the pool, which was always clean and never overcrowded. The dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always attentive to our needs and offering great recommendations for activities in the area.
I especially loved the photograpy and videographic sense of Mr Sanju. His service was mindblowing.
Overall, wetzlar exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape.

Descent rooms and location. Food is also great, hats off to the chef. As other reviews mentioned need some renovation to improve the quality.
My rating are below average because of the service from security to other staff. When we come we followed the parking sign, security came behind in rude and very arrogant way, no professionalism and yelled why you came this side. Mangent should give proper training him to how to respect the customer and he need to understand they are paying for them. Security on duty 22 aug 1 pm.
No resort demonstration done by any staff, we need to ask and chase all information. The lady staff in the reception is good but while checking out another guy did our check out, surprisingly no thanks extended from him for choosing the property. I was requested manager on upon arrival, but he was off and seems no one is responsible there and no further follow ups.
Staff in the restaurant are great.
Pool also need to be bit more clean and maintained.
Those are my simple observations only to improve your beautiful place and not loose customers. Since am working in the same hospitality industry.

I went to this property for a family get together… We had a very pleasant stay at the property… Pool experience is worth mentioning… We were a grp of 45. We had them on their toes … Yet they met our demands with a smiling face… Special mention abt Mr Shiby, who was there to assist us even at the middle of the night… Cottages had a grt view facing towards pool and pond … Walking around it watching the fishes in the pond itself is a relaxing experience…

Our room had zero windows, leave alone a balcony. That was very average for the price. The food was complete disappointment too.

The potential of the facility is commendable; however, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism among the staff and management. The resort's construction and design are impressive, enhancing the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, there was a lack of information provided about the resorts upon check-in. The poorly maintained kids' play area without necessary safety features is worrisome for families. Moreover, the restricted pool timings and delayed opening time until 10.30 am, along with the unavailability of towels, damaged pool tiles and safety floaters, left a disappointing impression on our stay.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff behaviour is also too good. The place is quiet and very soothing. The food is great, service is Excellent and all staff is good. They took care of every small and big thing. Wetzlar it well and provided with the best. 😍🥰

This is regarding a very bad experience which me and my family had, related to the stay in your hotel.
No hot water in washrooms. Requested reception for room change. Request was declined by Mr. Kishore.
At the time of arrival it was told there is no time restrictions for pool. But when we asked for pool, it was told pool closed. Service is like NIL.
It was promised that hot water issue will be resolved by 5 am next day. Even by next day 8 am issue was not rectified. In addition to these, the bathroom tiles were slippery (no grip tiles were there) and the shower and tap control was damaged.
The Wi-Fi given to us had no range in our room. The ones with range were password protected and only open Wi-Fi connections were given to us.
Total waste of money. Our family vacation was spoilt by this hotel. Unfortunately we paid online through ibibo prior to check in. Else we would have just left the premises especially due to the rude response from hotel staff Mr. Kishore.
