So far so good but in room refrigerator is just a show pice, this refrigerator is not cooling anything they have to make changes and bring the one who can keep the the things inside the refrigerator very very cold.

I had been here for dinner, the food is lovely with a variety of dishes to choose from and a large variety of delicious desserts. Arjun and Joshua were very courteous and very soft spoken people. Overall a Highly recommended place.

service and restaurant staff bheviour. It takes 40min to get my order after asking twice to steward and way he reply's that is disgusting he was so rude. Staff didn't even ask for glass of water. I alredly put a word to assist front office manager he said he will take this forward to HOD.
2nd I was taking selfy with my friend same staff come to me and commanding me ur not supposed to take a photo in restaurant. I told him dude it is Just selfy he started arguing with me I left from the hotel.

We went for dinner. It is very near to our home. Ambiance was good. Most of the food items were excellent. Rest good. Services were also good. Overall very good.

Excellent hotel — — the rooms are very nice and well equipped. The bathroom section is wonderful, with a glorious bath tub! The staff is courteous, and the food is quite good. And it's not too far from the airport. So, if you are planning to stay in the Financial District, this is pretty much one of the best places where you can stay. Highly recommended.

The ambience is pretty good and the food tastes really authentic. Very few places in Hyderabad you can get a good sushi and this is the only I know till now. The staff were also very humble and their hospitality was very good.

The restaurant 'Feast' lived up to its expectation. The location was prime, the ambience was alluring and most importantly the food — sumptuous. I had a great experience to have visited this restaurant. The waiter Abdur was also very polite, professional and hospitable. The buffet was not only good it gave us a delightful experience. The pricing was also inexpensive compared to the spread served. Overall a satisfying experience.

We went to the Sheraton for dinner at restaurant Feast. The buffet spread was spectacular. A lot if not all of the Indian cuisines were available. There was the standard cold cuts and cheeses. The dessert spread was great too. They also served the starters at our table. All the items I tried were well prepared and in most cases perfect.

Good services full time. Breakfast buffet covers all your needs and restaurant & bar have the same good food. The frontdesk team helps you to make your your stay perfect what ever you need. I will come back for sure!

I went for the Sunday Lunch Buffet. The spread of salad, starters, main course is really good. But where it hits the ball out of the park is in the spread and quality of its desserts. The staff is extremely courteous and professional and all this in a superb ambience makes the day even better.

Been there for the lunch and dinner buffet. Quite a vast expanse and considerate staff. Loved the deserts available however would have like more oriental flavors like Sushi n Hot Pots also being available. Drinks served were pretty good and bartender was receptive if they needed more punch than what was originally servedm.

Good restaurant to host clients. Neat, clean and good ambience. Two restaurants and a bar. Indian restaurant at ground level is good with lot of variety. Zega restaurant on top is not good. Not worth of money. Food is not good. Bar at the ground is good. Breakfast is included and is very nice. Overall if you are dining outside then it is good place to stay and good place for foreign visitors. You can go to top of the building to have city view.

Horrible service. It takes nothing less than 1.5 hours to deliver a tea/coffee or meal. Staff is very rude Also the dealiest incident above all is that its a shame that your hotel management staff forced barged into my room without my permission and ur managers in the hotel are incapable of taking any action against this. Such a shame. Please be aware of this hotel. I was scared to stay for the rest of the night at this property and had to keep a table behind the door to stop the forced entry of the staff.

A typical Sheraton experience — good service, good ambience and a great property. Located bang in the middle of the financial district, it's well suited for business travelers. Also has good dining options for that business lunch or dinner and a nice lounge to kick back and relax after a hard day's work.

{Only Restaurant Review} I 'm here for a team buffet and we're not impressed with the quality of the food they serve. Very few veg options only will be there. Desserts are OK but not the best. We even told this to cook and he then cooked some Pasta and pizza which are good to eat. But all the non veg items are not served hot and everyone is badly disappointed. There are lot hell of better options than this if you are planning for team parties. Absolutely not a recommendation from my end. Not worth what you are paying for.

There is plenty of better hotels to stay in Gachibowli. This has lost all my respect and recommend not to go back there service is always slow staff don’t know what they are doing. When you order food it comes one by one instead of all together. There was a lot of Expats going for lunch every weekend now no Expats go there now we all go to the Park Hyatt which is about 15 minutes drive from this hotel and they are much better at everything than this hotel including the staff. Good riddance.

Went to 'Feast' at Sheraton for a buffet team lunch. Since we had a visitor from the US, we expected Sheraton would be a safe bet. But unfortunately, from the first look, we we're all disappointed. The way the food was presented was very shabby. None, I literally mean none of the items in the wide spread tasted good. The service was also not up to the mark. The live counters were not good either. Pizza had loads of cheese but didn't taste good. In the end we called the manager to give a feedback. They do not have a feedback form. He took a verbal feedback and called the chef. The chef apologized for the quality of the food and assured better experience "next time".

Fantastic 5 star international luxury hotel which is 30-40min from airport. Great room, comfortable sleeping bed & pillow. Nice ambience and good service. I had some delay at front desk but that's understandable if new girl is under internship :-) she forgot to collect my Id, later she called and asked to mail. She informed breakfast is not included but next day when I went for breakfast, they mentioned it's part of the package. Don't understand their confusion specially the front desk girl. Facilities are good. Food is fine. Overall great and comfortable stay.

The Sheraton hotel is a five star hotel located at financial district. They boast about their Sunday morning brunches so we decided to give them a try. Me and my colleagues set out for a team brunch and surprisingly found the spread at the Sheraton to be of good taste. Not sure if we got lucky that day. The hotel provides live performance of a small band with a vocalist and guitar. Great place to hang out with family or friends for your special moments.

Buffet at Sheraton is amazing. There are many options to choose from. To try everything in Buffet you might need to visit several times. Dessert section is very good. Staff is courteous. I liked the service.

Was at the Sheraton, visiting a friend. The hotel is located in a good location in the financial district. It has all the amenities a star hotel should have. The staff is really courtoues and the management is very helpful. The deluxe room was sized good with a big closet and bath tub. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in this part of the town.

Went for a family lunch on a Saturday after looking at similar reviews on a couple of websites. One word is sufficient to describe the experience. Disappointing. Ambience can be termed average at best for a 5-star hotel. The spread looks big, but all items taste the same. All food items, from soup to dessert were cold, and tasteless. Very poor service, with hardly anyone around to assist you.

Almost completed my 3 week stay. The room is amazing, the housekeeping staff are thorough and awesome. The food is great! I can't say enough about how great it is.

Went there for their buffet lunch on The 1st! Their spread was lavish and tasted amazing. Their desserts could have been better. Live music kept us entertained and the staff was prompt and very helpful. Would love to go back there :)

The review is specific to Sunday Brunch — while per head cost is decent, this place on weekends can be overwhelming with crowd. Desserts are good and wide spread but for the rest of the menu, there is no standout dish other than chats and appam counter! surprising yea but that's the way it is.

Loved the ambience… loved the food… people who love continental food can land up here… you will get various salads… Indian food… continental food… what not. Live counters are there… fresh stuff… desserts options were great… the cheese cakes and all are in a type of fridge… which we think are for sale. But they are served from there :) Overall experience was really great.

Slightly tired rooms, but overall decent service that acknowledges the odd times people arrive into the airport. Free shuttles to local businesses such as Microsoft are really helpful.

Main problem is vegetarian food, there are very less option also the option available are not served hot, deserts are fine, not too good. Rotis and breads are ok. Fruit juices are very good the staff is superb. The rooms are very nice. Ambience is very nice and the Internet speed is superb, had very good working with the Internet.

Good Structure. Large atrium. HK staff need to be trained on ringing the room bell. They keep ringing almost non stop.

Went for Office meeting and followed by high tea. We used Jade Hall for the meeting. The conference room was stunning. The arrangement was super. In high tea we got fish nuggets, potato nuggets, chicken Kathi roll and paneer roll along with tea and coffee. The fish nuggets was my pick. Others were alright.

I stayed there for two nights during this week and checked out after settling all the dues (using my international debit card) as mentioned by the front desk. Few hours later they deducted additional money from my account without my knowledge which is a fraud. My debit card is protected by a PIN number and I wonder who authorized the payment. They did not even contacted me before putting this payment through. This is a serious lapse on the hotel staff and considered to be a criminal offence. I am taking up this issue with my banker.

The service quality is awesome. The employees are polite. For business travellers, it's perfectly located as it is in heart of Financial district. It also has good meeting room.

Few days back visited this place for team lunch. Ambiance: It has a huge seating space with live kitchen. Food: The starters are served at the table, not bad at all. Main Course: Lot varieties to try for. Service: The service was good and not that great.

Extremely less options for vegetarian. The main Course was not even warm and was absolutely cold including soup. Had to wait minimum 30 mins for roti. There were variety of deserts but 3/4th of them had a red mark i. E; had egg and the best desert got over by the time we finished our dinner. Most of the items were salt free and tasteless. Pasta was extremely bad and tasteless. There was hair in one of the starter. With pizza no ketchup, oregano or chilly flakes provided. The staff and all the members were very kind, well behaved and good so I give a plus to them. Not a place for vegetarians. It been a year after my first review and even now the experience was bad and the review remains same with more issues.

This hotel's standard rooms lack some modern amenities that a lot of other 5-star hotels are offering. These include a smart TV, Bluetooth audio and so on. That said, the rooms are slightly cramped but incredibly comfortable. The pool is also great, and so is the staff.

This is the place I visited recently, to hang out with a couple of friends of mine at around 6:30 pm in the evening. The ambience was awesome, with a place of our own with a TV surrounded by sofa sets. We ordered for Five Spice Vegetable Dumplings, Chicken Kathi Rolls, along with Chocolate Fudge and a choice of Pista Ice Cream. Five Spice Vegetable Dumplings — The name got us a raw deal as we were expecting to have momos, but they turned out to be nothing but Vegetable Manchurian. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the dumplings that were served, were perfectly cooked and adequately saute'ed to our preference. However, we felt it was a little too friend. Taking it off the pan about 2 minutes earlier, would have made for a perfect evening snack outing. The quantity served, would suffice 3 people, if had for starters of a meal. Chicken Kathi Rolls: The rumali that was used to wrap around, was freshly cooked, unlike a few other places, where they are made in advanced and re-heated. The chicken was well-cooked, and the level of spices in the chicken filling was perfectly balanced and it was a sumptuous snack to have. The size of the rolls are pretty big, and would suffice 2 people. Chocolate Fudge: It was the partial disappointment of the evening, as the fudge cake was super tasty and the balance of the cake and the quantity of the chocolate fudge was good.

The Sheraton membership proved to be very bad choice. Their team who handles it, is the most irresponsible and lackadaisical one. Booked my membership paying ten thousand plus, more than a month ago and still haven't received the card in spite of repeated reminders. Got to hear the silliest excuses ever. This is not what one would expect from Sheraton of all.

Well for 2500 a plate lunch buffet with unlimited liquor the expanse of their menu is really good. That has contributed majorly to me saying it cld have been 4 star. But just having a big menu isn't gud engh. What I wld have wanted though was: 1. Meat has to be perfectly cooked. If it is to be rare then it has to be rare while if it has to be well done it gotta be. A pork has to have a crackling on skin n not rubbery while the fish gotta get flavors seep the inside rather than just a fancy salted crispy exterior. 2. Have had better pastries n cakes. 3. No beef? That can't be, gotta have it. Good things: 1. Oh those prawns, spicy delight… Loved it. 2. Daal makhani was gud too but then for 2500 I wanna eat stuff that others don't serve, ryt? 3. Attention to service, gud. It will not be more than a minute bfr servers will notice that you are looking out for them. 5. Pankhee kebab, cool. Over all 3 stars, have it in u but u gotta amp up d flavors n not just numbers of items u have.

I have been to Sheraton on two separate occasions, one for food and one for the spa services. Here is the review for both experiences. Suffice it to say that 1 star is one extra star that I want to give. 1. Food — The restaurant was empty at normal lunch hour. It was a weekday so I am assuming that they don't have many patrons in the area. We ordered our food from the menu and didn't opt for their buffet. The buffet didn't look appetizing anyway. The food was OK in taste but my husband and I both had stomach bug after the lunch there. May be because they don't get a lot of people in their restaurant, the food isn't fresh or is cooked a few days ahead. I am guessing. Not what I would expect from a Sheraton. 2. Spa — The spa is really nicely decorated. It looks like a picture from a magazine. Very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, the lovely experience ends there. The service was way below par. I was informed the price of my service in the waiting area and was asked if I am ok paying that amount. I was not sure why it was confirmed first. May be because their prices are much higher than similar places elsewhere. The girl who was assigned to me was new to the business. I asked her and she told me that she just started this work 1 month ago. I am amazed that a luxury hotel would chose to have newbies. It took her 2 hours to do a service that usually takes 40 minutes (and the work wasn't finished after that either). She was visibly struggling through out.

Its new and still has much to standardize. #don't eat Apples, its waxed.
