Nice hotel to stay at reasonable price. It is centrally located. However, continuous noise of traffic in the rooms facing main road is a deterrent and very disturbing. Room service is slightly above average. There are plenty of diverse options in the complimentary breakfast and buffet.

Being a coach and mentor for parents to play a bigger game, I need to meet them very often. Also, I need to meet many other people to explore collaborations. I have visited Hampshire Plaza quite a few times. Centrally located along with decent parking facility, makes is a great choice. I have used both lobby and restaurant for meetings. Staff is quite friendly and flexible too. Facilities are also quite decent. I would like to explore banquets also sometime. But for meetings, I would certainly visit this place again.

Good hotel but with a little higher cost. Restaurant and room service is very fast and reasonable. But half of the items in the menu card will not be available. Even Dal fry and curd were not available many times because of its more demand from the residents. Over all a great place to stay with family and friends.

I was there just for a casual meeting and the locations ambience was really catchy. However, it lacks a little maintanence. When it comes to the food, it's just any other start hotel with an average taste and overly priced menu. But luxury is what is served and charged for.

Attended a business meet n it would nice to meet 25-30 people but not aware of price to give stars without comparing.

One of the best hotels ever I had experienced. High level of royalty and we have the choice of buffet and make our own meal. Very neat and clean. We have peaceful environment here. Best place for families to have dinner or lunch.

We had a very good experience. Room are too good. Good hospitality. Breakfast serves south Indian, North Indian and continental items. Front desk is very professional and customer friendly. Overall it's a pleasant stay for our family in the prime location of the city. Thanks.

The hotel is well maintained, the food is good too and inexpensive buffets. 350 for breakfast (complimentary) 400-500 for lunch and 550 for dinner (all prices are per person. I think there's no adjoining rooms here. The stay and food is good for the price! There are suites available, but have to call the hotel (i didn't find it online)

It's really overpriced for the kind of poor service they offer. Housekeeping associates lack manners and in room dining people always manage to miss out the orders.

Poor Hotel, very Horrible experience, staff is Not at all good. Rooms are too small, washroom are not clean. We have to struggle for checkin and even to get one water bottle we have to request three four times Not at all value for money.

Star hotel in heart of the city best stay near Hyderabad Assembly. Best in the class rooms and conference hall. Most of the times travellers prefer this hotel as most of the travel agencies are nearby the hotel and Hyderabad railway station is nearby.

This is a very good place to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is also good (I have had only the breakfast here and im judging by that only). The rooms are clean and nice. It was a wonderful experience staying here.

I booked this Hotel on make my trip and landed in the worst hotel ever. Old furniture, leaking toilets, hard stone like bed, torn screens and worst service… Never will enter this hotel again. Think twice before booking into this hotel. Added to this you cannot have a peaceful sleep due to constant honking of buses leaving HYD.

Nice place for Conducting workshops. I have attended the workshop here, and the facilities were good, pretty good staff, and the lunch food is simply superb. Established in good location, it is the big plus point. Good transportation facility in and around the Hotel. You can have visit to many tourist attractions near the hotel. There is a good parking facility.

I have been frequently staying at Hampshire. For the charges one pays, by and large, money well spent. But then, it could be better. Give you an example, I came to the room yesterday night, keen to watch the ongoing South Africa cricket match, but lo and behold, the hotel doesn’t subscribe to any channel showing live coverage! Typical penny wise policy that you see in many similar hotels. They don’t realise the consequences of such petty mindedness.

Location is good. Good staff but very delayed service. Had to remind them repeatedly to get the things done.

Visited the hotel recently and was highly disappointed. Few receptionists will be very sweet to you while registering you and afterwards will be uninterested to even talk. Rooms were okay, beds could be better. Even if you pay for 5 nights there, corporate guests coming on office trips would be given preference. There was a huge group of corporate guests one morning and when we went for breakfast the entire buffet was in a mess, dirty and all the vessels were empty. Wrong orders were being sent to the table. The staff were in a huge mess and unable to handle the crowd and weren't able to converse in English. No sign of the restaurant manager anywhere. The common toilet in the lobby was filthy and stinking, very under-maintained. Water bottles and even fresh linen wasn't placed in the room. Laundry deliveries or people for other rooms came knocking to our room couple of times. Service recovery was extremely poor too.

Horrible hotel as we booked a room and were staying der for 3 dayz we had gone out given the key at the reception for room service and when we returned my husbands tissot watch was not to be found on complaining dey did'nt even take any action and did'nt even refund the money so plz dont book rooms here they are big thieves out der…

Its best. But food is too routine in buffets. Quality is ok. Expensive.

Old facility, very well known in lakdi ka pool area. Specially corporate employee preffer to stay here due to good connectivity and locality.

Old but well maintained property. Rooms are spacious, AC TV and Wi-Fi are good. Staff is reasonably helpful. Food is decent and reasonable.

Nice hotel at Good Place also its popular with Pharma companies rooms are also neet and cleen one thing they need to improve is about Dining hall because they are having combine dining hall for all also levoratory facility to be improved.

I went to Hampshire for a party. Ambience is nice. Snack items were really good. Staff is courteous.

The rooms are overpriced and not spacious enough. The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel but one can hardly notice any 4-star amenities. The bathrooms are not up to the mark with inadequate hygenic facilities. The room service is quite late and the food is not worth it's expensive price. The hospitable feeling couldn't be received from the help desk of the reception. The one star in this review is only because of the satisfying service of Mr. Mahesh.

Worst hotel ever seen. It became really hard to even spend one day at this so called 4 star hotel. The management did not no how to talk to their guest. The main problem was the manager of the hotel who was very rude. When we complaint about the service the manager was laughing which was ridiculous. Problems with us were unclean toilets, bad food, uncooperative staffs and service.

A great hotel with good room service, foods, and hospitality. The price is higher compared to other hotels in the same area, but the facilities they provide gives you peace of mind and satisfaction.

Comfortable stay in the Market Place. Can move around to Lumbini Park, NTR, Snow World, Paradise by just walking. Less than 3 Km except Snow world which will be slightly longer for walk.

This is also one of the hotel I like location is good and very clean, food is yummy, hotel lobby is good and staff is very polite.

Bad hotel, staff not, dirty hotel food quality is bad, towels are dirty, like local guest house not worth.

Went there for this toehold photography workshop no idea about the rooms but the soup and desserts are just heaven for a foodie like me.

Not bad but need improvement.
