This hotel needs improvements in the following 1. House keeping no response after calling twice 2. Function hall and front office coordination. I need to run 5th and G floor for coordinating which can be taken care without bothering customer. 3. AC not worked in dress changing room of the function hall 4. Lifts are scary. Door closes so fast and sensor doesn't work on time. Should be very careful to enter and exit specially if kids are there 5. No cab facility.

Very professional staff. Spacious rooms. Clean linen. Room had sunlight and ventilation. Room service was affordable. Food was amazing.

Very good hotel. Good food. Rooms very good. Staffs good. I have been visiting this hotel for last 15 years. Location is not good. Center of Hyderabad. Once my guest list is wrist watch in his locked room. Response from the management was poor. Beware of thief's in this hotel.

IT is good The hotel is ideally located for visits to the InfoTech offices. Google is adjacent. The hotel is in a multipurpose building. The reception is not visible on entering the building. the restaurant is on the first floor. Buffet breakfast included in the tariff was good. However the service is very slow especially when bringing included stuff not on the tables.

I was here for a month (accomodation provided by company on joining). 1. To start with, rooms are decent enough. Well lit and properly partitioned (partition between bedroom and TV room). Washroom is also decent. 2. You may get food delivered to your room by service. Or may have it at Blue Fox on floor 1. Food is good. I had buffet which was sufficient. **Tea is very good here**. If you are one tea lover like me, you will love it! 3. Services are frequent and staff is friendly. Laundry, room cleaning gets done properly with care. You can summon any service at any time and they eill be at their best to serve you as much possible.

A good place to go with family has a good buffet enjoyed a lot lot value for money has a good Banquet hall and has a big value of money and is good for party and any small functions and has a big value of money.

Very nice place for hosting small parties. Very good food and ambience. Clean toilets. The carpets need to be kept clean. Cleaned regularly.

Although we haven't stayed here but we went to community hall to attend a marriage. The hall is of decent size which can accommodate around 200 people. The food taste and variety is good. It was kept outside on roof top. The ambiance inside the hall is good. Biggest advantage is it's location. Very near to offices in Hitech City.

An excellent place to stay if you are looking for accommodation near hitech city area. Major offices are at walkable walkable distance or just minutes away if you take a cab or auto. Rooms are spacious with all amenities that you will need. The only part that I see could improve is the morning breakfast spread and quality of service done at the restaurant. The waiters weren't listening to the requests for live items and made to wait for longer time on most of the days. Also the breakfast buffet spread was not that great with almost same menu on all days. Hotel has a good parking in basement with valet facility. There is a very good supermarket in ground floor.

Very good Hotel located on the main road in Kundapur, Hyderabad. Complimentary breakfast has lots of variety and rooms are nicely decorated and lit. Toiletries are of good quality and Beds are very comfortable.

It's ok. Not exactly what you'd expect from the photos & reviews you may have read online. But you get very good food.

Minerva Grand is a well located business hotel with all the facilities expected from a mid range hotel. The rooms are spacious and have sofa seating for three. I have seen three of their rooms, and one of the drawbacks is that they don't have big windows. All the rooms have 1 small window near the bathroom door at the end of the room.

I visited Minerva Grand recently, I had great experience here, it was very nice and pleasant, staff were very helpful, and rooms were spacious, coming to the food was very tasty and yummy too. I enjoyed a lot.

Dine in is really good experience. Lunch buffet is on budget and food Quality is reasonable when compared to others. Thota kura dal is well cooked and makes us feel like home food. Ambience and interior is well done. Good place for two…

Location is very nice. Corporate office place. Fooding — south India foods are available and for north Indian foods one must go at food court near by. Public Parking is not available. Public Transport is frequent.

Neat clean and value for money. The Indian food preparations at their restaurants — v. Good.

Great location and well maintained hotel. However more hospitality is needed and service needs to be improved. A few things that went wrong for me: 1. We checked in to find the room wasn't completely cleaned. There were used tissues in the dustbin next to the toilet. 2. In spite of repeatedly telling them we were given a single towel and I had to ask two three times to get a bathroom doormat 3. The valet was missing in the morning and I had to go pick the car myself 4. The minibar is empty 5. At breakfast the staff isn't very happy and they make faces everytime you ask for something But location, room and ambiance, the restaurant and front desk staff are great.

Rooms are good and clean. Food is really good. Housekeeping and room service can be a bit quicker and more responsive.

Good food great ambience. If I were to be nitpickingly honest about food the variety of items are less and the number of desserts served were only two. Snacks were great and the service and frequency brought in was also good.

This review is about the restaurant (call it “Blue fox”) section in Minerva Grand hotel, besides Google office at Kondapur, Hi-tech city. Went there for lunch buffet on weekday (Thursday) and believe me the house is fully packed with people by 1:15pm, guess half of the guests there were from the hotel rooms, who normally stay here on business visits and few for personal visits. Overall the buffet experience is average to me (2.5/5) but considering the amount they charged per person (around 2500 for 6 persons, 2 Veg & 4 Non veg with 10% Corporate discount) I feels it’s Ok ok (3/5). The ambience of dine-in area and service is really good (4/5), they took good care of us, always persons on standby to attend our needs at the table (even though it’s a buffet type lunch we had). Was here for a party last week in their function hall. Good ambience, lighting and arrangements. Food was tasty and no complaints.

Comparatively cheaper and with that price better comforting services. Food options are limited and not very good This hotel is good for family stay with lesser cost.

Good place ambience is ok not that good. Veg food was good but deserts were some local brand not worth eating.

Pros: Rooms are big, even the food is good. Cons:The guy sitting in front desk is a not very helpful. The security personnel are absent. Parking is non existing. The management doesn't care about guest. Best suited for parties and all. Not recommended for staying.

Have attended a session in M Convention hall in 5th floor. Spacious with good ambience, lighting n AC. Food is also tasty. Value for money.

Food in general at the restaurant is acceptable. Parking: available They have a small gym also. Rooms don’t have any view Location: personally for me, it works the best Overall: good VFM option.

Restaurant and hotel both are existing. We had team dinner at this convention centre. Good space and nice look. But the food taste is worst. I strongly recommend not to taste the food here for teams. The best waste food I have tasted especially chicken curry and drumsticks.

Have ordered from Blue Fox via Swiggy. The food is tasty, just as one would expect from any branch of Minerva or Blue Fox.

This hotel is located in the heart of what I would call new Hyderabad. Thought the entrance of this hotel is unassuming you are in for a treat when you are inside. The rooms are spacious & comfortable.
