Bad service too much expensive.

I have book this hotel for 3 days and they provide us to very poor and worst room service. We ask them to do room service then also they are not cleaning room. Also in room there are no Bathroom Mats, Set top box, Internal telephone and in this very famous hotel they dont have spoon for eating. So its a very bad experience with this hotel.

Very bad the staff are strictly telling the customers to give 5 stars. Very bad in all aspects.

Not a good hotel at all only benefit is that very close to the railway station very bad service. When you need something you will have to go to reception counter and imagine I was on third floor.

I request never ever go to this hotel. Such a bad service. Ruthless staff. They don't have manners to talk to customer. I had booked from Cleartrip. The day I enter into room I call Cleartrip and I took my all money back and I move to another hotel. I request owner change your staff.

Excellent room but food service not proper.

Very poor service, shower knob was broken. Told that twenty four hours hot water facility is there but could not get the hot water in the morning it self. It has taken full day to get the TV remote but could not find the remote for my room TV and when I personally went to reception counter with all the problems so ultimately they changed the room. Location of the hotel is excellent, ambeince and interior is also good only thing is that they should maintain it and improve service then it will be worth to stay in this hotel.

And still the issue still persists, as lately a relative of mine visited here and was speaking about his horrible experience. There no point in counting amenities when there is no comfort and peaceful sleep.

Located nearer to Hyderabad Railway station. The accessibility of transportation is good. But the room we got allotted was Third Class (It was worst then that word I used). No TV, no airflow from fan. My Stay in here was a mess.

Best ever service, I visited at early morning 4am, they treated me as they were waiting for only me, as I am a special guest. Very good, and I am impressed by this. There are only 5 ratings stars 10 Stars by me.

Worst hotel in which I had stayed. No basic facility is there. Will never recommend even for free.

Just bcz we were an hour late in checkout they charged us for the whole next day. No good service.

Average hotel it is. Its okay to stay for overnight don't expect 3 star facilities but overall decent to stay. 800-900rs for night stay. 100m nampalli station.

Don't think to book room in this hotel. Worst hotel I ever seen totally worst management. Wish I could give them a negative rating. Its like a 420

Hi I'm Hafeez from Chennai Triplicane I stayed with my family in this Hotel Hollyhock for 3 days very clean, good maintenance Good and polite night shift receptioner reasonable price.

Do not book this hotel. The picture they show in the booking sites is just an eye wash probably taken when the hotel was open back when the British were ruling us! Paint is coming off in every room (we tried 5 to 6 rooms). Bed bugs are available in every room. Hot water is not easily available. You will have to waste a lot of water for you to get one bucket of hot water. No breakfast. They charged 1000 bucks for a night per room whereas 400 per night too is preposterous!

Very bad service. I booked 6 rooms for 17th and 18th December 2017. They don't know how to treat customers. Drinking water is minimum requirements, they failed to serve.

Closer to Train station. Good size room. Needs update in bathroom.

Quite hotel, amenities is not upto mark due to poor maintenance, okay for solo travellers.

Wish I could give them a negative rating! This is a lodge only for men, not a hotel. Definitely not recommended for women. Cockroaches​ everywhere, water seeped walls, non existent lighting gives it a haunted feel! Hot water available from 7 — 9 in the morning, no Wi-Fi, smelly bedsheets & pillow covers, absolutely no maintenance of the property. The pics shown on the website is probably a decade old. Not worth the price. Never ever ever stay here.

Bad rooms, with cockroaches on the floor, this place is a nightmare to stay, if anyone is reading this, please never book a room here. Ever.

Nice room all are clean and tidy but the outside of hotel full of dust.

Not good. I was stay there last week. Not helpful staf. Even not provide hot water to bath. After humble requesting provide d hot water. Ok for 1/2 nights.

Reception counter good, Politeness of receptionist, Clean rooms, good lift, clean bathroom and toilets, complementary breakfast and tea provided in room, telephone available in room, you can order any food on phone you get it in room, value for money.

Rooms are okay. I was hoping a better interior of rooms, but still everything is okay. Not so good, not so bad either.

Horrible experience. Never ever stay in this hotel. Inspite of informing in advance room was not ready. They shifted to a room in which tv, ac were not working. Toilet seat was not clean. Had to wait for 2 hrs before we got another room. That too when we checked in at 6pm. Inspite of this room was not ready. Pathetic service.

Toilets should be maintained properly.

I have stayed here for one day, no staff s are co operating, we wanted drinking water for several time, after 2 hours of check in, we get drinking water, before 10 am no tea, coffee bags refilled, behavior is like a king, in the tym of negotiations, straight told, room debo na,
Its most nearest at Nampally Hyderabad, so they are taking advantage of it. I will not refer anyone.

I booked a room here and when I reachd there no room was available… just worst experiance at all… please please please guys dont never ever try this hotel… worst among all…
