Management is little greedy. They charge for every tiny thing where the other hotels doesn't charge for. Example for stage lights. Many such hidden charges will be charged unnecessarily.

Been here with totally zero expectations… I tried chicken tikka pulav with tangdi kebab, awesome taste could have been bit spicy, totally happy with the lunch I had… must try who visit.

An elegant ambiance, a friendly help desk and a responsive staff. These are the things you find in this place. A good venue for events and a comfortable room to spend the night. The food is quite decent, view is better than what most other places have to offer and the nightclub is pretty hip and happening! So in my eyes it's one of the best Hyderabad has to offer, go in and have look around for yourself, let me know your thoughts after.

The hotel is very nice! Room was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was also very good. But, the staff at front desk was a bit rude and not helpful.

Extremely appalling service, bed bugs, uncomfortable mattress and the most annoying of them all: the A/C wasn't working in a room with minimal ventilation. Very disappointing, definitely never coming close to this place again.

This is a banquet hall primarily, not a hotel. Music in their banquet hall on 5th floor goes on till 11 in the night with high bass which vibrates floor and your bed in 1st floor. Ignore this hotel if you want peace of mind. Most pathetic experience in my entire life. Doesn't deserve 4* rating. Manager Sunil Kumar doesn't even have time to listen to your complaints and is only concerned with milking money from banquet hall. Staff here is used to blatantly lie on your face. I saw another guest complaining about volume of banquet music since his baby was getting disturbed by the music. Even then, this pathetic hotel dint have humanity to reduce the volume.

The biggest plus point of staying here is that it is situated in the centre of the city. Charminar, begum bazar, buddh lake… Everything is 20-25 min away. The rooms are classy and the service is prompt. Due to its geographical advantages, it's usually full and enjoys a huge amount of guests.

This place is located in one of the prime location of Hyderabad. We liked the food and service which was awesome and of good quality. Even the rooms were good and spacious.

It good but the parking is not inside. And vallet parks the cars outside the hotel. Though food was good.

The immediate impression upon entering this swanky looking hotel is : 'Huge'. And indeed the hotel and its ballrooms are large and spacious. Food is delicious. Rooms are well maintained. Service is efficient. Over all a nice experience. The only negative is its narrow entrance. Huge cars won't be able to negotiate the tiny entrance.

Wonderful Stay! I booked a stay @ this hotel based on the reviews and the hotel was up to the mark as per the reviews written. I will try to give a step by step review: Locating the Hotel: The Hotel is located in Abids in a small lane. Easy to find and Cars can reach hotel easily. Parking: They have a parking facility in the Basement and Valet Parking is available. Even though the basement is little small the Valet parking guys take care of the car. Check-in Process: The checkin process was very smooth. The room key was handed over in less than 5 mins. The details of stay and payment too was explained clearly. Room and Ambience: The Hotel is very well maintained. The Room was very spacious and everything was kept neatly at the respective places. The Bathroom was very clean and all the toiletries were provided (Towels, Soaps, etc etc) All other standard facilities like TV, Phone, AC were available. Restaurant: Breakfast is complimentary in the package. The breakfast had a wide spread of items and the taste was wonderful. The staff at the Restaurant were very friendly and attended the guests very well. Overall it was a very comfortable and wonderful stay @ Royalton Hotel.

One of the best neat and clean hotel in the city. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant has variety of items for breakfast. The restaurant staff are very cordial and helpful. The only negative point was, the day of my check out, morning news paper not supplied to the room.

Please make sure for networks a hell lot issue's also with Wi-Fi connection. Lethargic services and very limited food varieties options. By rooms its very good clean big rooms.

Good Hotel which is centrally located in Hyderabad. The food in the Restaurant is very delicious and neatness is very well maintained. But entry to the Hotel for big cars is a problem since there is very narrow entry. Otherwise it is a good hotel for the families to spend around on weekends.

Hotel is located very close to the market area koti bazaar, The fourth floor is a well maintained non smoking area. The complimentary Breakfast is available and delicious.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean and the size is also big but staffs don't have coordination among them. They don't even know which type of room they are providing to their customers. Breakfast is good. If anyone is ready to fight for their rights and can argue with the staffs then they can go and enjoy.

Had a good stay. Staff is cordial and helpful. Rooms and toilets are clean. Only thing is I faced some issue with water flow in shower, it was not constant. Otherwise a comfortable place and close to city.

We had our business convention at this hotel. Never thought in a place like Abids, we will find this royal hotel with such an amenities. Real good ambiance, interiors, big fat halls which can accommodate as per our requirement. Good food menu is an add on.

Experienced good hospitality during my stay, would like to add that the room is quite spacious and the ambience in the entire hotel is truly awesome. Had 3 nights stay during 7th April to 10th April 2016. Very friendly ambience and very courteous staff. The food was amazing and the bar was also adequately stocked. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone visiting Hyderabad and looking for a nice place to stay.

Very good property, clean and comfortable. Too many waiters to serve you in the restaurant and therefore some confusion amonst them. Can do better in their services. Property location is very congested, but then also offers close markets near by.

Nice hotel to stay. Our family spent four days for sight seeing in HYD. The Hotel service is excellent. The Morning breakfast is a fantastic experience with so may items to choose from. The dinner was also excellent at a surprisingly discounted rates for the guests. The rooms are clean, nice and tidy and are very spacious. The staff is very helpful and courteous. You need to plan for booking early to get best deal. The location is ideal for travellers.

Best hotel I ever visited in hyderabad.

I went for a party at Mercure on 19th of January, 2013 at around 10 p. M. I gave my car for valet parking as usual. When I got the car back from valet I found that there were a few dents and many scratches on the sides of my car. The driver who got the car vanished from the scene the moment I told him about it. His name is Raju. I requested the staff to look into the matter. Firstly they told that the drivers are well trained, secondly they told that there are no pillars in the cellar and so there is no such possiblity of car getting damaged, later they told that my car was not parked in their cellar and was kept in Little Flower High School. I went to the police to give a complaint. I was suggested to have a look at cc camera recordings. Again they lied that there are no cameras in the cellar. First they switched on the monitor in which only the place where we get down was shown. Later on our requested he switched on the other 2 monitors kept there and we found that there are cameras in the cellar too. I am at a big loss still.
