I would have given 4 or 5 stars if they would have maintained this property in a good manner. Its a new hotel with poorly maintained amenities. Location is good and close to ABIDS circle and 1.5 km from Nampally station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was with less or no spread. No fruit cut, juices, bread toast, only u get a single item breakfast and tea. Rooms are clean and OK but again washrooms are not cleaned properly. Maintenance need to seriously taken care or supervision was not good. Stain marks at many places even its new. Rooms starting 201, 202… are in 3rd floor is the strange thing I have seen. While checking I was asked to give 5 star rating there itself which I found awkward. Overall just OK for a short business trip.
