Service is good. Loved the cab service. Shall recommend others to stay there too.

We have stayed here for one night. Took the triple bed room which is good for the price we got. There is no lift however staff helped in taking up the luggage. And it is around 1km to the brihadeeswara temple. It will be good if they can change the two beds to one king size bed in triple bed room.

Safe and nice place to stay with family. Courteous staff and service. No lift is only a set back for elderly people.

Great hotel, we were a group of 17 French. The staff is at the small care. The room is very well equipped there is everything you need. The boy at the front desk always smiled and the hotel restaurant is super good and inexpensive.
No negative points. Thanks for the welcome!

Beds and baths needs improvement… Rooms are big… No parking facility. No lift facility… Rooms need to be improved.

Pathetic and nothing else… 1. Soiled and stinky blankets provided… No inside bedsheets … 2. Bathrooms don't have buckets and sitting tripod… Basic requirement for old people esp… of India. 3. Wi-Fi though free… They try to get additional 50 RS … Chindi choori 4. Restaurant was closed for Pongal… Understood… Staff in the hotel not helping in any way with basic tea or snacks… Not understood…

Good rooms and staff, bus stop is next a 10 step away hence connectivity is great. Has attached cafe for food. Overall great experience.

The room was clean and smelled good, we got towels, soap and toilet paper. There was No shower curtain so after showering the bathroom is flooded.

Very mediocre experience: The TV in the room is just for show, none of the channels have been subscribed to;so only the regional channels work. No hot water is available in the morning, it only comes at odd times of the day. Lobby area and Wi-Fi network is very poor. But I really appreciate the cleanliness and the service of the management. Major areas of the city are easily accessible.
