These guys are thiefs they are not thinking about the customers prbbly bcz they know ppl who r cmng here are tourist. They steel the valuables if you leave it in the room. Now come to the room quality: — they never had AC on in the room. Even the washroom in the room was stinking and the flush was not working. And even after complaining it never got fixed. I would share my room # which was 301 and other room was 204. The manager there was so rude. And so was. The receptionist who took our check-in. I missed my charger in the room and when I came back there was nothing apart from their staff. And even after that they were so rude saying that you have missed it some where outside. So value for the price paid is zero. And definitely not recommend this place to any one… Bcz they are thiefs and so rude And very unprofessional… n.

It's good in terms of affordibility but the service is not as it should be and the air conditioning is very weak!

Nice, neat room, delicious breakfast and yes other meals are also delicious. Friendly staff.

AC didn't work except that everything is good. Friendly people.

Just ok for stay. Bar little expensive than local shops. They don't allow outside good and drinks.

Stayed in a room with my friend from Sweden, Friendly staff and manager. Great room service. Bathrooms and the bed were clean. The bar was great too. In the middle of the town and the beach being just a 5 minute walk — this place is definitely worth it.

It's a good place with a roof top bar playing some good music and lemme tell you it's not the place for guys out there who is looking for some crowd. This place is empty on a Sunday Evening so I don't think it's get crowded. The service is also satisfactory.

It used to be good, but now it's not worth the prize. Breakfast is very limited. There were cockroaches everywhere. Water bottle is charged Rs. 40. Not so friendly staff. Mini fridge is available.

No one in the restaurant and I know why now… the plates were SO small … 3 french fries for 140 rs… allo t’es sur la nehru street et tu sers même pas des grandes assiettes de frites!
Sinon l’interieur est sympa.

Big rooms, nice breakfast, good value for money.

Room are nice, Wi-Fi is ok, you can drink on the rooftop! But you will hear music till 23h (not cool if you want to sleep early) No paper in the wc and indian style shower.

Except for the room, nothing else is good here, be it food, roof top bar or room service — just a waste of money. Room & rest room were clean. Booked for two days (28th & 29th Dec) in this hotel with my wife and had to cut short my stay half way. Check in time is 12pm. Had to wait for 30mins to get the room. Breakfast is served only at 9am while they claim to start the breakfast at 8am. I also visited the roof top bar with a water bottle provided by the room (from mini bar fridge) and strangely, the water bottle wasn't allowed inside hotels roof top bar by the bouncers — Sampath & Senthil. Restrictions for water bottle — Seriously? Even after complaining, no one paid any heed. Next in terms of quality of drink, it was mediocre and more so the pricing were high compared to other similar hotels. Roof top bar doesn't give any bill for ur purchases. It's totally an unfair trade practice out there. Ordered french fries and chicken 65 as accompaniments and it tasted very ordinary — each 150 RS. (total 300) … Got two Bacardi rum large cost 400rs (200*2) … In total 700rs wasnt worth it for the ambience and facilities provided and the sad part, u get this without a bill… Decided not to be there any moment further and checked into other bars nearby for a drink & good food. Hotel security treats you like strangers even after telling them, that we are their room guests. I had to argue at the night (10pm) to enter the hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice, safe, clean, comparative staff. The bar is also an added beauty to this hotel. Rooftop dj party on every Thursday is awesome. I liked that place and love to be there again. Santhi Inn also nice for couples. Also very near from bus stand and railyway station. We had very great experience in sathi inn hotel. I would recommend every one to choos this place as First priority, it is cheaper also. Pickup and drop is also very convenient. The bike parking and car parking is also very near. This hotel. Is located in main city and it is also esay recognisable.

Good rooms, clean bathrooms, and working electrical appliances. The restaurant offered good food too.

Very nice place to stay close to Promenade beach, Handicraft market, White town. Provides excellent service. Santhi inn also has a rooftop bar and restaurant.

A good place to stay in pondicherry. A few minutes walk from the beach.

Peace, Great Service, Good Food, Clean Room, Located very near to beach. One can opt for it and even at walking distance of 2 mins, bike rentals are available.

Good and spacious rooms with nice decor. Clean bathrooms. Good staff. Restaurant food pretty nice.

It was a nice quaint place for drinking in the rooftop garden. It's open only on Thursday nights and lots of people from different places come here. It's a good place to meet people as well.

Worst ppl. They doesn't know how to use Oyo app. And waited us more than 4 hrs. No good services. And the worst part is they are charging for drinking water also.

Room decor was nice and im impressed with the wash room of a room, that was very neat and well maintained. They provide very good room service. They have a bar and restaurant. In bar they have liquors in affordable price campare to other bar. So U can enjoy your drink in your room itself.

The hotel ambience is ok compared to the price it takes. I went through OYO rooms. This is in white town. Walkable distance from promenade beach, beach road ans muesum. You can find better hotels than this for 2400 in the same area. Food and room decor is good. Free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, clean washroom, nice cots. Drinks and food is cheap. Complimentary breakfast is ok and in limited quantity.
