A nice place to stay in, we were in a group of 40 peoples and we reached over there at 1 AM in night and the staff was so good that we're late but even then they were still there to serve the food, and room services were also pretty decent.

It is an excellent budget fit resort. The rooms are very luxurious and large. You can also get villas if you’re a huge group. There’s a big lawn and a garden to play around. The ambience is very nice. The staff is very co operative and the area is clean and pleasant. It also offers dj service to groups with additional charges. It has a big conference area. The room are very cute and the bathrooms are also nice. It is well equipped. The front-side view from the rooms is mesmerising at night. It can fit ones pocket and you should have a stay here if you’re on a cut short budget trip. It has a very pleasant seating area and you’re also welcomed with ‘welcome shots’. Overall, a big yes for this place. I had an amazing and the most memorable time of my life staying here.

Had been here in first week of May. The Hotel Location is very good and the exterior is also good. However the food is not at all tasteful. The rooms were okish. Not that great for the amount they had charged. After a hectic day had ordered tea, bread butter and some sandwiches; the bread was stale and butter tasted awful (don't know what they did to it) and to top it the the one of the bread was served with a worm. Glad I checked it with my mobile torch (the room doesn't have sufficient light) before eating. A Total let down.

Excellent Rooms & Service, Nice Location, Okay Food.

This is worst hotel of Manali. The services and the staff are horrible and always have rude behavior. Not a single person was satisfied during either stay or during breakfast or dinner. Needless to say Food is tasteless. I do not recommend the family to stay here.

Hospitality of the hotel members are excellent. Food was so good. Room service is good. The hotel members guide us for the tour plans. Overall it was best place to stay. But the rooms are not sealed properly so that the rooms are so cool it could have been done better… But we can rent a heater for that…

We stayed here for three days. Awesome view from our room, we had opted for both breakfast and dinner while booking the room itself. And yeah. The food was really tasty.

Mesmerising view from every side of the hotel with icy mountains. Average food and good service overall. The stay was in December end but did not witness snowfall.

I came to Manali and was looking for place to stay and came to De Vivendi Resort for just to have a look and the Mr. Balwant S. Chandel he the Hotel Gm very welcoming and accommodating and during the Dinner I met Ajay Thapa he was very friendly and made our Dinner very specially. And very good food. And all the Staff at the Hotel very Friendly.

Hospitality is very good. People around are always smiling and serve you well. Rooms are clean enough. And view is amazing.

Excellent place to stay in manali. Suited for both family and individual visits, friendly staff and one thing to mention is the quality and variety of food offered here. It's really tasty. Do visit to have a wonderful experience.

We had a very warm welcome with great respect from the team in devivendi resorts. It is located at a perfect place with an awesome view to the snow covered mountains inside from the room. The park backside of the resort has great view were we could spend a relaxing time unless it is not very cold. We went during January the peak time for winter were it snowed two days back. It was perfect for the three days which we stayed. The whole park and outside view was fully covered with the snow. Also they arranged for a perfect candle light dinner in room on request. The only negative is that the provided heater was not sufficient for the entire room. It was too cold even using the heater. Other wise it is perfect place to stay and everything is nearby from the place of stay.

Stayed on 270617 good location, courteous service, Wi-Fi available, can have beautiful pictuersque. The only disadvantage is food is of low quality advised to change cooking staff.

Stayed in this property on 2nd July with a big group coming back from Spiti. Little did I knew that staying in this property will cost me so much. All my belongings were stolen from my room (villa no 30) while we were sleeping and the thief took the luggage, cash, wallet, sunglasses, watches even kids toys and books and ran though windows. The burglars were most likely from the Resort only as they knew the whereabouts of the CCTV cameras location. They left some of our soiled cloths where the cameras could not capture them. The management was incompetent to deal with this theft. Their CCTV cameras do not have a night vision. Even the police complaint didn't worked. While interrogating the staff they all were so casual, relaxed and kept giggling that it seemed that such thefts have already taken place before as well. Instead of being concerned of such a big theft and risk to the life of their customers the management kept quite and didn't do anything to help resolve the case. Please Please beware of this Resort if you do not want to risk your life.

It is very beautiful resort it is very clean. It provide very good services. At night time very beautiful seen see in resort.

Perfect resort as a getaway. Very romantic place. Awesome service and very very respectful. You sure will never find a single prob or concern in the resort. You want to feel home this is the best place.

Very good hotel, I traveled from Hyderabad to Manali but didn't experienced such a hospitality, food quality and service from any other hotels were I have been. Highly recommended.

Traveling all the way to Manali from down south without having any idea about the hotels was a risk we took. Thank god we chose De Vivendi Resorts. They have like the most hospitable people ever, working for them. No requests of us were taken more than 5 minutes to be granted. (mind that we ordered idli/sambhar at a completely off season time). The views from every direction is amazing and the rooms were pretty good with hot water all time thru. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with nature and ONLY Zen kinda people around… please choose De Vivendi Resorts. And thank you Mr. Ajay for taking such good care of us.

Everything was good will visit again.
