It was a wonderful experience in Madurai… when we visited there for Meenakshi Temple Darshan… All facilities are good and room service also … Thank you all.

Hotel is good. Fit in Budget. Only negative is its location, whis is too congested.

We stayed in what they call as standard room. We got the place at a discount. The room was very neat and looked very good. We were very happy with the room. We tried their phulka and dal fry and found both to be very good. Both were hot and tasty. Coffee was also very good. The room service was also good. Cleaning could have been better. Some spots were left uncleaned like the coffee table and the TV stand. Otherwise the beds were made very nicely and the bathroom was quite clean. Reception people were courteous and helpful. They took care of all our requests. Our only grievance was with the road on which the hotel stands. This is not the fault of the hotel but of the government. The road was full of holes. The hotel is also very centrally located and very near to the temple. While staying there we used ola auto and Ola Cabs very easily.

Location is near by rly junction. Cleaning is ok but room service is very poor. Reception desk person is very rude.

Strategically located. TV and Ac doesn't work. Toilets OK OK. Hospitality very very good. Not full value for money.

Located in centre of the city. I went with dam tired, with late arrival of the train. Great building. Large reception hall. Sweet reception. There were three staff in reception counter. Formalities finished in lightning time. After verification of on line payment, key was handed over & room boy helped lot. Spacious & neat room. Crafted to the expectation of customer. Perfect secure room. Room phone active + quick response & best disposal. So much accomadative. In total my stay @Madurai was so nice due to safe lodge. cvs.

Ok value for money. Breakfast is quite ordinary. More options outside the place is better option like Saravanan Bhavan, Sabareesh, Annapoorna etc.

Bad service and behaviour by the food and beverage department and the staff for uneaten food they charge and do not serve the food and and give us stupid reasons… hopeless behaviour.

Good rooms both ac & non-ac, very near to railway station and in the middle of busy street.

Very good hotel with good rooms and there is no restaurant attached which is a minus. Room service, reception and every where there is a helpful staff.

Location is good. Same boring brake fast daily. Need lot more attention on rest room maintenance. Except soap nothing in the bathroom. Stained bedsheets.

Decent hotel near Meenakshi Amman temple. Good place for moderate budget stays. Everything is good here except the parking facility. We have to park the vehicle at nearby wine shop. Update — Nearby wineshop is closed and now its an exclusive place for Hotel Golden Park.

Its around 1.5-2 km from the main meenakshi amman temple, madurai. We checked in around 9:25 pm when we entered the rooms the pillow cover was torn, the AC vent was making noise, there were cracks and paint was coming out for the doors, one charging point was not working and no Wi-Fi signals in rooms. In the description it was written that they will be providing with safe lockers, Wi-Fi and satellite television and there was not even a single thing. The Wi-Fi router was at the end of the gallery so it dint reach our room. No water bottles were provided in the room. The only plus point of the hotel is the location which is quite near to the temple, you can find many better hotels nearby.

The room are nice and spacious plus the hotel is located in a nice place were anyone can go and buy what he/she but.

Family friendly place. Good room. Value for money. Car park available. Should mention the fact that it's called Hotel Golden Park (not Parke). Complimentary buffet breakfast had limited menu but the food was good.

It is very good hotel to stay. I booked using makemy trip. Good ambiance provided.

The Hotel is good. Its about 850 meters from Temple. The breakfast provided was really good. Authentic South Indian Food. They have a good parking space. If you have a conservative family this may not be ideal place as there are many bars attached to restaurants.
