The ambience & designs are super detailed in every manner… Whether it's the Room, Board Room, Restaurant, Lobby all represent the rich culture of Tamil Nadu.

JC recidency is one of the best hotel in Madurai. For the past 8years I stay in JC for all my vacations and I am completely satisfied. Service and friendly staff Nagaraj Arun Joseph and YAAZH manager Viyas make my stay more amazing and more comfortable.

I only stay at JC Residency Whenever I visit India. My family and I have always enjoyed our stay specially buffet breakfast. It is very family friendly! The music and the art work in the hallways are divine! The staffs are very friendly and cordial.

Ambience and service is good. But food is very average maybe since it is trying to cater to palate of people from multiple culture.

Excellent ambience. Good food. Ample space. Courteous staffs. Roads to come here aren't good though.

Rooms are spacious, bathrooms neat & clean, rooms have a wonderful authentic styling. Food is very delicious & reasonably priced. Especially the morning breakfast has good options & the coffee is a must. Hotel has good Wi-Fi connections & a well maintained swimming pool. Staff is well attentive & friendly.

I have attended 3 or 4 functions in JC Residency so far. The ambience of the conference halls are very nice! Interior decorations have been done tastefully. The staff are very polite and very soft-spoken. They carefully listen to your words and act accordingly. The buffet lunch on all the occasions very really delicious! I have tasted only Indian cuisine on all the occasions so I can't pronounce judgement on the chef's abilities regarding Chinese and Continental food. The location of this hotel is not something very ideal. But all other aspects of this hotel more than offset for this slight drawback.

This hotel is becoming a lodge day by day it's getting degraded. Morning 1st you get a call at 7:30 for laundry then after some time you get a call for spa then people knock your room door for clearness I really don't understand why can't they take the plates and cups at the time of check out. If this happens how can we take rest in hotel. The worst part is they enter the room without permission and say they came for clearness. And which star hotel has check out time at 10:00 AM. I really don't understand. From 10:00 AM the front desk calls you every 15 mins asking to check out let it be a small or big hotel usually any hotel has a grace period of at least 1 hr really shame on JC residency management.

We had a pleasant stay, the rooms are just the right size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just perfect, with good, fresh food and fruit juice. The hospitality was one of the best I've experienced.

JC Residency is located in Chockikulam area in Madurai. Rooms are maintained well but are not spacious enough. They are also poorly lit. In-house Restaurant offers decent quality food. Restaurant staff are very friendly. Expect Room service to be very slow. Standard wait time for room service experienced is 40 minutes. This property has ample parking space. Many basic conveniences are missing.

I stayed in JC residency as part of a 30 member group. We were on a rally across the country. For me it was home coming. The hotel is beautifully done with classic ambience. Rooms are well ventilated and very spacious with necessary amenities. Hot and delicious food was served by friendly staff. Buffet menu was a mix of traditional and continental food. Enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to anyone on a business or family trip.

Nice space cosy rooms with a little bit of extra woodwork. Restaurant is good. Just that one gets to feel that the hotel is overtly promoting Christianity.

Very good hotel, except for one issue, the internet. For some reason, they limit the number of devices to two, with a limit on the MB you can use. For this reason I recommend to stay away from this hotel.

Good property at a peaceful place. But the staff is untrained and senseless. They invariably goof up everything.

I was looking for a silent place to relax from a cold and could do this at JC Residency. Even if hotel was fully booked, it was amazingly quiet. Ok, the rooms are old style but everything was neat and clean and bathroom was newly renovated. With nice tropical rain shower. Service was very good. Especially the food crew at the restaurant was very attentive. Wifi worked well. At least, in the room, I had. Only thing to improve: that it does not always disappear in the morning and only the staff at reception can bring it to life again on your phone. Once activated with check in, it should work until checkout. Unfortunately did not take any fotos from the place.

One of the best hotels I have visited so far. Overall the interior looks amazing. The staff are really good and I would definitely give this hotel 10 out of 10. Feels like you are entering a palace full of wood works.

JC Residency is one of the budget hotel you can consider if you plan a visit to the temple city of Madurai. Staffs were receptive and courteous. Interior wooden furnishing is awesome. Will rate the food between average to good. Ideal place for hosting small gathering/ business meetings. Internet/ Wi-Fi connectivity is slow. Value for money. Will visit again.

It was a wonderful experience and a calm place for all business visits. Decent cost. Tasty and yummy dishes. Wide spread buffet breakfast with a range of items. The staff at JC residency warmly welcome us. They are very respectful and understanding. All facilities are good. Overall we feel like at home when we stay at JC residency.

We had horrible experience at lunchtime. It took 3 hours for us to get lunch served. We did not get seat in the dining room. We were offered to sit out in the open with hot sun backing over us. We were group of 8. We ended up eating in our room separate. The bill was all mixed up. Food served was also mixed up between the group. I have not seen any worse service in any good eating place. Watch out!

Good place. The rooms are far better than Fortune. Food is good. The rooms was excellent. Bathrooms could have been better considering they have given huge investment on everything else particularly the kind of wood used for every other place. Could have been given better investment in the wash room. Very nice place for a overnight halt.

Very nice Hotel with excellent services, I would highly recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay in hotel. Hotelier is an artist so you can find painting across the hotel. I wish JC Residency and their entire team all the best. I look forward to visit the property again.

The asthetics is very finely done. The canvass paintings in each room and the foyer are inspjring. Room service could be improved.
