Good luxury hotel with class amenities. Very clean & well serviced rooms. Parking space is good. But lots of ads of different business displayed in rooms. Easily reachable from town.

Nice place to stay, had booked 2 rooms and they gave an interconnected room. Kids were very happy and we also enjoyed the stay. The security person was also very helpful and gave us some interesting points about hot water borewells in the area.

Was here for a function organized by my friend. Excellent food with great quality. Service was awesome too as they were friendly and easy to understand. Absolutely no inconvenience face during our function of 4 plus hours. Unexpectedly our guest numbers were more and they managed it well proactively which was awesome…

Just took a halt for a night, but a good hotel, restaurant and bar are good, and supportive staff, gym too is perfect,

GRT is going to be the market leader in 3 & 4 Star segment — the rooms / food is awesome — very very courteuse staff — very impressed & strongly recommend.

I recently stayed in this hotel with family and the facility and services are exemplary. Food is extremely good and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Staffs here are so courteous and friendly. We will surely recommend this hotel to all our known people who wish to visit Madurai.

Very good hotel. Got very good service, but it's not very near to Minakshi temple. Hotel is in main market so it's convenient. Near to Airport also. Restaurant food is awesome. Restaurant spread is very good. Parking is available in hotel. Hotel has a own spa, and had very good experience in spa. Hotel staff is also very polite and sober. So whenever you are in Madurai you can choose this hotel to stay.

We came here because I had been a regular at GRT at Pondi Bazaar Chennai. Rooms are good, clean and neat. Pathetic room service. It looks like they have no concept of time. Simple veg burger and kheema with bread took almost 45 minutes… Breakfast is good but no comparison to GRT Chennai at all… It's a runner up.

Everything was really nice. Enjoyed the buffet. There wasn't much variety in the buffet, but the food that was available was really good. The place had a nice positive aura around it. Ill be glad to visit again.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Kodaikanal. Simply loved ambience, courtesy and amenities. The food was good. Definitely recommended in Madurai.

No bar fridge, non-adjustable thermostat, insufficient buffet. Usually standard, without the advantages.

Really good place for a quite family dinner or a really fancy and extravagant get together the buffet has a reasonable variety of veg and non veg dishes though the non veg dishes were limited to just one dish for each chicken, mutton and fish. I took a star off for the really depressing desert, the varieties were wide but only few of them tasted reasonable thus losing the point of the wide variety. The ambiance and the dining experience were top notch though this must be expected at this price bracket of 600 per head (700 during weekends). I would really suggest this place if you are looking for a nice quite family time or celebrating something fancy.

A good hotel in Madurai. Centrally located near bus stand and is easily accessible. Pretty decent boarding and lodging.

You get what you pay for here; it's a little slice of luxury inside hectic crazy Madurai. Food is extraordinary. Service is top notch, and the bar is really nice with flat screen TV showing sports and movies with a smoking area. We came for Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas decorations and special dinner. My only gripe is that they refused to let us keep our very expensive bicycles safe in our room and instead wanted us to leave them outside. Bicycles worth 3 lakh rupees are not left outside in a city of 3 million, even with security cameras! The manager finally gave us a storage closet to keep them, but staff should be more understanding about expensive sporting equipment at a luxury place like this.

External appearance and property are ordinary. Rooms and service are upto usual GRT's excellent standards. The restaurant is again superb.

Excellent food and helpful staff. Room was good except the air-conditioning. I couldn't adjust the speed to low so had to turn to Auto mode. The air from the air-conditioning didn't feel very clean.

Good Business Hotel in the heart of the city.

It's the best hotel to stay at Madurai, No Doubt At All. The hotel offers good facilities like swimming pool, good car parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. The rooms were very neat and clean, spacious too. The toilets were just awesome, it's clean and superb. The restaurant is just mind blowing and it's superb for its variety of cuisines. The hotel itself has a souvenir shop which has a good collection of handicrafts. The hotel staff were very polite and keen.

Good food but its very costly. Hotel is good but pool isn't that big and good. Nice clean rooms.

The rooms have great amenities and wonderful service. Most importantly, there is delicious food with a wide spread of dishes. One of the best luxury hotels in Madurai. The location is very accessible from any point within the city.

The hotel's service was very good. The rooms were clean and service as well as cleaning were prompt. The kitchen staff seems to be made up of mostly North Indian folks by the way, so keep that in mind while ordering food. The buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Good location of the hotel though. All the major sight seeing places are nearby.

Worthy place for the money. Ambience is damn good. Customer service is outstanding. They provided complimentary breakfast and is really really good.

The room was great. The beds were neat and clean, except for a few small easily fixed stains. Moving on to the room service which supplied us with an extra bed, that was great too, as it looked like a mini full-size bed. The food wasalso exceptional, and it was fun trying new delicious flavors from all over the globe. We had gone here 7 years past, and we are sure to come again.

A very good hotel good as business class hotel facilities is good restaurant is good the staff's are good.

Awesome Restaurant with courteous staff. Must visit place for Buffet lovers. Wide variety of delicacies. The only downside is beverages. Ample parking lot.

The service is top notch. The rooms are very good & clean. The implementation of the air condition is perfect. Food is very good. Overall one of the best hotel experiences.
