Good for company meetings.

The place is very good…

Had a pleasant stay. Room was very neat and tidy. The bathroom amenities were rusty and unclean. Staff hospitality was good. Being situated outside city of Madurai it is a recommendable stay.

Breakfast is buffet system they serve everything and it's delicious. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Some are customised too…

The breakfast was average. Initially the room smelled of smoke, so they over sprayed the room freshener, we kept the door open till the room became normal. We liked the bellhop a lot as he was kind to our daughter.

This residency is situated in a very convenient location, easy to access and no trouble getting transports also. Room was neat, pretty good facilities, even service was also nice. But I felt 2 things bad in that, 1. Water from shower was giving out a bad odor! 2.2-3 helpers asked us for tip (we were in that residency only for 5-6 hrs). So tip part was bit awkward.

The hotel is located adjacent to Kannan departmental store, approximately 5 km from city center. There is ample parking space, rooms are affordable and the meeting area was well staffed and maintained.

Overall experience is very nice. Services very good location and parking area also super. Total bar infrastructure mind blowing very nice service. It was amazing experience. Thanks.

Rooms was clean with good facilities. Bathrooms are small but ok. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Location was ok.

If you going with a traveller, or bus… you don't book here because there is no parking for big vehicles… before we are ask them. They toll there is parking. But when we are reach there understood. Mudurai roads are very cunjested our vehicle was park at this road side. It's very risk.

Worst room service and there is no lock options in bathroom, no tub no mug, Food taste not good.

Have made a great round trip in India North and South India had only middle-class hotels.
But this hotel is by far the dirtiest I've ever seen.
Could eat nothing there, cutlery table everything dirty.

Room was noisy due to street noise and relatively unkempt. The rooms are cleaned during a multi-day stay only if you give the room key at the reception. You should know that. But still much better than some other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, in our room with the shower the warm water did not work. Therefore only 3 instead of 4 stars.

Such a amazing place for stay! Rooms are very Neat and clean. Breakfast is free and the foods are really good. Hotel is well equipped for our needs. They provide all basic needs. Lots of parking for cars. Really a good place for staying in Madurai!

One of the best place in this location, offer various types of room to choose and also it has roof top restaurant with swimming pool experience. Rooms are very nice to stay. Rates are ok for this location and ambiance. Far from Airport but can facility available. It's on the bypass road. Easy to reach and find.

Booked this hotel through Goibibo and had a pathetic experience. Inspite of paying for breakfast we were told that the kitchen is closed so they couldn’t prepare even a cup of milk. Worst part was taps and shower were not working including the toilet, when called for help no one even turned. Very irresponsible hotel. Will never stay again or recommend.

Worst hotel, bad services, drunken workers are worked in this Hotel. This is not useful for family. This only enjoy for adults. Bad room services. The workers are not responding in this Hotel they behaved like roude.

Room was so good and food also… Only thing which I have noticed they should maintain bathroom… It's okay but need daily basis maintenance… Rest all good.

Hotel Heritage Residency is a nice place with a spacious room with a balcony. It's on the by-pass and well connected. Close to Meenakshi Amman temple. Also good for a transit travelers, families and people who come to attend marriages and functions in the outskirts or in Thirumangalam, for short trips or people proceeding to Kodai or other hill stations etc. The room rent is reasonable. Good service staff. Has a roof top swimming pool with a clean water.

Except the door lock that wouldn't open without a programmed card and the A/C that didn't cool properly, other things are just fine. Spacious room and bathroom with bathtub, comfy big bed, Wi-Fi, water heater, shelf, A/C, good hospitality, great room service, good room maintanence and good food. I couldn't visit the pool and gym as I was busy the 5 days that I stayed there. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very worst receptionist, I never seen such a worst receptionist in star rating hotels, don't opt this.

Overall it was good, but they didn't have Wi-Fi in the floor I stayed. But service and food was good :)
