Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service was prompt. But food was not up to mark. Restaurant service was poor.

Small rooms. Decent ambience. Food was good. Definitely worth the buck.

Small rooms but clean and well placed. It had everything needed for a family of 2. Bathroom too was a bit too small, and taps looked as if it wasn't cleaned in ages. But not bad. It too was ok.

Hotel and staff along with the food is exceptional. But the drawback is they are not maintaining the property it should be. Also the bathrooms are very congested.

Good hotel to stay. Stayed for two days. Made my stay convenient. Good ambience. Nice staff Complimentary Breakfast.

One of the amazing place I would say… Excellent south Indian meals and Tandoori dishes… Just loved it :)

There was a mis understanding while booking. I started an argument but the front desk person whom I spoke to was very gentle and clarified with patience. Best Place — — Very Courteous and Professional Front Desk officers — — Clean and Pocket Friendly. Food was YUMM. No negative comments… A perfect hotel! Was a Pleasant stay :) thank u guys.

Excellent stay. Value for money. Food was very tasty and I was like him made food. Being in south we have never expected that we can get excellent phulka and Dal dry. But M3 has done it. Staff is extremely good. Location is nice.

Rooms are too small, it is not even budget Hotel, no hot water, house keeping is horrible, staff are un professional. Strongly not recommended if you expect 3 star facility.

No hot water facility in the morning. Had to remind the housekeeping. Toilets needs to more hygene. Rooms are ok. Breakfast was good.

It's the good place for business meeting,, There is a mini hall available with fully air conditioned around 30 to 40 people's sit in the hall.

"Worth the money" Located at few kilometres away from Mattuthavani. Excellent ambience. Service and Behavior of staff was well and good. Breakfast was very delicious. No problems were faced during the stay. But if you happen to buy a 1 litre water bottle, you have to pay Rs. 35 for it.

It is a restaurant with in the hotel that's a advantage for outsiders you can always found empty chairs, food was good, clean, nice ambience gud hospitality most often I visit there for dinner. GST +price is a little bit high other than that all good.

Few years back It was really a nice place to stay @ Madurai M3 But now it's in bad shape, it need renovation…

Super hotel, beautiful facilities.

Good ambiance but low room service when we reached time, night time all the hotels can't service as we expected. Morning break fast is good and the server also gave me good food and service.

Last week me and my husband sankar stayed M3, it was good neat and clean rooms, food also good, workers are very kind and helpful.

Four starts for the small size of the room. But it's quite stylish and clean. I loved it actually! Very comfy.

The room was small and I was never quite convinced that there were any other guests BUT the Wi-Fi connection worked and the staff was pleasant.
