Nice hotel. The staff was courteous and happy to help whenever required. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Mr. Bhuminath (the chef) and Jaypal and Christopher made sure first class service is provided to us. The cooked food was very tasty and we were asked for what we would like to have for breakfast. I will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed the trip with my family. Very polite and well mannered staff. Neat and clean rooms. Good service and located near to lake.

A good, neat and tidy budget hotel very close to Kodai Lake. If you are staying, visit the restaurant early for breakfast as food is served in open place and get cold too quickly in Kodai weather.

Worth the stay. I've stayed in suite room so had a lounge, Kettle, fireplace and seperate bedroom. Responsive room service. Healthy organic food. Wake up call in the morning. Friendly receptionist as he was a football fan as I am. Lol! Good for family stay.

The manager and all the other staff are very polite and cooperative. The food is very tasty and delicious. Only the problem is with the noise coming from the other rooms.

It's situated in beautiful location. It's pretty calm there, perfect place to get a book and start reading. Staffs are courteous. But hot water connection not available for hand wash and also we were facing continuous power cut.

The location is a little out of the way. You need to walk at least a KM for the main road. The rooms are neat and tidy but the facilities and utilities need maintenance. Food is a concern. We had our dinner there but not up to the expectation. On the whole it's good for the purse.

The hotel is perched atop a small hill with road ending right at the gate of the hotel. Very courteous staff and wonderful amenities inside the hotel. Rooms are very well maintained. The best part of the hotel is the food — the cooking style won't allow you to miss north Indian taste in case you like spicy food.

Very good maintenance and hospitality… rooms were modern and they serve tasty food. Very much recommended for stay.

Food is hell cheap and tastes great. Services are GREAT. The manager for night shift was very polite and courteous, apologies for not mentioning the name, thanks to my memory. The room service staff too was courteous and provided best service. What I didn't like is the wait for hot water, one needs to turn on the geyser 20 minutes prior to bath! That's the ONLY thing that pissed me.

I like very much in the hotel. Awesome rooms interior very clean and calmly. But not spacious parking places dead end placed at the Hotel. Good responsible person for front office staff.

Stayed in Mahogany Room. Rooms, Linen and Bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Free Buffet breakfast was good with 4 to 5 varieties. Staff are very courteous and responsive. Wi-Fi speed could be better and taste of dinner menu was not upto the mark.

The place is really good. Although the size of rooms seemed smaller than what we saw online, it was perfectly maintained and clean. The staff too were very amicable. Pickle, the restaurant served good food at reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast was also prepared well.

Nice budget place to stay. Food quality and quantity decent however menu is very limited. Service is good. Rooms are small but ok for 2/3 people and very clean and tidy.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean. Hospitality service s were good. But the breakfast menu has very little option for nort-indians, it needs proper presentation and hygiene too.

Stayed for 2 days during September and I absolutely loved the place. Neat and well maintained rooms, simple and good breakfast, near to kodaikanal lake, etc.

Very clean n beautiful place staff is very good, very nice service excellent food a home away from home I will recommend it to all my friends when their come to Kodakanal to stay here thank-you Altius for making my stay comfortable next time I come to Kodakanal I will definitely stay here.

The place is very neat and peaceful and the staff is quite friendly and cooperative. Beautiful rooms to live in. U got parking place as well. Its located a lil far from the city centre which adds to its peaceful environment. Will definitely recommend others to stay over here but the only thing which wasnt satisfactory was the food here. U could try out restaurants in the city for food but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Good hotel rooms with hygiene environment. But rooms need to be much more insulated to avoid chill weather. Food is good but service is slow because they start preparing your food after you order because of dedicated kitchen only serves to guests…

I stayed in Altius Nest for a day with my family. Booked the hotel online. The facility was super clean and tidy. Complimentary break fast & free Wi-Fi facility is available. The facility manager and attenders were extremely polite and caring. Superb place for a calm and peaceful stay. Hotel is little away from the city, so it's calm and peaceful. Plug points in the rooms are not compatible with latest mobile chargers. So it's difficult to charge mobiles with big head pins. So have some backup. Rest all is fine. Have a pleasant stay.

Very nice place. Very neat and clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Parking and restaurants are available and it is Definitely value for the money. One negative part is restaurant, staff behaviour and servings was good however the biryani we ordered never tasted like biryani, chicken could have been fresh and cooked well. Overall I would recommend this hotel for my friends and I might visit again.

Elegant, clean, thoughtfully designed ensuite double rooms. I appreciate the electric kettle and tea/coffee satchets. Picturesque environs. Exceptional service in the tiny restaurant. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Stupendous value for money.

Nice service and hospitality. Good food. But approach road is OK not that great… over all nice place to stay with family.

I had planned a trip to Kodaikanal on 2/10/14 and 3/10/14, which got cancelled due to some personal issues. But I had booked a deluxe room in Altius Nest by paying an advance amount of Rs. 1500/ — Thuogh they were ready to repay the advance, I had just let it off due to dearth of time. But, suddenly I could plan a trip on 29/12/14 and 30/12/14 and the Altius Nest allotted me a deluxe room on the same days. It was my brithday on 30/12/14 and they made it memorable for me by arranging for a cake and sweet balloons. The ambience, food provided and room service were outstanding and excellent. A special mention about the staff. They were too good. Mr. Shyam, Ms. Chitra, Mr. Veeramani,. To mention a few. Also a special mention about the cleanliess. Bathroom was so clean, spic and span. Room was extremely comfortable. If allowed, I will give TEN STARS instead of five stars. So, if you choose to go to Kodaikanal, please choose Altius Nest can be your Nest. I am loving it. And will love it. Kudos to everyone out there.
