Nice hotel. Worth for the money given Doors r not properly maintained. More cigarette smells in first floor. We can go with family.

We have been in this hotel on 28th & 29th May. Rooms are good but the kitchen and management is very poor. Appears to be suitable for south indian people only as they provide only south indian food with the same style. We took the hotel for 2 days under travel package. On 2nd day they didn't provide mineral water bottle. The kitchen is un-hygenic. The cramp dinning room and food quality is like street hotel. We found other boarder taking food standing and wearing banian. Poor. We did not take dinner and there was no courtesy call if we want to have dinner or not.

Very clean Rooms & good service. I am stay in this hotel, they giving good breakfast & hygienic service. The restaurant is small but neat & clean. Thanks for all the staff. Highly recommended on this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights… It's not a hotel… It is a Lodge Room was very small, no basic facilities. However food is good. Bit delay in room services. Hotel authority seriously need to look to upgrade services. Hotel staff is very good full mark to staff. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Stayed 2 nights… It's not a hotel… It is a Lodge Room was very small, no basic facilities. I don't understand who given 3 star rating to this lodge. I can give 1 star only for food… As it was ok ok. I will not recommend this hotel, even tour operators requested not to book this hotel for any one as it will spoile ur image also. This post is to improve the quality n services of the hotel.

Great Hospitality, Nice rooms, comfortable bed, clean washroom and a decent restaurant. Very courteous staff, Reception was pleasant and easy as was checkout. The food at the restaurant was absolutely brilliant and very tasty. The Hotel was very safe for the family people. Would consider this hotel again for our next trip to Kodai.

Aarem valley is one of the leading hotels in Kodaikanal. Our complete trip with cab was arranged by Mr. Kumar were very happy. Driver Muthu was with us right from the airport pickup and provided excellent service. He can communicate very well in English and was very courteous. Front desk managers were excellent, room service was very fast. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel doesn't have a view as such, but the property is good. Hotel is located in quiet and peaceful location. The room was spacious with all modern amenities, Hot water was available. As others have mentioned, they have a play area for kids, cricket nets & indoor games like chess, carom. Breakfast served was good with quite good variety. Overall nice experience, Would definitely visit again!

Budget hotel for groups or stags. Staffs are good however take care of your belongings as we missed few and they didn't have any answer. Beds, room's are just OK and hot water issues are there…

The place does not have good service. The staff is also not cooperative. The bedsheets are not clean. It is just a waste of money invested.

We took two rooms. Been with the family. Parking space is available on the basement. Rooms & toilets were neat and clean, staff are cordial. Buffet breakfast and dinner are ok. It is very near the kodaikanal lake, walkable distance… They arranged good vehicle for sight seeing. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Rooms and restrooms are neatly maintained. The hotel has only 2-3 room service people who also take care of the buffet serving which is major drawback. Food is an okay okay kind of thing here. Wi-Fi is very weak in most of the places inside the hotel. But still you won't say it's bad coz of the very kind front office service and rooms that are neat and clean.

Decent rooms according to its price. The view is not good.

Small rooms. Feels like living in bunker. Damped walls. Even the suite is suffocating which explains condition of the other rooms. Staff including the manager won't understand English, so really difficult to communicate. Housekeeping not upto mark. Room service and waiter will misguide for no reason whatsoever. Poor service overall. Location is also not good. Not recommended at all.

Restaurant is not spacious. Service people having difficulties undersatding Hindi and english. Food quality is upto the mark. Hotel Location is also not top notch. We find it very difficult to find the location. Lot's of small issues are there… like Mirror is not in the bathroom, geyser not working, shampoo pouch, combs not provided in the room, Room is ok. Lobby and other places are clean. But the playing area in the backside is not well maintained.

Aarem valley is such a beautiful hotel. Ambiance was nice. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Staffs are very friendly. Food was beyond good and great value for money. We enjoyed with indoor games like chess, carom board & outdoor games like cricket net, badminton court … I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

What you expect when you travel to hills with your family… Budgeted Hotel, Clean Rooms, Even Cleaner Bathrooms, Spacious Room, All Modern Facilities fitted with, Helpful and Great Staff and so on and so forth. Believe me this Hotel HAS IT ALL … I stayed their for 3 days and 2 nights with my wife and 7 year old KID. Guess what they have a dedicated play ground with sea-saw, Swing and slide installed for the kids to enjoy. And top of it their is one area covered with net where you can practice and play CRICKET … The gentleman at the reception Mr. Kumar is GEM of a person. He will take care of all your queries with a smile and try his best to get it resolved. A highly recommended hotel for stay at Kodaikanal …

Willing to stay at a very decent place with your friends or family at cheaper costs? Think no further than Aarem valley castle. They provide most of the facilities at this price point. Cricket practice nets are present at the backyard and you can get the ball and bat anytime you wish. The food they offer is good and Camp fire and loudspeakers are also arranged at extra costs which makes your trip even more memorable :)

VFM, Walkable to Lake. Clean room and toilets. New. Tiny restaurant, only breakfast available.

Bad location, atrocious service. If you do have to stay here, never order food from their restaurant.
