Poor service. For just an little more tarrif, there are better hotels very near to this.

Rooms are neat and clean, but food is not nice.

1. No proper room 2. Worst room house keeping 3. Toilet and wash basin seems as corporation toilet. 4. Never except this kind of rooms in PLA group of hotels. 5. Totally waste of money. 6. No dental set in deluxe rooms and no hot water, shower not working. 7. Room locking system not working. 8. No hair shampoo and oil. *****Totally compare than local lodge very very worst PlaAmrith inn — Karur.

Rooms are OK but hot water is through solar heaters. On rainy days, you don't get hot water. Flush toilets don't work well. In house restaurant is substandard. Coffee is below par. But otherwise clean. AC works well.

Its a budget Hotel Lack of staffs for cleaning Room was big enough. Average maintained Hotel has to look for better Maintainance Free Break fast timing was very short 7 — 9:15 Near by velu biriyani for good lunch Opposite there is a fruit supermarket I recommend this hotel for just a over night stay.

Rooms are ok… NO CAR PARKING. But breakfast is been served very late at 8:15 am. Room service is bad.

It was nice to attend the meeting over there. It was a nice place.

Rooms here are average only, tap will not work sometimes, hot water will not come. They will say that morning breakfast is complementary but it will be very bad other than that room will be good for stay.

19th Feb we visited karur for a marriage function and stayed a night at PLA AMR. amr. Hotel, next day morning checkout from there, unfortunately we missed make-up box and some imitation jewelry at hotel room. For that we contact hotel management to get it by courier but still (more than 20 days) we struggled with hotel management to get it back. very very worst response from hotel management. i don't know whether it reach me or not.

Towel was sought — Not provided. Water bottle was provided only after requested. Room was good. But AC was not covering the entire room.

Rooms are good but food facilities is not good.

Room — average Service — average Car parking — N/A u have to park on the road only Food — not advisable Front office — few are polite n helpful others work just for name sake (poòr service) Best place to drink and enjoy. Not advisable for family.

Rooms are spacious, but AC is not much effective,, & hot water is not available. Parking is also too small. I parked my car on the road side,

Rooms are ok. But service is very bad. No response from reception for any requirements. We ordered coffee and we got it delivered after 1 hour. Have to improve.

The service in the lodge is pretty awesome, they respond within minutes with the room boy. The best one to stay in karur. Probably with family. All the rooms including small and large have pretty good appearance and overdue.

Best ever accommodation arranged for us. The rooms were clean and tidy, a spacious Washroom, life sized dressing mirror, effective response from the reception staff. Overall a good stay. Would love to stay here on my next visit to Karur, and recommend the same to my friends.

Good food and reasonably priced rooms.

Good to stay in karur. In first floor of the building veg restaurant is there. Breakfast is complimentary, it is limited. When we went many items were not available. They must have informed the timings while checking in.

Poor customer service. I had to call reception 20 times to turn on the hot water in the morning. 24 hrs room service is a lie. They told me that the room boy has left for the day and did not provide me an extra pillow when I asked for one at around 9PM. While checking out the printer was not working due to power outage. I had to wait for 20 min. Eventually I left without the bill. The basement parking is barely enough to park one small car. The parking is also shared by a nearby two wheeler showroom. Overall I give a slightly higher rating than one.

Very good hotel in karur and new property. Housekeeping is very nice, I was very interesting to stay in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel and one of the best hotel in karur town.
