Good Hotel for staying rooms are clean and good, little bit narrow road and small parking space available.

Clean and peaceful stay. Staffs are geniune. Worth it. Go ahead.

Average hotel in terms of amenities but kept clean and pretty close to main road. So easy to reach. But the entry road to the hotel is quite dirty. The parking space is quite narrow. It's a good driving test for you. Food is vegetarian however upon request they gave eggs in the breakfast and chargd me separately. I liked the pongal they served. It was not spicy at all and the sambar had good amount of veggies in it.

It is very cool place. Nice hotels.

Hotel is good, but rooms are filled with nepthalin bolls, which will make the air unbreathable.

Though the hotel is centrally located, it has a treebo badge on one side and some other name etched in the main nmae board. So it tool some time to locate. The hotel room is ok, the saving grace are the toiletries by treebo. Thankfully the TV and the cable work and unlike many hotels, all channels play out. Breakfast is the biggest disappointment. It sucks both in choice and taste. They don't even serve chutney for idly and rooms do not have a teacup for drinking tea. On the 2nd day of stay I decided to have breakfast outside.

If you need a hotel to just stay. It's not a well mantained place and even worst when you compare the price of room. Everything stinks there …

Treebo is known for its quality. The service in this place is great. But the quality is questionable! Its just behind the accord hotel, and close to residency hotel. Its not that much easy to locatable if you won't access Google maps. The Mosquito's.! Oh my god hell a lot of mosquitos are there. I don't think they can't do anything for this because of the location. Apart from that the breakfast not that much great. But then somewhat decent. In overall I can rate somewhere around 3-3.25.

It was decent enough. Near to US Visa consulate. Whatever breakfast served was decent. The only reason why I gave 4 is due to less breakfast options. Other than that all Ok.

The place is decently located, you have to walk inside a pathway for about 200 metres from the main road to reach the hotel, but the location is very clean and seems to be a rich residential area. The rooms are not very well maintained, dimly lit and a few lights didn't work. It seems the hotel does not has a lot of customers to generate the revenue for maintenance, and could see only one or two guests during my stay. The reception was under renovation, so it will be better later I guess. The overall construction and and interiors are good, just needs more maintenance. The toilets were clean and well maintained, and for the price they charge, you can definitely stay there, but don't expect much. The complimentary breakfast was the only food I ate there, and it was just edible, nothing special, nothing too bad. Overall, 3 stars just for the price, location and infrastructure. Little more of maintenance can make it a really nice stay, and since renovation is on, I guess the place will be better in the days to come. The room I got was very small, though enough for two people, but no extra bed was possible. Just the very dim lighting was irritating me. Do check the lights before checking into your rooms. The windows were not very clean, but after opening them, the view from the hotel is quite nice. Lacks maintenance, thats all.

Staff was not well informed of the details of our stay. The facilities were not great, poor lighting, slightly dusty. When asked for extra bed, a thin mattress that was worn out was giver. Ge only plus point is food was nice.

Plus points: 1. Quickly accessible to most of the important places. 2. Friendly helpful staffs I really appreciate it. 3. Big rooms with very basics items. 4. Food was good taste for the morning breakfast. Can be improved : 1. No fridge 2. Bathroom : stinky, rusty and not maintained well. 3. Room delivery was slow. 4. Car parking is very limited and getting in to the parking from street was very challenging due to the poor design of the entrance. I got the service what I paid for, just the basics… the room photos in their promo. I think good photography skills :)

Very sub par place. Facilities are not very good and it's not maintained well. Very dingy. Rooms lack proper lighting. Room service is almost non existent.

The people are good. But I did not like the place that much. They were under a renovation for their lobby. Rooms washroom could use a good renovation. Breakfast included was ok ok. Not that good not bad either. Overall a good place but can improve the experience with just small improvements.

A good place to stay with quality rooms and good room service. The complementary breakfast could have been better but overall the hotel is good. Also the hotel is in an area with lots of restaurants nearby like absolute bbq, chin chin, bbq nation etc.

I stayed in this Hotel for 2days & three nights… last night of our stay was offending for me and my family… bcoz the "phulkas" provided with our dinner was made out of fermented dough. It was smelling sour… we were so tired and exhausted, at first we didn't bother what we were eating. My little daughter also had one. And the following morning, she had food poisoning that resulted in blood clot from her nose and they would agree to it as we paid for the blood stains that oozed out of her nose upon departure on the pillow cover and on the sheet (FYI WE mentioned it to reception upon departure so that if there were any cleaning charges they could charge us which they happily did). We also had some of them. When asked about the same at the reception. The receptionist didn't bother about it. And transferred the call to another staff. The other staff member straight away became defensive about it and bluntly denied. However later on they did replace it, but with lesser No. Of phulkas (for family of 4) of which we've actually ordered… The entire situation did spoil our dinner and our stay that night. The following morning when we went for our breakfast… one of regular item on the breakfast menu was over. When I asked to replenish one of the items', I was told by one of the kitchen staff "aaj yeh item kha lijiye (really?

I wouldn't say I dislike it. But rather not prefer it. Good points: 1. Amazing location for the price 2. Friendly helpful staff 3. Big rooms with basics 4. Food tasty 5. Good water pressure Bad: 1. Bathroom : stinky, rusty 2. No fridge 3. Room delivery came with spoiled food: (had to sleep with hungry since no replacements done) and was late night. 4. Worst place u can ever visit. A 10 year old can cook better food than this place. Moreover no cleanliness at all. Room service takea too long.

The locality is really good. The staffs are really helpful. It's really worth for this fare. Ambions should be improved and on hotel restaurant should be improved a lot. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Pretty nice place and compact — value for money. Centrally located and the food served is quite acceptable. The rooms are spacious and clean — would be happy to stay back again if need arises.

Rooms look decent, but the rest rooms aren't maintained very well. The breakfast provided isn't of Chennai standards (you expect great South Indian food when you're staying in Chennai). The staff are very cordial and responsive.

I booked the place because of decent reviews and my parents had a good stay more than a year ago. Unfortunately, the place looked run down and not to my expectations. The room reeked of moth balls. On the plus side, service is good and the staff were very helpful. I checked out after one night of stay.

Reception was smelling, so was room but for a night stay on business trip it's vfm.
