The location is just ideal for those who are in transit as it is very close to the airport and they even have their own drop-off service. The rooms are relatively cheap and you get the basics which was sufficient for a short stay, in my opinion. The only issue was that I stayed in Room 208 and the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach that room so the whole time I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. Food is great too!

Its a good hotel. But the ambience needs to be updated as it looks very old. The service provided was nice and location is an advantage as its very near to the Airport.

Nice and decent room for an overnight stay. Location is very close to airport and metro station, located on main road. So connectivity is never a problem. Catching up a cab also is easy. Mr Robin, polite and friendly person at the hotel. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and nice. Restaurant is clean and neatly maintained with responsible and friendly staff. Small renovations will get the hotel to its glory.

Good location near to airport. If you want to stay near to airport in economic hotel this is good hotel. Pick up and drop from airport complimentary.

Great location for anyone visiting for work purpose. It's very close to the airport and on the main road. Good location to get a quick cab.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Service is good. Food is delicious and is reasonably priced. Support staffs were cordial with us. The best part is Chennai metro is few steps from this hotel. Highly recommended!

Room — 2.5 star, Very average rooms, double bed, AC, very small TV, no electric kettle for tea, no complimentary mineral water, Basic bathroom and Toilet, no galary or any special view. Small Almira. No press. Breakfast — 4 star, 7-8 items to choose from, taste is very nice. Room service — 4 star They will respond quickly Location — 4 star, close to airport and on highway itself. They provide complimentary pick up and drop to airport.

Had my guest there. There was an issue with my inline booking. It was handled very well and accomodated my guest. Even they enjoyed the stay and complimentary breakfast.

The Halfway House Inn offers accommodation, self catering, touring caravn and camping site that is open all year. 24Hr toilet/shower facilities, fresh drinking water, chemical waste disposal, electrical hook-up, pot-washing facilities. 6 Hard-Standing Super Pitches with electric hook-up, water connection, regularly-mown grass for awnings. The Orchard Bedrooms sleep up to 6, and can be booked for those preferring a roof over their heads!

Very good hotel. They have very good restaurant in house which is great… Rooms are clean and good. There is noise of both Airplanes and Metro (as it is near to both) but good.

It's a clean and decent place to stay. Though the charges are a bit high but that's worth it as it is near to Chennai airport. Bathrooms are very clean and the service is upto the mark. Rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast was quite tasty — it had idly, vada and puri sabji too. Dinner was a buffet with limited options yet tasty.

Almost 20 year old hotel which is telling on the infrastructure and facilities. They ensured high level of service and attention to my requirements. Close to airport. I recommend this for a short, affordable, budget stay near airport. Good for business travelers as well.

Comfort level — average. (Disturbance from the vehicle running just besides the hotel and aeroplane noise is a big headache. As airport is near, plane fly very low which creates a lot of noise) Room quality — average Service — good. Complementary breakfast — excellent Overall — hotel is OK, can improve a lot. Improvement suggestions:- 1. Keep the lighting white instead of yellow (it gives a rich feel if it is white. ) 2. Can cover the floor with carpet in the loby which will again make guests feel good and important. 3. Pl. Provide uniform to the staff. 4. Change the curtains to classic white or any other which will look good, but not like a cloth which is covering Windows.

I love the chef here. Makes my favorite dishes. Speaks Hindi and Malayalam.

It is a decent hotel in case u want to have one for a while or may be for a night and one near the airport. It also offers complimentary drop to the airport which makes it real convenient.

Very disappointing food in the restaurant. Flies around the table did not allow me to have my lunch properly and on top of that stale chicken was served. Disgusting management I must say.

Rooms are big but with very old furnishings. Bathrooms fittings are really bad and its stinks. Value for money is very poor.

I had a family function held on the 16th july, I would say it's best and reasonable for a family function. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic as well … Overall the party was well assisted … thanks a ton special thanks to Ranjith …

Good location. Food is not great. Service is really good. Pick up and drop service to airport is a nice add and the driver is polite and helpful.

Due to some circumstances we had to stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. Superb hotel that truly helped in those circumstances. We depended totally on the restaurant on the premises — Fantastic food, quite expensive though. Tandoori Roti is a highlight that can help keep food budget, if you are looking for one. Great thing is I paid for room from abroad and there was no problem at all when we checked in! Great service for picking up and dropping off at the airport (we didn't know they had pickup but took the drop-off offer). Nice staff know Hindi very well (if you can't speak Tamil). Location is great. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom. I think we paid about 4000 rupees per day for a 2nd floor room. Maybe a little expensive considering that Le Meridien charges just a little more down the street but for the circumstances we were in, it was very nice and pleasant to have found this. Nice place as a package of all that come with it.

Very close to airport. Buzzy traffic zone. Metro, local busses, aircraft sounds will make you sleeplessness.

Disgusting experience… near to the runway of Airport so lot of noise throughout day & night, pathetic rooms. I stay there for one day and changed 03 rooms due to TV stopped in 02 rooms, mosquitoes, no house keeping. It was like coming to hell. In same price you will find lot of hotels with very good facilities.

The staff is very courteous. Booked through goibibo, the food was good, had a buffet dinner as it was new years eve. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet which covered a side range of items. Got a complimentary drop to the airport. Overall very satisfied.

A decent budget hotel… Mount Manor, beside being very close to Airport, it is well maintained with polite staff. Rooms are clean and hygienic. A feel at home hotel. Will surely stay on my future visits. All the best.

Kind of run down. You'll get better places for the rates they quote. The restaurant is an disappointing and and the buffet breakfast is with the miss. The only plus point for the hotel is their proximity to the airport.
