Splendid Room Kolam Apartments - Adyar Apartment

Nice rooms but food could have been better. Giving complimentary food is just name actually you charge us or even v dont mind paying. Just idli 6 no for 3 adults and kid. Felt embarrassed asking for more hope should be on the table.

Had gone to meet a friend staying there. Very well received at the entrance and the reception desk. Neatly maintained apartment and polite staff.

Cool place in prime location which enables the proximity of travel very easy to all other places in Chennai. Polite staffs. Apart from the common laundry facility, it would be more comfortable if we also have a private washing machine at the apartment, so that we ladies can self wash all clothes.

Neat and clean Apartment. Tasty Food. Secured place. Gatekeeper Mr. Kumar was very welcoming. Suggestions: South Indian food should be improved. It will be additionally good if you can add Non veg catering for people who stay because we mostly prefer Non-veg. We expect you to start a facility soon at Coimbatore.

We stayed in Kolam Apartments for two nights, which was a really enjoyable experience. The room was definitely the best during our time in India — clean and hygienic, nice and comfy beds, a lot of space and cupboards to spread our luggage around, well working a/c and a really nice and clean toilet with a hot shower. As backpackers this was like luxury for us. The staff was very helpful and made a delicious breakfast for us every morning for a reasonable price. We would have had an access to use the kitchen ourselves too. We also could have done our laundry ourselves, but the friendly staff made it for us. They have a huge rooftop terrace, which was super nice as well to hang out or see the sunset. As a whole, only during couple of days they made us to feel like home. We warmly recommend!

A humble opinion is that you can add a self cooking kitchen for short term guests also — which will be helpful for those family like us who travels with kids. Other than that, food was really excellent and we appreciate your service. Thank you.

Good location that facilitate easy proximity to all important places like beach, hospital as its in a one of the important area of the city. Service wise quality is admirable. If you need privacy you need to book entire 3 bedroom apartment which can accommodate maximum 6 people.

Nothing can be expected more than this. Such a clean and quality living that does more than the value of money paid. Casual front desk and the service caretakers were extremely helpful. As promised, will surely refer my friends. Keep up the good service guys. All the best.

Highly recommendable service. A new concept which is no where less to a 3*star hotel — Clean and calm ambience. Our family is in love with food delivered from the in-house kitchen, especially the veg wrap which my daughter is asking me to order even after coming home to Calcutta :D.

The homely ambiance with polite caretakers will make you feel at home. The ground floor is entirely meant for parking with a small space of a welcoming front desk. Perfect for family occassions. Personal experience by staying here at Kolam apartments — Adyar, chennai will show an obvious truth that the hotel industry is getting its own transformation in different ways. :)

Bogus, Chor company. Last month I visited Coorg with Family. I had booked homestay at Gowri Niwas. I booked through Stayzilla 3 months before. Homestay owner informed me that he has not recieved any payment from Stayzilla & this company is no more operating. Thereafter, I tried to contact Stayzilla on phone as well e-mail, but it was in vain. I had to pay again the advance amount. Please be careful & don't deal with this company.

Had quit good experience with this travel website, and now really feel the sad to see the legal issues with this team. Hope this will be back too soon.

Just bakwas, I tried to search rooms through it, it says" all rooms are already sold" then I just cross checked to book for next month same message appeared. Again I cross checked for the month of august 2017 for booking same dialogue box popped out. They are making fool to the audience or they themselves are fool.

Kolam apartment is very convenient and clean. I had the experience to stay with my whole family. This is my second visit to Kolam apartments. Managers and staffs were very friendly and helpfull.

Very clean and perfect washroom, 5 star level, good hot and cold water with good pressure. Clean bed and AC. Polite and smart staff. Peaceful, centre location.

Kolam has been a wonderful place to stay. It's ambience, cleanliness, homely food, service oriented staff all added together was an excellent experience living in this apartment for a month. Hoping to come back in future. Thanks to all the staff.

I opted for their service just once in October 2014, for a horrible experience. We booked a hotel in Ooty through Stayzilla. However, on the specified date I found that the hotel room is not available. Hence I had to book another hotel in an extremely high price. Then I stopped opting for their service.

Stay Zilla. Fraud site. My no. Got posted by mistake just remove my no. And ppl don't believe this site…
