It is a average budget hotel. Food quality is not good. No pressure in shower. Ac makes too much sound. Everything in this hotel is old and works on the destiny. Keep your expectations low. Would not recommend it untill it is an emergency.

Very poor service. Was at the bar counter, didn't give us a menu and told us to read the items on a board on the wall. NEVER encountered such a response anywhere in the world. Walked out.

Room was spacious and well kept. Location is great. Never tried the food there. Car park is limited with valets. The outside of the room (common area) reeked of smoke all the time. One star less for that. Breakfast is complimentary. 1 litre water per day. Housekeeping staff did their jobs well.

Juices were spoilt. Plates piled up for buffet had hair and dust. Dosa had full small small cockroaches. Feeling nauseous thinking about it.

Worst room service. Hotel is comfortable. Nice location. Easily accessible.

Stayed for one night. Room was fine but old. Needed renovation. No restaurant but room service was available. Breakfast was however available. Fine for one night stay. Well located.

We had a comfortable stay. Courteous staff. They have a nice breakfast spread.

Boutique hotel but very late breakfast which starts at 7.30 am making it impractical for tourists who want to leave early for sightseeing etc.

Appalling service from the staff. Tried to force me and family out of our 2 double rooms and into 1 double room with an extra bed (part way through our stay) due their oversight in overbooking the rooms. They don't respect the wishes of guests to not have rooms cleaned. Key for the safe is not provided. Rooms look run down like they haven't been maintained properly. Wobbly furniture, remotes don't work for the TV and air con. Windows are so dirty that you can't see through them!

No variety in liquor as well as food. (nothing Indian) Price is Ok.

Hotel is located at a prime location. Insides are nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous. Need some ventilation in the bathrooms else it begins to smell and dry areas in the bathroom is not clearly seperated from the wet. So, the whole bathroom gets wet after a shower.

Hotels is good but all day they provided same breakfast and room dining food is not good.

Hello, Had an amazing day in esthell resorts on may 7th 2016. Morning we reached there at 9.30, receiving was good. Welcome drink was not as expected. I suggest, instead of such flavored mix juice, try to come up with fresh juice, which is meaningfully a good welcome drink. Had a business presentation room with music system, speakers & etc. Got Wi-Fi password on request which was very friendly. Initially we faced power fluctuation for couple of times but got immediate support. Later @ 2.30 PM had started lunch, Food was good & tasty, especially mutton rogan josh & veg-fried rice, veg salads can be served little fresh, Deserts should also be changed as it goes to heart. Evening tea & coffee was too good, but snacks were just OKAY with limited & additional snack was to expensive. We didn't had much food in lunch or in snacking, since we were playing all the day & had no tendency to eat. Coming to outdoor games, cricket ground is well maintained & good, volleyball, basketball, cycling & tug of war. And then comes the real evening party, DJ music, amazing arrangements, we danced continuously for 3 — 4hrs, no disturbances but costed 12k. No swimming pool for non-residence, even for pay. Overall esthell village resort was good with more activities with well maintained, rules can be customized as per our need, like we extended from 6 PM to 10 PM with additional cost. Only suggestions is, can add 2 more desserts, should allow swimming pool. Rating 3.5. Thanks to Mr.

Good place to stay nice location.

Rocking bar with great service. Stopped by at an odd time of 5 pm for some food and drinks and the place did not dissappoint. Have been told that this is a great place to party over the weekends.

Newly renovated Restuarant and bar. Pathetic food hiiiiiii cost. They think it is ITC or Leela by putting silver spoons. It is not about that, it is about taste and quality, quantity and best price. This will not last long. Only firs timers or people with free money.

Smelly and dirty room service stayed for 2 nights Very Very Extremely expensive for the quality fo service they provide. Cockroaches, linen dirty, A/C did not work Very wrong place to stay for family.

We stayed for two nights in the hotel. Since we were in Chennai for a wedding, we did not eat in the restaurant. Our rooms reasonably clean, but smelt like a moldy wet blanket. I think it was the airconditioning, which probably didn't ventilate well. The windows could not be opened, so no respite there. The front desk staff, however, was extremely helpful, a nice experience in Chennai where people are generally rude and unhelpful.
