It is a good economic hotel near the Chennai. Only 3km to Guindy. The restaurant is attached to the hotel. Customer service is not bad.

Just horrible, dirty linen and washrooms, discourteous staff. Please book this hotel at your own risk as I came to know that they are in the habit of cancelling online bookings and later charging twice the amount for the same room. Stay away if possible.

Worst service. Not able to contact manager. Opens our room when we are not at the hotel saying some reason without our permission. For MRP Rs 15/ — soda they have charged Rs 32/-, Without giving proper service, Directly says not to visit next time if you don't like our service, but we cannot do more than this.

Good ambience Staff is excellent. Wifi issues But excellent place.

Near to DOM complex, if you have some work in DOM this place is best suited. Rooms are clean only down side being no complimentary breakfast.

The room servicing is very good. The hotel is giving good facilities to the customer in a desent rate which specially need to mention since the hotel is within the Chennai City.

Great service by the house keeping staff! Restaurant food also tasty although felt sad because not all items available! Specially dissatisfied with the reception people. Stayed here for more than a week but no internet available throughout. And they're not active enough to take an action except justifying and blaming Airtel! Not again!

AC is bad. You endup relying on FAN to sleep. Room service is not bad. But i’m wondering why they do not accept debit cards. They must accept debit card for every payment, but they wont.

Couldn't say that provide an 5 star hotel services. But Location is good, similar to restaurant they have at basement. On the other side, it's worth for price, since they provide 24 hours check in and check out. And don't expect a new bed nd pillows, since the hotel has been there for decade. And don't expect hot water at washrooms. But it's clean to some extent. So on the summary — if you wanna there for some offical work and want to just of for night then it's worth. And caption — a old hotel trying to provide the same services nd bedspread bought during inaguration.

On both Room Facilities and Service with; Very unprofessional and No hospitality from room service personnel No complimentary toiletries No complimentary water No breakfast included No clean until you ask for it No change on floor mats No clean/sweep below bed and hidden spots Donkey years old towels Have to wait for hot water (in the morning) Etc etc etc…

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Only problem is lack of hot water. I was also given an early check-in. Staff are polite and fast.

The fact it is on the main road and no fuss from online booking and on top gave us a 24 hr check out instead of 12 to 12… u can request of its off seasona and not heavily booked The staff are good rooms are clean enough.

There is no hot water. They bring in bucket during winter time. Room will be good and breakfast is not so hot and only 2 variety. Not as expected.

Best venue with reasonable budget, I had booked through Goibibo app. The best place and clean Hotel. Overall happy.

Affordable daily room rent in the heart of the city. Cleanliness and taste of food in restaurant is awesome. Humble staff behaviour. Only think that we need to adjust is the size of the room, it is bit small.

Easy to commute. Located at center of Alwarpet. Rooms are cleaned and good.

Best for the price and location. Restaurant Annapurna is very close and serves authentic south Indian vegetarian meals and other foods. Very cheap and tasty. With respect to room quality: it's better than any OYO rooms that can offer. Perfect AC, TV and bed. Very well maintained and have good customer service. Reception guys can communicate well in English and Hindi. Most importantly it's in the main road toward US consulate. Hence you can walk or take an auto for 30rs.

Convenient place to stay if you're in Chennai for a US Visa. It is located on the main road at a comfortable distance from both the US Consulate and the biometric center. Has a decent attached restaurant and helpful staff.

Please don't have any food from there, utter waste and ready to go to hospital.

Disappointed with service — poorly maintained corporate rooms, in fact it does no look like a corporate room, it was just another AC room. Room was full of mosquitoes, had to ask the management to put a mosquito coil in the room — 3mbps internet connectivity, internet was not working most of the times (limited connectivity — when contacted staff they said it's Sunday and its a BSNL problem) — also dish TV was not working they took 30 minutes to repair it. They got setup box from another room to get the dish going — no complementary breakfast — staff was rude — 24 hours checkout, they will allow to stay up to 2 additional hours, not even a minute past +2 hours — I asked them to give me 30 more minutes but they were rude and I had to checkout immediately. Also initially when I asked them about the route to hotel, it was around 5AM in the morning, I did not get a good response — they were like, I have informed auto driver and call was disconnected. Only positives were — — place is close to US consulate (around 1+ km) — budget hotel, if you are looking for a cheaper priced hotel room. That's it. Bottom line — my personal view — I will never return to this hotel.

Stayed in single ac room for one night. The staff in the reception and room service treats you like you are staying there for free. Room and articles in the room look very old and poorly maintained and stains are visible everywhere. Oh! the bed, its the worst I had in a hotel. And the pillow smelt real bad too. Didn't sleep well that night. Overall the stay was not pleasent and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Budget hotel. Good location.

Rooms and Linen was neat. Room service guys were good. AC had a dripping issue but not of concern. Staff and team were also welcoming.

Not a good hotel to stay in. I was on official trip so this hotel quite close to my office was the reason of selection. This is first hotel I have ever stayed in which doesn't even give mineral water bottle complimentary in the room. Food was Not tasty, breakfast Buffett hardly had any choices. Room was also not comfortable. Even the house keeping didn't had shaving kits option at all. View from hotel room also had nothing. It will be certainly on avoidable hotel list for me.
