Plus: Free drop to Airport, Nice look, Neat Minus: No towel, soap, Hangers, AC is very mild.

Spacious rooms, mostly clean, a few bugs. Towel smelt awful, had to shower again after using it. Free airport transfer and polite staff was s bonus!

Nice hotel with all source of facility. I had a great experience and very close to airport. Will visit again. Regards jp.

Please I would suggest not to visit this hotel. There are cheaper hotel which are much better. By far the worst hotel in Chennai in my last 7 years in town. Tap water provided and hotel room door do not close well feeling unsafe and bathroom level is beyond worse level. I don’t know how MMT and TRIPADVISOR are dealing with such hotel. Shame on all the agencies. They don’t care about customers at all. Please don’t spoil your trip and come here with family or friend or loved ones. If you are cheap and have no shame you can visit this hotel. And what type of hotel takes full payment at once and NOY PROVIDE BILL EVEN DURING CHECKOUT. Don’t eat food here my entire family suffered food poisoning.

This is by far the worst hotel in chennai. The services and facilities are beyond poor levels. The staff don't respect the guests and treat them very disrespectfully. No water provided and when asked for mineral water they provided tap water which is smelling. My family got food poisoning after eating chicken 65. Due to which we had to order from outside but then they refused to give us plates. The staff and service is way beyond expectations. The hotel and the services are minus 1. Please don't visit this hotel. Especially with your loved ones and families. Very shady hotel. Doors don't lock properly. It's not safe. One of the worst hotel ever. And worse is no bill provided at all.

Hotel is located near Chennai Airport. Hardly 10 mins drive. It's having a restaurant in the ground floor which is not cheap. Upper rooms are good. But the rooms in the ground floor are old. They allow smoking in the rooms with ac and the smell stings in the rooms. You will feel the smell when u switch on the ac. It sucks. Breakfast is included in the booking. But same menu all days. Booking through some apps/sites is better than booking directly as the price will be cheaper. They provide complimentary airport pick up and drop. This hotel is ok for 1 night stay.

Very bad services, not a worth one. I taken a king size room for 3500 rs, the room was so bad and more sand and bad smell… Only good thing is you can have free airport shuttle at any time. I used shuttle at night 12.00, available at any time.

I Stayed here for transit between flights (around 7 hrs). I booked from MMT counter at domestic departures which promised free Airport transfer & complimentary Breakfast. Pick-up was good. But experience after arriving at hotel is really bad. Staff were like sleepy even at 0930 in Morning, elevator was stinking. Room is clean and decent though a bit small. A/C and other amenities were fine. Free breakfast was the most horrible experience as the food very cold and tasted badly, most of the items are finished and no one cared about refilling, when asked for hand wash they said I need to go 1 level up. There is no info in the room about reception number, restaurant & laundry etc. I was not even provided with Wi-Fi details though promised with complimentary Wi-Fi at booking. The digital card was only given after I went down myself and requested. Room boy cared the least and didn't even reply when I asked. Though the room looked OK for the amount paid, service was worse than pathetic.

It’s not worth of the money that’s what you are paying for this hotel to stay. Specially The restrooms are not clean. Disgusting. I personally don’t recommend any one to stay at this hotel. Because cleanliness comes always first priority. ***When it comes to the food and beverage I ordered a hot sour chicken soup, I never seen soup like this. Corn starch is to make a soup thickening but they made very thickened soup ever with corn starch.

This place is located at commercial place and can be computed easily. It's 40mins distant from Palavanthangal Railway Station. Parking is available for both two wheeler and four wheeler. But the parking might get conjuncts. Dining hall is in ground floor and reception hall at 1st floor.

Under renovation but decent place to stay if come for some work or need a stay very close by to the airport. If any issues talk to the manager he is very courteous person.

I booked for 2 hours. No water at bathroom, very worst service ever seen. If u call ask for which room they giving, in phone call said that mars hotel. Final they given budget without any water and clean. 2 hours they charged for 1 day amount. Please don't go there. U will get dissatisfaction.

Surprisingly mosquito wil also stay with you. Furniture is very poor quality. Shampoo and tooth pest not providing. Not providing bill even I paid Rs. 2000/ for one night stay. Bathroom and room was not clean.

Last month I went there it was a pleasant experience I stayed for a night they gave me a free drop to airport next morning 5am and dinner was gud and I enjoyed the stay especially duty manager Ranjith was very humble and very gud hospitality only drawback is very far from airport but they pick us from airport free of cost.

The room was great and the food was good. The room service was also very good. The airport was nearby and one could easily available the cab service as the hotel had a travel and tour department too.

Good and clean place. But delay working. I ordered my food and got probably after 35 to 40 min. Ridiculous.

Hotel is in main place. Close to bus station Pallavaram. Service is satisfactory except the food. Has a small parking space. Additional space might be Valet. Food selection must be careful as the waiters over there aren't confident about the taste of the food. Big disappointment on Biryani and Juice.

Good property to stay. Staff behaviors excellent and help full. Building renevate works going on my near room. But adjustable one. I felt complementary breakfast are home made preparation. Manager and other duty staff help full persons. Mohamed asam and check out time White uniform staff are appreciable persons I wish my best wishes.

Not all nice… let it be food or service or anything… even its free kindly don't go.

Nice place for marriages n parties and their is space for cooking also which doesn't have on many other marriage halls, the only lag is parking space.

Food was great and affordable, hotel is okay one near to airport.

It's a middle class hotel. Good for family staying. It also has a marriage function hall with accommodation around 200 people. Separate dinning hall available. Car park around 10 cars. Two wheeler park for 30 vehicles.

Hotel mars is good hotel. I went for function it was good experience there. Food in that hotel r good. And price also.

1. Too much bad water for bathing. 2. Open donate literally visible from room windows 3. Not provided any bathing stuff like soap or towel. Still charges double amount. 4. Room door is terrible. After complaining staff recommended to close and open the door strongly. 5. Power sockets next to bed we're not working. No use of complaining. 6. Not at all hygiene break fast. If any break fast item finishes before 9am. Don't expect to wait for it. 7. Did not like the working staff behaviour. For turning on corridor lights, they shouted at us. Rude behaviour. Finally don't stay for free airport shuttle. Day and night autos or ola cabs are available with in less budget to reach airport.

Rooms are very shabby and unclean, very slow service and the food at the restaurant is very unhygienic. Stay at your own risk. Very bad experience!

Food was good and yummy but the service was pathtic. They don't have enough staff and even the available service staff doesn't know how to handle the guest. For each and every thing we need to request them, eg: tissue, spoon, plate, water, salt and pepper, etc… Overall the food was only good but the cost is equal to the other top restaurants in Chennai.

Not clean. The bathroom had cigarette Butts and it's not clean, the AC don't cool. No bath soap or towel provided. The water jug didn't have water in it. The glass tumbler was not clean.

Hotel is in perfect location for one night for those who are arriving or departing late night, or more than one night for sure. Free airport pick up in such a late night was such a relief. They got spacious room. However, we got room without window for fresh air. Bedsheets and pillow cover was washed but not clean. They should change laundry service.

The worst Hotel I have been in a long time. The room was stinking, the toilette was stinking. Everything was dirty. I Just was to exhausted to find an other Hotel. Avoid by all means.

In my personal opinion this hotel should be shut, the management has no sense of hygiene. The room pictures online are far from reality. Toilets are extremely extremely dirty. And believe me we asked them to shift us to 3 different room because the previous rooms were pathetic. Avoid this place completely.

Dominicraj This hotel is very very poor, we don`t come to stay any more and breakfast are very very poor, not worth for 10 rupees, room and toilet not clean, we paid 2250 rupees but room not worth for 1000 rupees.

Hotel is mismanaged. Staff has no clue of how to run a hotel. Rooms are shabby and congested. Linen is dirty. Online available pictures give a false impression of the property.

Its a spend a night pocket friendly hotel with complimentary breakfast. The food is delicious. Near by airport. Hotel offers free airport drop n pick up.

Stay was pleasent. Limited channel available for tv. Room service is just ok. According to the quality and service, price is higher. More Better hotels can be booked for the same price.

A very bad experience, intact worst till date with hotels. Service was not worth a single penny and had to pay full for just a couple of hours. Not about the money but the behavior of the staff as we as the owner/ manager was very unprofessional and they have no sense of how to treat customers. Rooms have not been maintained in every aspect, be it the AC, fan, bathroom, hygiene etc… Would never come back again nor would recommend anyone. People reading this feedback are wise to decide whether to stay in such a hotel or not.

The restaurant: The waiters disappear after taking your initial order and never bother to check in if you need anything else. Would have been okay if they were within calling distance but they were nowhere to be found. Happened to be on three different occasions. Food is okay and desserts are in short supply. No tissues, water or seasonings on the tables. Breakfast hall: Typical South Indian food. Good if you are a guest there but they charge exorbitant prices if you are dropping in from outside to have your breakfast.

Rooms are Ok. Management is Rude. Breakfast is not very good. The only thing good with this hotel is that it is located at a very short distance from the Chennai Airport.

Don't stay at this hotel, worest hotel I have ever seen, even low cost lodges are much more better then this. Worest maintenance and worest rooms, worest customer service. I think even government hostels and jails are much more better then this hotel. I'm strongly recommending you much more better to avoid this hotel, don't stay here. If you want feel uncomfortable stay here.

Beds are like some thick sheets with springs pinching you everywhere. No tables. Very small tv. Low lighting facility. Bathrooms could have been maintained better. Food was awkwardly prepared… with butter chicken without a piece of chicken And few minces to keep the name "chicken". When asking about the same. The response was this is what is given in combo meal. Bedsheet is torn and so is the blanket. I have uploaded the pics of the same. Here I would like to mention that they promise free airport pick up. And when I tried calling. Their telephone was not working. But they took the responsibility and paid me what I spent in fare. So that's kind of responsible attitude and I complement them for the same. Rest. There's a huge scope for improving hospitality.

Rude Receptionist, not so clean rooms and most of the bedsheets were stained. Made us wait for 2 hours since they couldn't understand what Online booking is. I had a hard time here.

It is the worst hotel only the rates are five star services are very poor. Toilets are very dirty no water in morning hours very bad service I waited for two days in that one day Ac was not working then the room was exchanged where there was no regulator in fan very bad hotel.

We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days over phone before 2 weeks of check-in and when I asked for payment to confirm the booking they told no need to make payment to bank and we can make payment directly over reception at the time of check in. To confirm I called them again a day before check-in and the lady told “ Room Iruntha Kodukkiren” means you will get rooms if it is available, I was shocked and called several times to get room confirmation. GOOD thing is we got an AC car from airport to hotel as a part of pickup and drop. Rooms which we got was of POOR condition and AC was not working properly and bathrooms was in pity condition and we didn't get complementary breakfast which they offered and when we inquired this, they told cook is on leave. We changed hotel in same day and shifted to a new hotel with good rooms and amenities. DONOT book this hotel by viewing good reviews from internet like what we did and it was a big mistake we did. “Never ever book this hotel”

I and my wife am very much disheartened by the behavior of receptionist and cleaner. We visited mars classic hotels after landing at the chennai airport from Singapore. We planned to stay at the night at the near by hotel. We visited this mars classic hotel around 2 am. The receptionist and cleaner, treated us like a couple need a place for sex. They sent us out of the hotel even though, we were ready to show all the documents. Please don't go to this hotel, if you are couple. They may tag you in a different manner and sent you out.

From Outside it looks brilient but Poor hygiene, slow management, n horrible renewation of rooms. Breakfast ends at 8.30am? There are many good hotels near by. Try those. But the good thing is Wi-Fi speed is excellent:)

Hello, My brother booked for one night stay at Hotel Mars Deluxe, Chennai His flight was reaching Chennai at around 11pm in the night. Also, the hotel package offered free airport pick up and drop. Therefore, he called up the hotel guys in the evening itself, at around 6pm, and informed them about his arrival and also placed request for airport pick up. But when he reached Chennai at 11pm and called up the hotel guys, they had made no arrangements for the pick up. He had to take a cab and go to the hotel on his own. As if that wasn't enough, on reachin the hotel, he was informed that there were no rooms available. Despite him calling them up earlier and informing them that he would be reaching Chennai at 11pm, they still didn't keep the room reserved for him. Thereafter, they took him to one of their other property called 'Hotel Mars Classic' (which I doubt is even listed in Goibibo). Even at this property, there were no rooms available intially. Then they finally showed a room, which was just not worth the price. When he raised issue on this treatment, the hotel guys had the audacity to tell him to raise any complaint against them and that they will take care of it. That we could even file a case against them and still they would manage. Such a brash attitude is something highly uncalled for. And all this happening at midnight! This incident is utterly shocking and the kind of treatment meted out to him is simply unfair.

I stayed for two days… worst experence in a hotel… no water in bathroom and when there is its boiling hot. People incharge are not bothered of your complains. I would give a negative star if possible.
