I have been staying at this hotel for long. Slightly inconvenient to find, but once you do, it. Is all good. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean and the staff friendly. There is a restaurant which serves good food and a bar. Some eating places outside too. An added attraction is that the hotel allows short stays in 12 hour slabs which is useful if you are transiting through the city like I was this time.

Every thing is nice but poor hospitality. In bar section also not satisfied limited brands. Telephonic services is not available in rooms. If u need anything u have to for reception.

Good ambiance and one of the best hotel to stay within the city. Car parking facilities are available. Nearer (Almost 1 km) to the Egmore. Railway station. Party halls and Conference halls are available. Food quality is also good.

Decent place. Booked a room for a day by cleartrip for Rs1300 including breakfast. The room was decent, staff responded well. But the AC was old. The breakfast was a king size one. Overall a value for money spent. PS — If you also check the bathroom before booking a hotel go ahead its good!

It was my experience when I came chennai for my kuwait visa and medical with my husband, clean rooms best service and reasonable cost, we have booked thru makemytrip.

Great service by the staff. I had an issue with the AC and I was immediately shifted to another room. Food is great at the hotel but the variety of the menu should be improved. Overall great service.

Well located, at the heart of city in a semi residential area, closer to the shopping malls. Fairly good rooms restaurant conference hall and bar. Value for money.

Poor room service Half of the waiters don't understand English Even south indian food is not upto the mark. Rooms are Not tidy enough Atleast they take payments with cards.

I really liked the Hotel. Though I was skeptical on seeing the reviews, it was nothing like that. One of the waiter in the morning complimentary breakfast was rude, and the lift is archaic, but everything else was good. They even have water filters in every floor.

Good place for stay. Having a healthy food. Both veg and Non veg available. Staying also comfortable and friendly staff. Moderate price in center city. Good amenities and excellent service.

Though a old hotel in the offering, rooms are tidy and spacious, rates are nominal and service quality good. The spread in the Complimentary Breakfast is just adequate for a quick bite.

There were worms in the complementary buffet coffee. Also the reception was not that great. This is a very old property with old age TV, old lift and ample amount of parking, bar attached. The room corridor was smelling of smoke. The complementary buffet breakfast was good. The housekeeping was poor. There was a lot of dust over the sofa, TV and under the bed. No worth the money spent. Please don't book unless you don't find any other accommodation.

Breakfast was nice. Room was having little some kind of smell I couldn't understand what exactly is that. Overall I am satisfied.

Very nice hotel with all the aminities needed. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly. Soaps and shampoo are changed daily. Breakfast complimentry.

Hotel is in the centre of the city with very good amenities. Enough parking and professional staff.

Nothing is good about this hotel. Rooms are bad and full of mosquitoes and all service are waste. Makemytrip shows wrong ratings. The prices are too high equivalent to rates of a 5 star hotel but services are the worst.

Ambience inside the banquet hall is not bad. Split ac is the main drawback. Food is worth for the cost.

Best place for small meetings with minimum budget. Good parking space.

Well located, the hotel has a 24 hours check out with a free sumptuous breakfast thrown in. The rooms could do with better maintenance though tariffs are moderate. On the whole, a good place to spend a couple of days.

Good Enough. They treat you well. Free Wifi is available. Which is very helpful. Feels very homely and cosy. Breakfast is also really good. Dad wanted to come here for the 2nd time after 2 years because of it. :)

Really I feel bad why we came to this blues hotel. We got a voucher from snapdeal. It was fraud deal. They said one thing in the voucher but followed something on their own. The rate card on the voucher differed from the actual card they showed us.
