Blissful and relaxing place. Amazing view it offers. Staff is very nice and always on toe to make guest comfortable. Very peaceful.

A great place to unwind and to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are looking for tranquil, quiet, peaceful vacation experience then Mount Xanadu offers you all of the above. All the staff truly believe in service and they do their best to accommodate their guest's preferences. A USP of this resort is the easy evening trek to the hill located above the resort… The view and the breeze from there is breath taking… We were a family with two kids ages 12 and 6 and all had a great time.

Awesome place, totally enjoyed the stay here. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully made — wooden rooms, mud houses — you have options to choose from. There are small games and activities which can be done within the resort. Swimming pool was under maintenance when we visited.

We a group of 10+ people visited this place on December 2017 along with little kids for New Year eve bash. Would like to share some of our wonderful experiences here in detail manner for my fellow travelers who would like to know how great this experience was for us… Management — Right from the advance booking period till we checked out the ENTIRE TEAM present at the Resort were so friendly and gave us the best possible services by asking us often like what we needed or is there something which we can offer you make you more comfortable for the stay? One of the BEST team I have in my travels. Rooms — Since we were a big group we had a opportunity to get one room in EACH type the resort had i. E — River view, Cave room, Lake view, etc. All rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in place (i. E — soaps, towels, brush, etc). The beds and pillow covers were covered with WHITE sheets and were clean and neat. Each room has its own specialty in there views and experience. All rooms had a A/C and also FAN and we can choose the preference accordingly. Toilets were clean and maintained well. Wifi is available at most of the rooms and is really good. Location — The resort is located at a private Hill Top and the view from the resort are simply mesmerizing, if climate is good you will be able to see the Sun Rise and Sun Set completely. And if your lucky you will be able to see THE MOON on one side and THE SUNSET on the other side at the same time.

I had made a family visit to Wayanad and stayed at Mount Xanadu. As I came here with family (with parents), my priorities were to have comfortable rooms and good, healthy food. Both of which were better than my expectations. * Room — We had booked 2 deluxe rooms rooms next to each other. Both the rooms had views of the valley and we had a view of the sunrise from one of the rooms. The rooms were very spacious, with a very comfortable bed, 1 large balcony facing the valley and another smaller balcony. Rooms very clean. * Service — Amazing food. Very tasty and healthy. We ended up having most of our meals in the restaurant. They were pretty flexible on the timings as long as we gave them an hour's notice. They even packed us breakfast, without request, on the last day when we had to leave at ~5am. Very nice of them. * Location — The resort is located on the very top of a hill. You have unobstructed views of the surrounding hills, valley, sunrise and sunset. This was a very welcome surprise to me. * Amenities: (1) They were able to arrange a car for pickup/dropoff from Kozhikode and our local visits in Wayanad. I would definitely recommend it as the very last leg towards the resort is quite steep and narrow. They had knowledge of the local places that are open/closed and which trips we would be able to do with parents. That was very helpful. (2) The Wi-Fi was pretty strong (enough to watch netflix) and we had constant mobile connectivity as well.

Really nice place to stay with nice facilities and an infinity pool. Courteous staff and well maintained rooms. Good food. Stellar views of the sunrise and sunsets and a natural dam from a point that is a short trek away from the resort. Not much reception so don't expect to get fast mobile data.

Honest and perfectly managed hotel in one of the most beautiful soroundings, all the comforts and plentiful tekking possibilities.

It is awesome place to stay. It was gym center. So we can exercise. It has place for fishing. There is good landscape. It is a suitable place for tourists. It have area to play badminton, archery, etc. There place to play indoor games like carromboard, Chess, etc. They serve delicious food. They serve both non veg and veg. We can do trucking over there. There is good view of Waynad. We can see both Sun rise and sunset from there. Every one will love this place. This place is suitable for children, teenagers, adults and old one.

A picturesque, beautifully designed and well maintained property tucked away on a hilltop in Wayanad, which has the ambience of a lovely resort, yet the warmth of a homestay.

Location is awesome! Didn't have issue in dealing with their staff. However, they can include some more food options in their menu.

The location is just awesome. The staff is super courteous. The food and service, excellent. A place I would highly recommend that one visits. Be sure to take those short trails to their rain water harvesting reservoir and from there to the rocks above, where you can experience a close to 360° view of Wayanad, including beautiful views of the Karapuzha reservoirs and dam.

Serene… You will feel that you are staying in a jungle of you will opt for their jungle cottages… Service is so quick and courteous. They prepare all the food items fresh… Both quality and quantity of dishes is perfect! Loved my stay here… They have few treaks path around the resort…

Great place for a 2 day visit. Concierge availablity, sight seeing, cave houses, trekking facility and view points makes this place a nice package. Food and services are also top notch.

The resort has a great USP its location. The view is simply amazing you can relax the entire day in the room with such a nice view. Thats still not the best part because the best part is the management. The manager is really helpful and easily accomidated our special requests. The chef is also great and knew how to meet the guests expectations. I have been to wayand before but this has topped it all. One note: the resort is on top of a hill so the drive from the main road is a bit of a thrill. Just keep in second gear and go slow.
