Located in a very prime location. The beach is just behind the property. The rear gate opens up to the view of sea and back water. The keeper of this property appears to be a good man. Food is damn expensive. The restaurant mostly prepares sea food as sea food can be easily sold at higher rates. And it is difficult to find a good restaurant around this location. If people are ok to travel out to have food or the cost of food in the restaurant is not a concern, this is one of a best property in that location. By the way there is no TV in the room which I believe is not a concern as most of the time is spent in beaches. This is a cash only hotel so carry cash in pocket. They do charge taxes on room tariff but not sure if they pay that to govt as you don't get bills.
Nice, clean room. Friendly staff, very humble owner. Close to the beach and lake. Very quiet. Beach is almost private, no crowds. Very good experience.
