Large and green property, have their personal jetty with complimentary boat ride to the beach. Food is good and polite staff. Recommend this place to all the people who loves serenity, silence and sea!

The resort was great! Good service and good food. Nice looking clean area. Doesnt have a lot of signage on how to get there from the main road and the aide road to the entrance is terrible. Maybe the side road is a deterrent? Idk. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing.

Poor 1st Impression — arrived to get allocated a room with an outside toilet and shower despite promised upgrade room. Resolved quickly by management & Citrus. And managers & Nithin checked we were happy next day. Now fine — lovely hotel setting to explore. Amazing Nature boat ride through mangroves tunnels seeing nature and wildlife up close. 2 minute Boat ride to beach — great to explore. Suggest you also visit next door resort the excellent Estuary Resort hotel for good bar and food at waterside.

Good place to have an outing with family. Nice clam and quiet place. Boating is available. Rooms are good and spacious. Very good staff. Buffet is good with nice options. Good place to relax and enjoy the vacation with family.

Nice place for a holiday… seperated from the beach by the backwaters. Serene and although not cheap, it is the budget option when compared to the nearby expensive resorts. Boating amidst the mangroves and small islands and visits to the beach are possible from here. Standards are decent and is a family oriented resort.

It's an excellent place with very trained n polite staff. It has a good restaurants with awesome taste. It's a really nice place Some of photos of this resort I have posted it's much bigger n better than these photos in original.

It is one of the best resorts I’ve visited. The ambiance and the atmosphere is fantastic. The huts and the rooms are spacious clean and have full amenities. We were given an apartment with a drawing room, bed room a private pool. The paintings on the walls were very very nice. The location is so great that one can see the Sun setting from there. The Golden Sand Beach can be visited by the Resorts boats free of charge. Overall a fantastic experience.

Good resort but not the best. Little costly. All services like Ayurvedic massage are paid services. Swimming pool is of free access which was good. Rooms are decent but not too spacious. Food is very good.

Quiet setting peaceful. Nice rooms food could do with improving and hotel needs attention to detail. A little effort and money could turn this into a great place.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Food can't be faulted, not pathetically huge buffet but beautiful selection of dishes! Cleansiness is 100% If you like nature the resort is amazing, sunrise, sunset, birds chirping, walking is so scenic & peaceful, staff is so polite and helpful.
People who are complaining perhaps should stay in 5 star hotels not in a nature resort! One should always give honest review so the improvements can be made not just tell lies about anything. …Needs to build a proper gym people who are into modern way of exersing, children activities room should be done up. Should be a small open library with comfy chairs Just need slight improvements on some area otherwise awesome resort!

Lush green. With beautiful villas and Lilly ponds and unique ambience. Cozy and peaceful heavenly abode. Amazing pool with ocean and beach views. Friendly staff. Good buffet food. Plus the blackwater ferry was a pleasant surprise. You end up having the most beautiful sunsets here.

I would have rated this stay 5* considering ambience and facilities. But this hotel is out at remote location, no connectivity to the beaches nowadays, breakfast and food is really good but they charge for room service. But I really enjoyed my stay here. Swimming Pool is really good and well maintained, side and scenery is fantastic and a Great place for a couple and for a romantic trip. For me nothing actually less than 5*.

Great place to chill n relax, ambience is superb. Cordial staff adds to the leisure stay. Food is yummy n lite… Pool is well maintained n is facing sea which adds to the serenity of this hotel property…

A poorly maintained resort. The leisure 'villa' is just another old, dark room with not even a balcony and the highest tariff. The bathtubs can do with many rounds of cleaning. The food was also so mediocre. Breakfast was the only good meal.

Its a resort that gives u feeling of heaven. Too big, Has a beautiful swimming pool for swimming lovers, and attached backwater, and complementary transfer to atta hed beach via speed boat. If u have planned for 2 days stay hear than after reaching u ll feel to extend more two days…

Love the scenic beauty. Main attraction is the swimming pool. Only golden beach is viewed from restaurant and swimming pool. Food is quite expensive (tea per cup ₹100). Sunset is viewed from here.

The location and awesome. Nice scenaries and. You can watch a beautiful sunset. Food was not that superb. It's was okay.

Isola de Coco rests in a vast property with lush greenery, a view of sand groove separating the river and sea ("pozhi"). Our family get-together was planned at this place for one day and it was worth it. Experienced the boating, horse ride, premise visit, outdoor and indoor games and water pool to the greatest joy. The rooms we were given was clean, spacious and ambient The buffet lunch spread out in 3 courses and veg/non veg category was exemplary. By evening we were provided tea and snacks. The one day package felt fulfilling minds and a day worth to cherish.

We group of 11 had stayed on 19th night. Room nos 45, 46, 38 & 39.
Pros-
1. Food was excellent. Kitchen staff was very co-operative. Spread was excellent.
2. Facilities for leisure activities were good.
3. Swimming pool was neat & clean.
4. Tour by Manager to make aware of the facilites was good.
Cons-
1. All rooms were not same. Some amenities like kettle etc were not present in one of the rooms.
2. Though, Isola di Cocco means Island of Coccunuts, not once Coccunut water was served. Instead of lemon juice come drink, Coccunut water could have been served.
3. There was power fluctuations in one of the rooms & repeated reminders were required to fix the same.
4. Swimming pool time could have been extended to 7.00 pm. Also, placards showing height at various levels should have been placed for better visibility (though, it is mentioned on tiles adjoining pool).
5. Refrigerator & room interiors need maintainance.

The setting of the cottages and overall atmosphere of the resort was good. Food was good too. On the negative side: The Cottages and toilets were dimly lit. Need brighter lights. The bamboo chairs of the Dinning Room were very uncomfortable. Room Service needs improvement.

The resort was good but the food was below average. Rice was half cooked and chapattis were also not good. There is scope for improvement in the service as well.

A beautiful place, coconut palms are plenty. The Squirrels funny and sweet and Kingfishers are a welcome sight, there are a lot here. The staff courteous and friendly to tourists. The food is great but they should stick to what they know and not stray into different continents. The rooms are to an impeccable standard and this is maintained throughout your stay. I visited here in 2007 with my daughters and I was happy to be back but things have changed considerably. It seems more regimented than before, and the smile behind the reception desk had but almost gone. Such a shame, extremely discourteous to paying guests! If you like a Gin and Tonic by the pool this is not the place for you, the hotel does not have a license! Beer and Wine is available but the wine is not to the expected standard. I booked a massage with the doctor, Sheila was great but it was evident that she had not known that I wax expected, needless to say the massage was rushed. If your passing through and your expectations are mediocre this is a great place. The USP is the Backwater, just stunning.

Great place to hangout one full day. I took their day out plan with my family. Quite enjoyable. Buffet lunch provided was not up to the mark. Salads and deserts were good. Suitable for all age groups.

Excellent ambience. The campus is full of flowers, trees and lakes. The restaurant gives a great view of the beach. Food is just OK. Overall 5 stars for the room and ambience, 4 star for the food.

This place has an amazing location with the beach, the beautiful backwaters of Poovar and the lush green ambience. The resort has all the amenities, great service and lots of activities including fishing, pool, mini golf, etc. I had an amazing time there. A must visit!

Excellent resort. It covers huge acres of land with lots of trees and greenery. There is free boat service from the resort to the beach through the backwaters. Others facilities include swimming pool, yoga centre, ayurvedic centre, badminton court etc. The days we spend here were splendid.

An excellent resort by the side of poovar river and also adjacent to the sea. Well kept surroundings with lots of trees and plants. Rooms are also clean and neat. Have a common pool. Buffet is also good. Day out facility and stay options available. Bit away from the hustle and bustle. Serene place. To go to sea shore need to go in a boat that they provide but timing is there. Good and friendly staff.

Wonderful resort and really helpful staff. The rooms are basic but have all necessary facilities available. It has a lot of greenery — mango, coconut, jackfruit tree. Good swimming pool, it is next to river and backwaters. Resort provides drop to poovar beach. Simply put, wonderful!

The hotel is great, the beach is good. A hotel for someone looking for privacy and quiet.

Very nice, quiet and calm place. Away from the hustle of the city. I enjoyed the peaceful environment. There is a free boat service to the beach which is just a few minutes of ride. The only problem is that if one needs to visit a pharmacy in case of any emergency, it's far and difficult to get the medicines.

Very nice place. House keeping and restaurant services are excellent. We stayed in a heritage cottage, very nice. But the front desk staff are not very helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We have an India tour is behind us and India is the food — the buffet is very good. Due to the structure of the population (30% Christians), there are even beef.
