Value for money, friendly staff, overall nice place.

Okay type. Honey moon suits are good. Staffs are really cooperative and good.

Food quality is zero. Place is awesome. Srounding area is superb. Except food all things are good. Nurture belonging area. Lot of tree is there. Situated in a hill area.

Awsome environment and much careing staff. Room is so neat and clean.

New property, rooms are on the smaller size… only upper floors got the view. Need considerable improvements in service.

It was a pleasant exexperien to stas here. The staff was very cooperative and mannered. Room was good and had excellent view from balcony. Food was OK. The resort is around 10—15 km away from munnar city. But still a stay here is recommended.

I have stayed in this resort for two days with my family, it was a wonderful experience. One of the best resort in munnar. The location is very good, road side itself. It is located in the gateway of munnar know as chithirapuram… we can have a calm and quiet stay at this place. The view from the room is very good, we can see the valleys and mountains from our room balcony. The manager sanal, front office staff, restatuarnt staff, housekeeping staff, all are very much helpful. The food is very good. Thank u snow line team…

Below average hotel. Though labelled as a 3 star it is much below average. There is no room service after 10.00. Pm till morning 7.30. Am. Morning tea is served only after the room size is very small and amenities are bare minimum with no electric kettle in the rooms. The food is far from expectations and morning breakfast is very average. Will not recomend staying there.

Good spacious rooms with modern amenities! Staff is very helpful lead by Mr. Sanal (Manager), be it front desk, restaurant staff or the housekeeping team. Beautiful views from rooms. Though the management can improve further in Buffet breakfast.

Nice place to hangout 13 people went for munnar. So we Booked Prior. You'll find a little bit hard to find that place, As it is situated in a little bit away from the munnar. It is not a remote area but a peaceful Place where are you feel safe and satisfied. Tye normal room rate was 5000 where they provide you a complimentary breakfast. The time we went the room was around 2700 (it was because we booked prior or our boss bargained). And also we arranged for a camp fire. It was around 3000 but it was complete disappointment. They don't provide us superb DJ they just give us a 2.1 speaker and then camp fire was not in garden it was arranged in the cement floor underground. No alcohol available but you can ask them if you need so that they could make arrangement because Liquor shop is some 5 to 8 km. The "parking facility" was also okay! okay! The overall conclusion is if you want to have a superb sightseeing or a honeymoon trip you can go for this please for sure.

Not a good experience. Hotel is located outside the Munnar main city. I got the room at ground floor. Seems to be a recently constructed hotel. All the things were shiny and bright. Pros: * Brand new hotel Cons: * You will only get the nice view of the hills from balcony if your room is above 2nd floor. * If you get the ground floor room, then be prepared to explore the wild life. Advanced level cockroach and spider visited our room. Same was the story with the in-house restaurant. You will find insects on walls and windows while you're dining. * Very costly, mostly because hotel looks being recently constructed. * Did not provide me with bath towels. * Dish TV connection was not activated. When I asked them to activate it, they activated it only for a night, next day again it was deactivated.

Beautiful location, away from city crowd. This is itself a point in Munnar, u can spend hours sitting in balcony and admiring nature.

Priced bit high A great place to be. Ambiance is good, breakfast was great, rooms were maintained well.

U wake up in the morning to an amazing view of the valley and mountains. The room that I stayed in was pretty spacious n nice. There is a multi cuisine in the hotel itself. The staff is warm, friendly and is multilingual they converse well in Hindi as well as English. There is an inverter backup too.
