It was a nice experience in The Munnar Queen. We loved the hospitality and facilities over there. My kids were so excited and happy in the swimming pool…
We will definitely visit there next vacation also 4 stars.

The hotel was not at all good. There is no maintenance of toilets nor rooms. If any couple are visiting this hotel I would suggest not to make a wrong move.

Worst rooms that I never seen in my life. Very bad smell once we enter into the room. Don't know when they cleaned the Wash rooms. No response from the hotel management. I suggest do not book the room.

Rundown, unclean and dangerous place; with just rooms and no other facility. Bead sheets and pillow covers were dirty and saliva stained, the gas boiler in the unclean washroom was dangerously spitting balls of flame and untidy surroundings. Not worth the money. Please see photos.

These guys are bloody cheats. We paid and booked a room online and that was given to someone else when we reached there. Worst experience ever.

Neat and decent at low cost. I don't recommend this for your stay.

Not enought space for car parking. We had to take a big risk by parking in the near by lane. Not at all recommended for family. Facilties are just ok. Glad, the heater was working after minor repairs. Go for this only if you have no other choice.

Ok budget hotel no lift or other amenities.

Rooms are okey but if power cut there is no backup battery or generator…

Apt for middle class families who are looking for a stay in Munnar. The host is very helpful, also the food stuffs prepared by the hotel's cook is very delicious. The server boys were also very kind, helpful, skilled and were quick in delivering the needs of the guests. But there are some queries too : The window panes in the bathroom is broken, heater at sometimes not working well… thats all I experienced… But the heater problem solved at the earnest If the hotel is maintained properly it would be nice for the guests to live in it.

Hotel is good not so good! Every room has Gas geyser! Far from the Market!

Pros: 1. Cheap price 2. Spacious room 3. Good view from top floor Cons: 1. No hot water in certain rooms 2. Fungus covered walls with peeling paint coated over it in a poor attempt to conceal it. 3. The sheets provided were not clean 4. A 6-bed-room was provided with 2 sheets that will suffice for only 4 people. 5. Broken window panes and open ventilators in the bathroom 6. Poor customer service 7. The door locks in the bathrooms are too high and can't be accessed if you are under 5.5' 8. No phones to contact the reception and have to climb down to the ground floor each time we have a query or complaint.
