Very Nice Place for families.

This place is great.! Almost 10 to 15 Km from Munnar town. After reaching here we are thinking about to extend our stay for another couple of days more.! So far our best vacation stay … great property and great service.!

Had a really relaxing couple of days here. The staff have really looked after us. The rooms were clean and well appointed! They’d provide food/meals, but it’s not a restaurant service as such. You do have to ask
For food and to see a menu. The cook is only available at times. But once too food does come, it’s beautiful! We arrived between meal services, very hungry. But the lovely lad on reception offered us some toast, and also offered daal and chapati, saying that was all he knew how to make! It was delicious, and beyond the service he had to offer. We also did a couple of early morning trips meaning we missed breakfast, so they allowed us to have lunch instead! On the whole, very Highly recommend! Especially the staff and service!

Very beautiful location based guest house … it feels like only you living at the whole house… good room service… little language problem… food were dilcious. Specially their breakfast… fresh fruit juice were also good, very cozy spacious and comfy rooms with beautiful view surrounded by lush greenery, they also provide outdoor games, at night also one can enjoy the view of hundreds of fireflies surrounding the campus. Worth a stay here, a must when in munnar.

We had a two nights stay and had a pleasant time. The warmth & cordiality of the staff right from the time you are received in to time you leave, needs special acknowledgment. We stayed in antique room and enjoy the scenic view around. Special thanks to Mr Arshad, MD for his telephonic welcome, quite something that rarely happens. We enjoyed the buffets, spread was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is to have hot water availability through out. Being summer it was not a major issue.

Superb to spend with family! Rooms and services are very good. Beautiful interiors. We opted the roof top pent house. Just 9 KM away from the crowded Munnar town. There are beautiful tea estate photo points nearby, with in 3 km from the resort. The play area and gears arranged in-front of the guest house was useful.

Crayons is a good place to stay. They are excellent in terms of hospitality and service. Food was decent. It's more of a guest house and less of a resort so do not expect view from any of the rooms. An excellent place for families.

We took the Antique Room. The most beautiful of all. Resting on the 'manja' (traditional bed kind) and exploring the hills of munnar from your window has been the best experience. The food is truly fresh and delicious provided it is a little over normal rates. But above everything the tranquil and serene atmosphere… it was a sheer bliss staying here. Loved it.

If you are looking for hotel pampering, not a place to go. Otherwise it is nice. Great hospitality. Food is OK, you won't get the regular hotel buffet although mentioned so in the website.

Awesome little guest house. The rooms were clean anf hotel was close to the wilderness. Food was brilliant but menu can be enhanced.

Crayons are really nice guest house… It's suitable for families… And secure place for staying… Another main part is food… Their will get fresh and tasty food… Anyone can suggest to any people… We got a nice halting at crayons… Thanks to whole team of crayons…

Hello All, I would like to share our experience with CRAYONS Guest House, I had visited Munnar on 23rd of June 17 and their for 3 nights, I can say its Just awesome :), Cant Stop by saying its awesome, let me describe what you almost looking for. Distance from Munnar — Not big distance after all its 12 KM from town, the property lies exactly what you really expect in Hills station surrounded by Trees and Mist — Yes it is! Property — Clean, Neat & well maintained. Hospitality — Very Friendly, they treated us a guest to their home not with business minded which we never expected. Food — Last but not the least we just loved it, its served hygienically, its awesome to have such great homely food, most importantly they prepare food as per your taste, especially Fish curry :-). I have stayed in a lot of places in Munnar over the years but Crayons really stands apart. First and foremost is their awesome staff who were really helpful. I was travelling with my baby and they have supported us really well. They have an amazing collection of indoor and outdoor games which makes for a good family fun time. The room and the toilet were exceptionally clean and tidy. For the money they are charging its a steal and the experience is not short of any luxury hotel. Kudos to the team!

Silent, neat and cosy place. Staff are courteous. Enjoyed the games (both indoor and outdoor) they offer at the place. The free Wi-Fi provided for the guests was fast and reliable. Overall, had a very refreshing stay with family.

A very good place to have vacation. Stayed there for 2 nights with family. Best in class arrangements at affordable price. A serene location few kilometers away from Munnar town and easy to move to other locales. Services offered are on time and always available. Food was arranged from outside, however was good and tasty. Recommend with family.

Stayed there for a night. 8kms near to Munnar, makes this place easily connected to town while away from the chaos of the town. Spacious rooms, nice interiors and all other amenities makes this a value for money place. David was a very helpful host and always happy to help. … Wakeup early morning and you will be mesmerised by the nature's musical concert! Kudos to team Crayons!
