Neat good place for a family get together. Food tasty at affordable rates.

Great food, but the waiting time is slightly higher than your average restaurant.

Conducted a training session for a client, banquet hall was spacious enough. A hall of that area required a bit more ceiling height.

Service has scope for improvement. But the food was excellent and so was the ambience.

Dinner during travel. Service was quick. Food was good for the most part. Wasn't too expensive. Good option on the highway.

Good choice for stay for tourists. Food has variety, and awesome taste. Good ambience. A tad (just a bit) on the expensive side, but it is worth it.

Changing my review… Asked for fish finger … Clearly… They gave me french fries… Don't even enter your footstep here… STEALERS…

I had been to the restaurant. Ambience ~good. Service ~ good. Helped us over phone about the details and welcoming. Ordered food was served late but was delicious. (Don't ever drop by if you are in a hurry or very hungry)

Value for money rooms, but managed very badly. Receptionist commits a rate then after the stay and payment keeps calling asking for extra money due to her blunder. Unethical and unprofessional.

The quality of food was great. Staffs are very friendly. Good place for dining and party events.

It's a quite place, on the national highway. I usually go to the restaurant there which is a well maintained one. The food here very good, menu is pretty normal but dishes are all great. It is a recommendable place on the way to TVM.

Good location and neet rooms very good services.

Rooms are clean and service is good. Economical place to stay. Although in the night time there are insects around the place and fly into the room.

Good for dining. I had been to the hotel on a few occasions while on the roadway to Thiruvananthapuram from Ernakulam. The hotel is situated by the National highway and is a very convenient for travelers by road. Last time I visited the hotel was on 31st May 2017 and on official trip to Thiruvananthapuram with my colleagues. We reached there by 2 Pm for lunch. There were 4 people with us. The restaurant is neat and cozy. Tables looked nicely arranged. The table service and assistance by the staff had been very good. She offered several specialties of the menu for us. The food was really good and adequate for all of us in the team. The rest room was very clean and tidy. Not really expensive in our experience as most of the menu appeared to be within the range of similar hotels in in the state. One discomfort noticed was that it was during fairy heavy rains that we traveled and reached there. The temperature was kept pretty low in the hotel that made some of us shiver uncomfortably. They had to take hot coffee to get over it. As it is difficult to adjust the hall temperature for individuals, that was not possible in the brief period we were in there. So we didn't try to get it changed. It would be nice to have the ambient temperature according to the weather. Will visit again if situations come up that way.

Good restaurant and Accommodation.

Wish I could negative stars/no stars! The GM is not at all professional. Lacks the education/professionalism/skills to be even a security guard. The attitude is as if he is the owner. Rooms are ridiculously over priced — DLX for 2800/ — (without Breakfast)! Request the management to a. Change your OM. B. Revise the tariff structure. At least get rid of the Manager!

Its good but price is bit high.

We went their for Lunch and Dinner. The staff is highly professional. They speak English and Hindi. They follow the standards of Hotel Industry. Food quality is awesome.

Very bad customer service.
