Nice place room are clean. Staff is very helpful. Food is average.

One of the best hospitality I ever seen in my life. Beautiful location and very helpful staff. Myself and my wife stayed in this hotel and we thoughrouly enjoyed. Rooms is spacious and hygienic with nice view. Had tried the food as well which is delicious. Thanks to all staff at the hotel especially hotel manager Mr Ram who took time to speak to us during our departure. Keep up the good work.

It was a good feeling to stay in Tranquil Greens. But some facilities were not there. Hot water not working for sometime. Food was too spicy. They made the towels as Swans.

We spent 2 nights in this resort nestled in the very heart of Ramakkalmedu. The resort is fantastic, the hospitality of the staff is truly kind, everyone is so attentive and warm. Breakfast is very rich and there is a great choice. We definitely recommend to stay here. All the staff was perfect, a special thank to Mr. Sailesh.

Last year I stayed there. It was very good, and the staff were friendly. Good location and you can enjoy well. While we check out from the hotel we asked the receptionist to call the taxi, and they arranged it.

It is a resort in Thekkady… It is situated at a distance of around 40km from Thekkady town… Itz in a middle of jungle… The only way to access this resort is by car or auto rickshaw… Though the location of the resort is very remote the view from its balcony and roof is very beautiful… Staff are very polite and helpful though they need to improve there food quality.

Just loved the resort and the location where it's situated. Staff are very courteous and helpful specially Sushajya. View from the room is just awesome. Rooms are very well maintained & yummy food. One must try fish fry here… it's mouth watering. Local sight seeing is very near from the resort. It's worth staying here and I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. Ramakalmeddu is a must try destination with stay in this place.

Located at bit odd location. Nothing available near the hotel. No recreation center to spend spare time. But once in the hotel, you wi be comfortable. People ate good. They will ensure you are comfortable. Food is good. Overall it is good as a transit hotel. Check-in in the evening and checkout next morning.

Fully avoidable — not worth 500 Rs too. Rooms / cleanliness/ service / food are of worst quality. TV was not working with message from Tata sky that it should be recharged and reception conveniently replied it is technical issue. Menu 99% items are not available. And it is 40 km from thekkady so saying it is in thekkady is misrepresentation.

Rooms looked good, but the toilet had no proper drainage. The shower handle was miserable and we got not hot water. The Wi-Fi was very slow, I burnt my data pack during my stay.

It;s like a 5* hotel. Room, view and location all things. Gujarati food is very fine and staff also good behavior… i'll suggest you all people you can book this hotel without hesitate…

Extremely Pathetic All staffs we met were don't know hospitality Especially Manager Mr Anoop room are not really clean. Rooms are mouldy, every request made to reception and room service needs to be reminded several times. Management staff is pathetic and believe what they offer is best, rather it is worst. Plz do not waste your hard earned money here. There is no single thing here which is worth. PATHETIC is the only word for this resort.

Very good for couples. Don't expect anything but privacy, no disturbance. Keep an attached vehicle. Keep some food stuff with you.

The place is good. But I give 4 star because it is quite far for the city. Other wise its nice to stay there.

My wife and myself stayed here for 3 nights from 13th to 16th July 2017. The location may not be the best but it is made up by the attitude of the staff. They were very polite and courteous. Service with a smile. Anoop was great at guiding us on the places to visit. The food part was well taken care of by Harrish. Delicious and to our liking. The gym was a letdown but otherwise the rooms were clean and linen also neat.
Overall a very good experience.
A special thanks to Anoop and Harrish who at 5.30am stood in front of the hotel in the rain for over half an hour to enable us catch our bus to Allepy.

This was our first day in thekkady and it the worst one, we got off the bus and the damn hotel was 44 kms away from the town and all the activities. We reached the hotel and absolutely nothing to do in that place we hoped the food would be good however were disappointed there too. There were hardly any rooms occupied and they gave us the most basic room with no amenities no breakfast, we kept asking for water, the staff did not understand much English all in all. We are never recommending this to anybody next day we had to check out and go stay in a different place pay entire amount again. Since this was all prepaid we could not do much. And please don't call your hotel a resort it's just a building.

Rooms are good but no proper maintenance. No proper TV connection, no hot water facility. Need call reception to get hot water. Transportation is a very biggest problem. They will arrange transportation but too costly. Food is good. Room service boys are very friendly. Nice view to see.

Very good place for a weekend getaway. Have good places in and around. The staff is very friendly they also allow your privacy. Food is very good. They offer free Wi-Fi. It's located in very scenic place.

I stayed there as part of my students tour. We were a group of 27. Even though we stayed there for just 1 night it was a very nice experience. The staff was so nice to us. Rooms were well cleaned and neat. We booked our trip through combine travels and they had arranged our dinner and breakfast there. The food was also good and tastey. Our students r very happy with the room and food. Normally during students tour the main complaint arises related to stay and food but this time it was all good and happy.

Only drawback of this hotel is that is 60+ km away from Thekkady. This place is a bit outstation from the city but that gives the advantage. The hotel has nice natural scenic environment around. Hotel has good spacious rooms. Food is also good. Staff is helpful.
