Easily accessible. Buffet is worth for the money paid, but can improve on the non-veggies dishes. They aren't awesome always. More than 8 desserts are available. Ambience wise it's a good place.

Awesome experince! The food was really delicious. Nice ambiance and well behaving staffs. If you are planning for team buffet this is a must go place.

For authentic Kerala food, there is no better place. The food is mouth watering and the choices are excellent. Given a chance, never miss out on the lunch buffet at The Pavilion.

Awesome ambience, premium setup, great service. The food is really great there. Although the drinks are served at a price lil above from the rest it's worth it I'd say. Great seating and interiors. My only one suggestion to make it even better would be to play some music rather than putting news on TV!

The location is right on the main road leading to Palarivottom from Edappally. Very much noticable from traffic. Has enough and more parking area. Drinks are served in one of the restaurant and in the bar. The bar has nice ambiance and seats are highly comfortable but a little congested as tables are pretty close to each other. They do have a good pool as well.

Located at about 4-5 kms from bus station and railway station, half an hour from airport. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. There's a pool in the premises but we didn't use so cannot comment. The check-in and check-out process is pretty straightforward. Overall a pleasant stay.

Visited with my friend for dinner at Renai. "Temple of Bacchus" is essentially a bar serving alcoholi snacks (No proper Food) The menu showed items ranging from cocktails to beers and other liquors. The ambience was awesome matching the pubs of western culture. Even though seating capacity is less, the place is not usually crowded. Rates of the drinks are reasonable.

Wonderful buffet with kind of affordable cost. Good options. Of course south Indian style is dominant. Salads are good here. Choices on deserts are also good here. I like the ambiance too. It has got amble car parking as well.

We went for buffet lunch and dinner only. Every time it was worth for the money spent. A good place to have a nice spread of dishes at a decent rate. Love to visit again.

The hotel is noticed easily by the main road side and offers you wonderful parking facilities. The restaurant is well laid out with a classy ambience to match. The food tasted supreme though the rates were a bit towering for what you get. The service from the hosts were warm and the whole experience quite lived up to what we expected.

We tried the buffer lunch at restaurant. The food is tasty and they have a good variety of veg and non veg choices. They served special items like pork, then beef, seafood, chicken, mutton all of them everyday. For such a variety of options, the rate is very reasonable. The ambience is also good and the staff is very helpful.

Attended a wedding reception there. The food was awesome. From starter soups to desserts it was mind blowing. We tried only non-veg but I can assure the veg must have been awesome as well. The auditorium was big enough to hold more than 300 people at a time. Food & beverages were set outside, and I must say "zero mosquitoes". We will definitely count this into our favorite foodie list.

Every area of service was excellent. Clean rooms and good food. We tried both restaurants and both has high quality if food. We wish we had planned more time to explore other hotel facilities. Will visit again.

Been here for Christmas day lunch for 3 times now. The spread is really wide, with lot of sea food and other meat including turkey, pork, beef, etc. Live counter for appams. Good variety of desserts also available. Pricing is good for the variety. Service is quite attentive. There is live music that is played on such days. This time the performance was a little disappointing though.

Had my nephew's baptism lunch at the Kensington hall at the Renai. My father wasn't keeping well, they were kind enough to give us a room for a couple of hours even though the hotel was fully booked. He could rest and recover in that time. The 'nadan' food was just too good. Great place to hold a lunch, dinner gathering. Very courteous staff.

Amazing Place at an Affordable Price. The best thing was the attitude of their staffs, which makes us feel like we are really valuable customers. The food is superb and the facilities are amazing. In one word, I can say. Beautiful. :-)

Food is good, though some of the buffet items were not hot. Lots of meat dishes are served as part of the buffet. Good choice for vegetarians as well. Ambience is average. However, this place serves alcohol as well, if you are looking for drinks with dinner. Overall, good value for money.

I didn't stay over as a guest there, so I have no idea on how the rooms and other facilities are. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The cafe and restaurant is excellent. Food is also good. Overall I am happy with the environment I had to interact with over there.

A well maintained and pleasent place in the heart of the city. Place offer good food varieties and good to conduct programs with not more than 1000 people. Dessert served is very unsatisfactory.

The property is a good property. The restaurant has good buffet facilities. There is also a permit room/ bar. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is also a large area for banqueting needs as well.

This 4 stat hotel have a pool. At the top. Car parking space is good enough comparatively with other hotels at the same place. And have a good ambience.

Food was good and ambience too. Only area I would have recommended an improvement is their elevators. Hardly 6 people can fit in and it becomes a rush everytime they have a function.

One of the oldest hotels in this area. They provide all kinds of culinary there and have a multi cuisine restaurant. One of the best hotels in this location.

Lovely and cool. Economically viable. The black pearl @ level 5 is an authentic Chinese restaurant who serve booze too. A marvellous place to enjoy with family.

Location of the hotel is very good and easily accessible. The rooms lack a luxurious feel and the bathrooms are small. You will feel a bit disappointed. BUT you will forget all their faults once you try their food. Food is top notch and VERY TASTY. Room service is fast and their buffet is very good.

One of ghe best hotels in town. Best buffet lunch and dinner. Just at 700rs. Its the best.

The room was good and reasonably priced although I must confess that it was booked through another business which resulted in a slightly lower rate. The food is not great especially on spice levels: it was extremely hot and they did virtually nothing to rectify it despite our complaints.

Very good 4 star rated hotel with a good buffet. Recommend to taste the soft fluffy appam which is a live counter.

The food is of Great quality and the staff are very friendly. Great stay options are available as well. The conference hall and the outside halls are very nice as well.

It beats its 5 star rivals on its buffet.

Homely food is the main attraction.

The best Physiotherapy clinic in town! I will recommend this place to any one who wants complete cure. Thanks to Dr. Tiji Mathew and Dr. Renjitha my neck pain has gone and with regular excs every thing is under control. If not for Dr. Tiji's counseling and treatment I would have ended up a depression case. After all these years he was the one who found out all my neck and arm problems come from the 'cervical rib ' I have. They have state — of — the — art facilities and even PTs from abroad come to this centre to learn from Dr. Tiji.

Good semi-outdoor space at the back for hosting large events.

Great food Good ambiance definitely recommended.
