The location of the resort is excellent. The staff needs to learn a bit of manners. Please ensure that there is no roadwork going on when you are visiting there. The resort restaurant is connected by road to the rooms and a shuttle is available. However if work is going on the road then it spoils everything.

Its a pretty amazing place, almost as good as other club mahindra resorts. The only problem is that there is a LOT of stairs. If you are travelling with people who have trouble walking, then it wouldn't be the best. I would recommend adding a ramp or something to make it easier to go from one place to another. Other than that, it is pretty good.

Very very beautiful place. Hospitable staff. One of the few places where cottages ate built to perfection, maintained well. Restaurant is nice, tasty food. Good balance of kerala food and generic dishes. Space to walk around. It's little different than other resorts in terms of its landscape. But that's fine once you are settled.

Great location. Remote and peaceful. Good food. Spacious rooms. Prompt service. Commute difficult without vehicle. Amazing viewpoints and tea estates in the vicinity.

Not as nice as a few other Club Mahindra's have had better food in other Mahindra Resorts, the view is Amazing, you can see fireflies in the night, No Swimming pool not needed as well as it is cold there. The approach road is a problem and the better road is shut most of the day due to construction work, nothing much around except a small village close to it and tea estates around. Overall a beautiful unforgettable experience can try it once.

Too expensive food, not at all worth for money. Try to have your dinner outside. Very far from main city, but view while reaching resort is mesmerizing. Totally isolated place, no shop near by. If u get a good site facing room, then one can try. Otherwise too many good home stays in munnar.

Club Mahindra, Munnar is a difficult destination, especially in the rainy season, it took us five hours from Cochin airport to reach Club Mahindra because we had to take a round about road and then the cottages we got were very windy and the branches of trees banged against the windows through the night, and when one of the windows opened, a big branch swept inside the room which was scary. The next day we managed to get better cottages. The food at the resort was good and also the service, but I feel other Club Mahindra resorts are much better than this one.

Superb location. There are two properties of CM at Munnar. One is called Club Mahindra Munnar (or Lake View) and the other is Mount Serene. The former is better if you want a spacious resort with good view rooms. Mount Serene is for the more peace-loving crowd. Hospitality, service and food are all at par with CM standards.

This resort is very well maintained. Upkeep is good. As this resort is new one, and opened only two years ago. As this resort is located in a more elevated place than adjacent resorts the airial view is very good. Rooms and suites are very good and broad enough to stay with family. There is a small function hall which is usually used for conferences. As this being a new one, It has an edge over the adjacent resorts. It is a nice place to stay and enjoy.

The location is breathtaking beautiful. If your cottage is facing the lake you will get awesome views in the morning. It has activities for children and sitouts for adults. The buffet has great variety especially the breakfast. The rooms are large and very well designed. You can easily spend 2 to 3 nights here. Room service can be a little tricky because the cottages are away from the main building. All the tourist destination points are nearby.

It's one of the best club Mahindra properties. Scenicly located amidst the tea plantations it's majestic in the winters. Staff is very courteous and the stay was made very privileged. The dinner spread might not delight a north Indian taste bud, but it was good. Even a walk outside or inside the resort will freshen you up big time. Fun activities are there for family and kids…

Disaster. Not recommended at all. No shower curtains. Water spills on to the toilet seats. Leaking plumbing under the wash basin. Hot water seems to run out. No Wi-Fi in the studio rooms. Power receptacles in bad shape. Problem if you have mobile chargers with only 2 prongs. Avoid… Poor maintenance. Have to fight with curtains to pull it up or down.

Lovely property. Stayed in the main block with a nice view. Good food, excellent service. Just one word of advice — the private cabs are much cheaper than those booked through the resort.

The rooms are good and they offer an exotic view of the extensive tea gardens from their balconies. Definitely better than Club Mahindra Mount Serene. However food here is really expensive and there are limited options available around the resort. Main Munnar town is also a bit far away from the resort. But that's how resorts are, nested away in a corner in peace.

Great place to stay. Nice place. Good climate. Accessible to good site seeing places. Everything good.

A beautiful place and a beautiful resort. The view is breath taking, especially in the night. Do ask for local treks, it's a daunting yet amazing experience.

3 days I was in the property wodden apartments was allowed to me best view 1102 room tea garden n lake view both together u can find reception was 400 metre away from room but they have shuttle service to take u to the reception n restaurant. Food taste is good room service is also good but highly priced.

Fantastic Location: Awesome drive through the tea gardens and pleasant breeze of the mountain will take you to another world. Away from the busy city life. We took Theni Road route then highway 85 then came down hill to place named Pooppara then again on Highway 85 till you reach Elephant Abode Boating center (Good Place for Speed Boating). Another few Kilometers we reached club Mahindra. There three options. 1. Club Mahindra Lake view. Ground floor rooms are disappointing with view of the road and noise of the Traffic. Higher floors are better but top floors must have a good view. 2. Cottages: Wooden cottages are the best. Located at a small distance from the hotel (Hotel provides Shuttle facility). This was my choice. 3. Club Mahindra Mount serence which is at 2 km distance. 5 Star Restaurant with great food. Staff very friendly Housekeeping was good.

Lovely place overlooking the chinnakanal valley. Tea plantation along the route invigorating. Resort fantastic. True to the slogan jiyo life.

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent views from the cottages. This resort belongs to the Club Mahindra Group and is in chinnakal. You will be surrounded by lush tea gardens and green mountains. Excellent place for a family vacation. Service is excellent.

Good place to stay. View is very nice. They should include complementary breakfast.

This property is the first for Club Mahindra. Property is good like most of their properties. No swimming pool in this property, may be because of the weather.

One of the best Club Mahindra resorts. Mind-blowing view. Mind-blowing location of the resort. Best place to stay in Munnar. It's quite a distance from the main town of Munnar so be prepared to travel to the resort. It's also a bit up the hills. But worth the visit. The rooms are clean, sleek and well maintained. The room service is good. The food is good. The staff is also very polite and helpful.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Its quite far out in the mountains so be prepared for a long journey there but once you're there it's well worth it the views from the hotel are beautiful it's so peaceful and scenic. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and they went out of there way to meet your ever need. They even fixed my hair dryer after the fuse blew while I was staying in Mumbai previously. The food at the hotel is really tasty and the BBQ at the sister hotel is definitely something worth trying it was delicious and unlike any dinning experience I've had before.

Beautiful resort built around tea plantations away from the hustle bustle of the town. It was indeed a serene stay. One of the best Club Mahindra properties.

Excellent property. But not as good as CM Lake View. Views not good. Staff courteous. Food better at CM Lake view.
