Overall stay was pleasant and we had awesome time with our friends. Staffs was so kind on us, fulfilled all our request. One thing to before booking confirm with the person that all the amenities are available.

Its a lovely place to stay. You can have spectacular view of the sea right infront of you. The owner of this place is very friendly and helpful. He even gave us a ride on the way towards the city. I would recommend if anyone is visiting alleppey this is a good place where one can stay.

Room fair for price, Wi-Fi poor, breakfast good. Host good. Unfortunately heavy construction work outside, give it a year so it's a bit quieter.

Quiet place. Nice to chill under the mango tree. Neatly maintained. Close to the beach. Stones throw away.

True example of excellent hospitality. Welcomed by Mr. Matthew, who owns and runs the place, my family stayed here for a day in March. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Alleppey beach is just 10 metres away. Perfect getaway away from the buzz of a city.

This resort is very near to the beach and has a restaurant very near to it. There is a good lawn for children to move around and play. Some issues which can be improved upon are giving washed bedsheets, pillow covers, blanket on arrival, information regarding complementary breakfast may be given well on arrival, water supply in bathroom may be desalinated, rooms may be made sound proof as noise from. Adjacent rooms are disturbing at times. Thankyou.

A quaint place. Right on the beach. Clean rooms. Clean bathroom. No food. Can order. Ample parking. Nice garden for sitout. Very good value for money.

The hotel has a marvelous property, very traditional yet modern. Beautiful lawn with ropenet swings and hammocks and parking space available… Delicious and healthy breakfast is available. The owner is very polite and helpful. Superb view with proximity to beach and a number of restaurants around with good food. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all facilities.

A very welcoming place. Mr. Mathew is one of the kindest persons you will ever meet in Kerala (and all India). The beach is literally a few steps. Breakfast is amazing… Fresh fruit and amazing fruit juices.

A very clam and peaceful place to stay. The resort is very near to the beach, so you can easily take a walk to the beach. You can also go to the light house and enjoy the view, which is nearby as well. Rooms : Spacious, clean beds, clean bathrooms Parking : They have lot of space for parking They serve only Breakfast which is complimentary along with very good tea and coffee. Breakfast is Kerala style. There are good restaurants near by and also you can ask the owner for good places have lunch and you will really enjoy the places he suggest. Owner Mathew is really a great guy, very accommodating and humble. He tried to help us in all possible ways. If you have any questions regarding the place you can always ask him and he will help you out. To conclude a great place to spend your weekend, be it with family, friends or Collegues.

Pathetic! Don't go by the management published photographs on different online booking sites & Google. I'll tell u the truth: 1. It's not a resort, it's a 4 rooms house which do not have any facility like of a resort. No restaurant, no swimming pool, no room service, no Porter, no front desk. Etc. 2. It is managed by the owner of the house and a lady housekeepar who also cooks food for morning breakfast. 3. Security is totally "zero". They won't even ask for any ID proof of guests, no check-in & check-out formalities which from my point of view is a threat to guests staying there and to the society. Nation as well. 4. No maintenance. Garden, the verandah, the rooms, the parking area, entrance, walkway. All are in poor condition. I guess, not even cleaned once in a week! 5. There is no proper lighting in the rooms, lots of mosquitoes are there, walls are almost dirty, no whitewash done for months or years, linen and blanket provided are too old. 6. No buffet breakfast! The owner Mr. Mathews will ask you to choose between traditional South Indian (choose one idli or vada with sambhar & continental breakfast, in which they only serve omelette, bread jam-butter, milk, tea, corn flakes. 7. On breakfast table only 6-7 people can accommodate at a time so if all 4 rooms are occupied thn either u wait or they would serve u breakfast in verandah. Also, it gets ready by 8:30-45 AM only so if u wish to leave early thn better to plan for breakfast outside. 8.

Good place if ur ok to stay in beach. Owner helps u in every way possible. Quite place.

Beautiful property, bang opposite allepy beach, clean rooms with good breakfast. The owner is very helpful & courteous. Just an in-house kitchen atleast for dinner would be cherry on the cake.

Good resort it Is not big expensive.

Location of this hotel is great, right in front of the main beach. Neat and clean rooms. Good service. Wifi speed is a bit slow. Breakfast is good. There are hardly any points to complain.

Very Good location, its right on the beach but as the construction work for flyover is goind around its not easy to notice from the beach. The owner was excellent host and its a serene, calm resort with four rooms only.

It's perfect for hangout… Beach side resort… And manger over there is very cooperative and helped us a lot for visiting places.

Just opposite Alleppey Beach.

Amazing property this is bang opposite the Alleppey beach, rooms are spick & span. Breakfast was excellent, Mathew & staff arranged a great lunch too. Mathew arranged an houseboat for an overnight cruise and massage too. Thanks Mathew wish your team all the best.
